This is the dirtiest store I have ever been to. It looks like they have never cleaned their floors. They have the same selection as any other Marshall’s but it’s filthy. These pictures are from 11:30am on a Tuesday so there’s absolutely no excuse for it to look like this.

Smart decision for this Marshall’s to move from its previous location in a failing shopping plaza to its current location. Quite busy and well-stocked, so I try to visit when there are fewer shoppers. Found a few basic staples at a good price. Very convenient to my house and a good addition to Fifth Street Station.

Absolutely terrible service. Not worth the time in going in. We stood in the check out line for 20 minutes and then we were called to check out. Got to the register and then was told I didn't mean to call you. The cashier beside her yelled at her coworker to go on break. then had the guests behind me in line come up to check out. That guest said I was next and the cashier said I could wait. Not my cashier mind you. Mine keeps apologizing while being told GO ON BREAK! I left my cart and the store. I will never go back. It was apparent I wasn't wanted. While shopping another employee followed me around. It was just rude. I feel bad for the employees being fussed at. They were grown women being treated like children.

This is a store that I've visited before. They have stuff. A lot of stuff. If you need to buy stuff you should look here. They let you touch stuff. You can smell the stuff too . They even let you wear stuff and look in mirrors. If you want stuff ti take home you must however purchase this stuff with cash, credit , debit or check. They do not accept bitcoin or silver bullion.

The store in itself wasn't terrible. There was a very rude employee who was having a bad day and took it out on my daughter, who is 10, and left her crying, but luckily, they have a manager who has a good head on her shoulders and took care of the situation. Would consider going back if I knew the employee was terminated for her actions.

I spend good amount of money here and typically I love the staff. However today I was very unimpressed. I will fully admit I got a ton of stuff to get ready for a friends baby shower. I tried to keep everything organized to help the cashier which seemed to help. It wasn’t until I got asked if I had a credit card with them which I replied “no” and also told them I have applied I’m just waiting to hear” then was pressured for a little bit by what I’m assuming a manager who helped bag my stuff. When I looked at her I then realized that her and the cashier next to her were just staring at me and the manager kind of laughed and looked at the cashier in a joking way and said “she says she applied” almost making it sound like I was lying. Im assuming because I told that cashier a week ago Im waiting to hear which stays true to today. During the rest of my checkout I found that I was still just being stared at and customers were just staring once again yes I got a lot of stuff but I'm assuming because of the amount of staff around me drew way to my attention to something that should have never been made to look like a situation. After the badgering and stand off of stares and the way I was talked to I will just go to Culpeper for now on for Tj Maxx.

It’s a newer Marshall’s so it’s relatively clean but is still packed tight with inventory, leaving little-to-no room for two people to browse the same section. Like other Marshall’s, the staff is not there to make friends but neither am I so I appreciate the cashier’s efficiency because the checkout line is almost always long.

Very good place to shop! I particularly enjoy their kitchen and food sections, health and beauty products sections, and their men's products/sportswear department. This store has many imported goods that are hard to find elsewhere and the prices are quite reasonable. Plenty of parking.

Kinda disorganized store but always good stuff there. The jackets have been abundant this year and there was some really nice ones. It's still the same stuff and there's a clearance section for kitchen stuff now. The staff is nice and helpful.

Great place to shop but currently they are preparing to move to another location so they are closed. No warning or nothing so every one walks to the door to go in just to find out they are closed. But other than there lack of information to the public it's not bad. Could be a lot cleaner. Moving August 4th by the way

We enjoy the selection, price and staff! I also witnessed their neighborly attitude towards the covid vaccination clinic next store. They are good for our community and their leadership should be recognized for that.

Enjoy going to Marshall's for their selection and prices. But, today's service was awful. 3 cashiers helping one customer as the line grew to 15+ people. They never looked up to address the problem. I finally asked if one could help me and was told I'd be called up when my turn. Not good customer service. I won't be going back.

I always find great things here. Clothes, housewares as well as handbags or a good lotion. It was after Christmas, but not crazy bad. They were clearing out Winter and getting rid of Holiday stock. I got my dog some new dishes and treats.

Great prices and products. Love this store. Visit frequently so you won't miss what you'd like to have. Their inventory comes from other stores, you might not see a favorite item all of the time. BUT, I still love the store.

Overall, this store is about what you expect for the style. It has good product selection. It would be nice if accessories such as gloves and umbrellas were easier to find. Do not use their restrooms; they are truly disgusting.

Good prices, but the clothing(especially the socks) are jumbled up and disorganized. Otherwise, I found what I was looking for. The quality will be tested when I start wearing the clothing. Would've given higher review if store was neater.
