Worker low key gave me some sass. Overall not a bad place. Also my phone number doesn’t work when I put it in in place of my Kroger card even though they should be linked and my Kroger card still works. Not too bad of a store overall I guess pretty good beer prices. Also the bananas aren’t green enough like give me some that I can get that won’t turn brown within 15 hours of purchase

DO NOT DO PICKUP AT THIS STORE. Ordered a box of mushrooms for full price and only realized when I got home that they gave me clearance mushrooms that were half gone. Also did not apply any of my digital coupons even though they were on my order.

The absolute worst kroger I've been in, the produce was rotting and the chicken smelled terrible, and alot of manager deals going on due to expired or soon to expire stuff that hasn't been bought, the staff was of now help.

Kroger's is usually a good experience. Sometimes early in the morning. They have great deals on the discounted meats and vegetables. Other days it's the afternoons. Kroger's has very low prices . They also offer a lot of online coupons. The only fallback is there's never enough employees to run the registers so the lines for check out are really long. Sometimes you could be in there for 10 minutes, grabbing some things and then wait in line for an additional 20 to 30 minutes.

The store manager, Kristen Flemmer, had me work for her without pay and without documenting it in their system. She has ignored three emails about this, and upper management is merely CC'ing me their requests to her to ask what's going on. I have an active complaint against her with the Virginia Department of Labor and Industry. I am not the only employee who was being shortchanged while I was there. Please take your business somewhere more honest.

My parents(Asian) got yelled by a while old lady cashier even though she failed to operate the buy one get one free in the system and charged my parents double the price. And another white male staff ignored my parents’ clarification on the price and just walked away. So this is how Kroger treated their customers, especially minority.

This store is routinely unclean and disgusting, large stocking carts are frequently left unattended by employees and blocking shelves, and usually only two or three of the ten self-checkout lanes are open even during the busiest times. Employees are often goofing around obnoxiously and ignoring customers.

Walked in to get a money order and was greeted by a sign stating their Customer Service will be closed for the remainder of the day due to short staff. There were 5 people on the front end standing around… at 6 in the afternoon.

This is one of the worst Kroger stores I have ever been in. Meat/seafood dept left unattended with no one else in the store who even cares or can help. Will NEVER be back! If I could have given 0 stars I would have.

I just had a very unpleasant experience in this Kroger. My husband and I want to buy a bottle of red wine, and we do know that we need to take an ID check. But I forgot to bring my ID while my husband have, so we went to the self service check out waiting for the ID check.The lady there wouldn't let us to buy because I could not show my ID even though my husband showed.She said nothing about why I also have to show my ID, but kept saying only one sentence "I need her ID" with very rude attitude. Then I said what if a single father/mother comes to buy liquor with his/her child. She said because they are family. I said we are family too! Why can't we buy !? She just continued the sentence "I need your ID, and won't let you buy."Then I left, my husband himself went to buy another bottle, she again said no because she saw me with my husband before, and said if he want to buy, he must wait another 24 hours! Ridiculous! So you Kroger will remember and record every one who comes to buy liquor and how soon it is?And you will record whether the customer has a minor home?Then why my husband succeeded to buy one from another window?Ridiculous!!! I hope it's not your enterprise culture but just her personal behavior.I don't mind and wouldn't complain if she was polite and explained to us that it is a rule that every one must provide ID, then we would understand. She had no explanation at all except her rudeness like the Kroger is her own business and she just made up the rules to disgust us! I really want to call her manager, but don't have time to deal with such indelicate/gross human.I don't remember her name but she is an old Asian woman. We felt discrimination unexpectedly from we same Asian!!!She should be ashamed of herself!Kroger should fire employees like her!

This is the second worst kroger in the world. The staff are rude and unhelpful. They are often out of sale items and the produce is far from fresh and often in terrible condition. The meat doesn't look much better.I will not return here after consistently bad experiences. I'm going to do my weekly shop at Wegmans even if it costs a little more.

I just stopped by to pick someone up but I have been in their before ... personally I prefer the one in Rio Hill Shopping Center but ... from my understanding ... they are selling to another grocery chain ... not 100% sure about this ... but if so it will be just one more major change around here ... hopefully it will work out ok and the employees will still have jobs ... at least the ones that actually work and are great at their jobs

No cashiers, self checkout only. And ofc self checkout requires cashier intervention because it's slow and not equipped to handle a cart full of groceries.

Avoid store pickup at this location. They gave us the worst quality groceries. The cheese from the deli had mold on it the next day and most of the veggies were already on their way out. I would not recommend letting this store pick your groceries. They also did not substitute anything for the bread that couldn't be fulfilled. ANY loaf would've been better than none....

I have had nothing but great experiences at this Kroger. I often walk there on my lunch breaks and pick up something quick. The deli counter people are always nice (especially that older veteran gentleman) and the customer service people were helpful. When I could not find a particular specialty item, a worker there was always able to assist me. The check out lines are never long. Great, clean Kroger.

I was very disappointed with how I was treated at this Kroger location. I was buying alcohol and I had my younger sister with me, the lady at the self checkout asked for her id several times and when I tried to explain to her that she was a child she snatched the item away from me. I understand if that is the policy of buying alcohol in groups, but I don’t believe I should have been treated that way by her.

Employees are very rude. My sister and I came here in October 2021. I went through self checkout with two items totalling $3.42. I went to use Google pay, but soon realized they did not take Google pay. Called over an attendant who told me they didn't take Google pay, none of the registers do, talking to me like I'm in 2nd grade and snatched the bag I had and walked away. Bruh I was gonna take that stuff to the register my sister was at and just pay her back and add my stuff to her order. No one is helpful, everyone is rude and getting anything is impossible. Worst Kroger I've ever been to

I enjoy shopping at Kroger. I go to this location mostly for the Pharmacy and receive great fast service every time. My one complaint was the experience I had when I noticed the sign above the 'meat and fish' counter being mispelled and pointed it out to the customer service lady who suggested bizarrely that it was just missing the s to spell 'steam and fish'. Strange. But I like Kroger prices and quality products.

I love their sales and mailed coupons. I can get 90% of my grocery list at Kroger. I wish all of their locations sold sweet potato fries and pre-bagged popcorn chicken on their "hot bar". (My go-to inexpensive lunch if I don't bring my own).
