I had my fence installed “many” years ago. I’ve had problems with receivers that were updated with no charge. I did have to replace the system due to having to replace my drainfield. They came out and were extremely professional and did an excellent job. Never had any problem with the system that wasn’t caused by little humans on the property (they like to dig). They always help me with issues with keeping our dogs in. I have 7 pugs. One of them gets so excited she runs through it. They helped me to fix that issue also.Thank you Coyner family!!!

I would not recommend using this company. First the sales person was very nice and friendly but he didn’t set up any of planning for installation. On installation day the crew complained how he always does this and had to go over installation options, find a site for unit inside the house… and a few other things as well. They were really annoyed with the sales person, who I think is the owner. A year later and I am too. The unit constantly had problems and I had to get service calls to fix the problems on 4 occasions. They even billed me extra on one of these service calls! They may have billed me for others as well and I don’t know about it. The did not inform me I would be billed for any of these. The fence did NOT work in containing my dog and I even had to spend money getting a real fence installed. I received 1 replacement battery over the first year, and it was dead and didn’t work. I will be contacting them for the “money back guarantee ” which I am very skeptical they will honor. I’m sure others won’t have same problems but I would not recommend using this companyService: Dog fence installation

Great company Mr. Coyner showed up to give the estimate on time. He even came from charlottesville to greenville about 45min-1hr away. The quote was very accurate what he said it would cost is was what it cost. The scheduling was very flexible I was able to get everything taken care of in less than two weeks.The installation team showed up on time and although I was unable to be there (a family member was) they were very concerned that the job was done to my satisfaction. I had a few phone calls from them to ensure things I hadn't thought of were addressed. They were very good with training my dog and very kind to him.I couldn't be happier with my decison to go with this great group of people working for this great company. I highly recommend choosing this company for you pet fence needs.
