The owner greeted us looked at photos of what we were planning to wear. Walked us personally through the store, talking nicely with the kids even offered toys & helped us find the perfect dress!!

Ashley and Olivia have been a HUGE help! They are so nice, have helped us place orders, and have been easy to work with. The store is always well stocked and they have a great selection of options. I have loved shopping here and have found their customer service to be top notch! With all the issues that the supply chain are having, it has been so nice to work with a local store and be able to pick things up that we are needing before our baby comes. Love this place!! My daughter has thunder thighs which is a struggle for baby pjs most are super narrow and wouldn’t fit her. The owner was extremely helpful in helping us find pjs that fit! Thank God!! We have continued to go back every since that visit! They have super cute and good quality items!

Amazing boutique! We live out of state and were in a crunch to receive a glider for our nursery. We were looking at a specific Babyletto model, and everywhere on the Internet said delivery would be months away (our baby is expected in a few weeks!). Ashley at the boutique was amazing to work with and kept in regular contact to ensure we received the glider on time. We will definitely be online shopping here in the future! We love Green Bean! We’ve been shopping here for about 3 years and couldn’t be happier to see the new, accessible location at Barrack’s Road. I love the clothes, accessories, and to have a spot to purchase brands like uppababy and nuna locally is great. The staff is super helpful and has assisted me with picking out gifts, special occasion outfits, etc. Ashley, the owner, has also offered to physically drop off items at my house rather than ship when items are delayed to ensure we receive them on time - top notch customer service. They are truly an amazing local business and I can’t say enough good things!

This is the best baby store I’ve ever been to!! Staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They have all the products a mama could ever need, and I love that I can also do my shopping online!! I recently purchased all my essentials to prep for our little one and was able to find high quality yet affordable clothing. We took the sweetest newborn photos of our babe in an outfit from here. It’s a special place!!

We had to miss a birthday party due to “social distancing” and I was able to order gifts online and have them immediately shipped (and wrapped) to the birthday boy! Great prices and quicker than ordering online from a large store. Very ways to communicate with online - super responsive to questions. When I have been physically in the store in the past, everyone has been extremely helpful.

Found this boutique through the Uppababy authorized retailer list. Ordered a UPPAbaby accessory directly through boutique website for in store pick up specifically as I needed the accessory for travel and the boutique was on the way to my destination. When I walked in, I said I was there for in store pick up for the accessory. I was immediately told that they did not sell that accessory. Confused, I pulled up the confirmation email and showed it. Then I was told they shipped the accessory to my billing address. When I asked why when I had selected the delivery method specifically as in store pick up, I was told it was because they saw the billing address and thought the in store pick up option was mistakenly selected so they decided to send it to the address despite the selected delivery option of in store pick up. I had to double back to my address to pick up the package and restart my journey. Beware- if you order online and select in store pick up, I recommend you reach out to the store to triple confirm your selection, even if its reflected in your email confirmation. 2nd star is because the associate I spoke to was very apologetic.
