Went in search of some gluten free, dairy free items. They seem to have less than the other Giant's that I've been to, but they still have an extensive selection. One of the associates saw me struggling with my hand basket and offered to get me a cart. All in all, good supermarket, clean bathrooms, good selection of GF foods from Schar, Simple Mills and many others.

I order online for pick up regularly for work and everyone is always so helpful, prompt, and conscientious about picking my groceries. Today Debbie went above and beyond. I had lost a receipt I needed for reimbursement and she took the time to find it, called a few times to get more info and tracked it down for me. The store is always clean and well stocked and I am consistently pleased with the service. Thanks Debbie, the online order crew, and everyone else!

This is a nice supermarket. This vegetables and fruit are typically fresh. The prices are really high. But I think everything is high! Except me. I'm never high. Bummer. The fresh bread is good. I love taking home the deli ribs and the Amish potato salad. That Amish potato salad will get me in trouble. It's so good. The bakery brownies. Heaven help me. I guess I do get high.

This is one of my go to stores for grocery shopping, however it's gone downhill over the years. They have added a healthy/natural foods section, but it's not as extensive as it could be. Their produce has been disappointing me for a while now. I feel like it's time to remodel this store.On the plus side, the manager, Rodger is great, as are most of the rest of the employees. The deli folks are very nice and manage to layer the sliced cheese for you, which for some reason seems to be a problem for a lot of the other delis in town. The seafood and meat people are also very helpful and curtious and are always there to assist you with any questions. I will raise my rating if and when they remodel this Giant.*I am raising my original rating of 3 stars to 4 because I've noticed a concerted effort to put out, and keep fresher produce lately. I haven't had a bad experience of late and feel they deserve a better rating!I haven't been to Giant in 2 years! I split my time here and NZ. Giant hasn't changed much except I'm very happy they aren't giving away plastic shopping bags! In NZ there are very few plastic bags used. You just bring your own reusable ones from home.So good for Giant! I wish the rest of the stores would follow their lead.

Some plusses to going here--the store has some items I can't find in other local supermarkets--but a little surprised by the high prices. For example, Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches were $1 more than at Walmart. Didn't find a lot of bargains but I'll check out the weekly circular next time. Was surprised to learn that Food Lion and Giant Foods are owned by the same European parent company.

I love this Giant store and have been going for years. The majority of the staff are so helpful and friendly. I love the location - so easy to get in/out. Prices might be a little more expensive but I think it has high quality groceries. Their store-made chicken salad brings me there so frequently - it’s so delicious!! Why the only 3 stars, you think? The staff behind the deli is outright rude. Not just not friendly but rude and argumentative. If I didn’t love the store and their chicken salad, I’d probably never go again. And it’s not just an occasional situation - it’s fairly often. I wish they had pleasant, friendly and easy to communicate with employees in the deli area and I’d give them 5 stars everyday! My only real big complaint but I had to say something - hopefully the management will appreciate the feedback. 😃

Clean, well stocked selection of standard and specialty groceries, great selection of organic and natural products. Always nice to see the same friendly, helpful employees throughout the store. A pleasure to order from the deli staff (the store made chicken salad is the best I have ever had). No-nonsense store manager, Debbie, treats everyone (employees and customers) like they are family. The parking lot electric vehicle (EV) charging stations were a nice addition last year - free to use and conveniently located located near the entry to the store.

I ordered a 1/4 sheet cake on February the 13th and gave them a picture to put on the cake so I could pick up on 2/17/23 I think they made the cake the day I ordered it very disappointed the cake was dry and taste stale☹️ The picture was very good! Won’t be ordering another cake from here!!!

Clean and well stocked. The store has an excellent bakery. The "To Go" prepared foods are reasonably priced and usually very good.If you go at the right time, there are usually always bread items in the clearance section. Excellent bargains can be found there.

The prices here are outrageous!! The produce is hit or miss. The only thing good I can say is that they have a good frozen food section. Just be prepared to open that wallet up real wide!

We grocery shop at multiple stores and this is one of our regulars. We love the beautiful location with mountain views. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The store is very clean. The PHARMACY is the best that we have ever used in any state in which we have lived, having a friendly, efficient staff and excellent customer service. We really rely on them when ill, and they do not disappoint.

Typical grocery store. Friendly staff. Based on the high prices, I wasn't overly impressed. No dedicated meat department where you can find fresh ground beef or steaks. I was looking for bacon. Not the prepackaged kind. But the kind you find at other grocery store meat departments. The only "meat" department they had was a deli which offered pretty good deli meat; I must say. Their seafood department too, was a bit scarce. However I got some good fish at a good price (about the same offered at other stores). The gentleman who worked in that area was very nice. Would I go again? If I were in the area and didn't have time to get to another store then, yes I would go again.

The same company that owns Giant also owns Food Lion. Yet the product variety and quality vary between the two stores. Beware if you are purchasing the store pre-cut prepackaged fruit from the refrigerated unit on the end of the aisle As you enter the store near the produce section. 50% of the time the fruit is almost expired. This is evident when you bite in and receive a tingly mouth feeling that indicates the fruit has started to go bad. And in a little yeast and it might be alcoholic. Disappointed about this at the store.

The store is located a considerable distance from our home so my wife and I stop in whenever we have doctors' appointments at Martha Jefferson Hospital. We love the bakery, both the yummies and the staff. The store has always been clean and well stocked.I enjoy chatting up the staff there. They seem to exude an old time country store friendliness that I find almost irresistible.I look forward to our next visit

Usually has what we need when we need it. There have been a couple items on our shopping list out of stock the past few times. That’d be my only small complaint. Great discount prices on older meats! Overall easy self check out experience.
