Fiori Floral Studio did an amazing job with our wedding flowers. I gave a color scheme with a few reference photos and they created stunning arrangements that were beyond anything I expected. The colors were absolutely perfect and the flowers have lasted very well. The attention to detail in the arrangements was amazing.Everyone at our wedding was commenting on how beautiful the flowers were.I cannot thank them enough for making our day so beautiful!! I called fiori with a same day order for a bouquet to give my fiance for her birthday. They were very helpful. I was able to pay over the phone and pick up my order after-hours from the lobby of their building (super convenient). The flowers were beautiful, and they were just beginning to bloom, so we got to watch them come to life over the next few days. My total cost was just over $120. A little pricey I think, but for the quality and the size I was very satisfied. The photo I added is 5 days after picking up the flowers, so they have started to sag but they are still beautiful. I forgot to take a photo when I first picked them up. I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

Absolutely stunning floral arrangement! My mom sent us anniversary flowers that were supposed to be reminiscent of my wedding bouquet and these were honestly more beautiful than my wedding flowers! Came in a gorgeous globe vase too. I loved them thank you!

The flowers were AAAAMAZING!! I was blown away by the tall arrangements we had. And my bouquet!!! Words are not enough to describe how thrilled I was. I would have kept every single arrangement if I could have. I also preserved my bouquet because flowers like that should not be thrown away!! They were flawless!

Edit In response to the owner:The deadname was on the envelope of the card. That is the responsibility of your shop. Unless the hospital is messing with the card, that is your responsibility. I know *someone* working for your shop has to at least drop them off at the hospital. If you're saying you *have* to write it on the card, I don't understand why you can't give the delivery person instructions on how to advise UVA staff accordingly, possibly through a separate note/tag/whatever, without writing the deadname directly on the card? If my request to not use this name when addressing them was concerning or difficult, I would've expected the shop to contact me as I welcomed in my note. Please do not shift blame to hospital protocols.Also, my friend let me know her legal name wasn't even her deadname anymore. I EXPLICITLY outlined that you should only use it to SEARCH THE SYSTEM and only IF they cant find the given recipient name in the system. You had no reason to use her deadname on the envelope of a CARD. I addressed everything else to her actual name. Nowhere did I communicate that you should use her deadname for anything other than searching. I appreciate your response but liability fell solely on your shop for this mistake that likely occurred PRIOR to delivery. I've outlined this fact very clearly via email.Original review:Recipient liked the flowers, but they explicitly did not follow my directions. I ordered flowers for my friend recovering from gender reassignment surgery. I gave them my friend's deadname incase they had trouble finding her in the system. I explicitly told them multiple times throughout every instruction field on the website to NEVER address them as their deadname and they wrote it in on the card envelope. Every field was addressed to their proper non-deadname. I did not mention their deadname anywhere else and told them to ONLY use it for searching the hospital system. Astonishingly little tact and I won't be ordering from here again.

I recently received an arrangement for my birthday it's one of the most beautiful ones I've ever received! The flowers are so lush and has the most perfect green accents. It was dropped off to my doorstep, great for contactless delivery. Jenn is also super responsive as I had questions with care to prolong the life of my flowers.

I’m in AZ and needed to send flowers, so I read reviews and decided to take a chance on Fiori. This was a “get well” arrangement delivered to my niece after surgery. The flowers were “spectacular.” My order was too late in the day for same day delivery, but the next day delivery was fine. I highly recommend Fiori!

Jenn went well beyond the call of duty, not only arranging a gorgeous bouquet, but also giving me full flexibility for pick-up times. Given the pandemic, I was convinced I would need to arrange something with a large, non-local corporation to get flowers delivered. Jen from Fiori worked with me to design/deliver an arrangement to congratulate my friends on the birth of their first child.I haven't really ordered flowers before, and Jen was super kind, helpful, and patient with me as I talked through what I wanted and helped assuage my worries about the delivery process. She was also super accommodating and comforting in making sure that the flowers got delivered at the right time and they ended up so beautiful. Would definitely recommend.
