Called for my prescription on Wednesday and today, Saturday, it’s still not ready. Tried to call to check on rx status now and they left me on hold for 20 minutes.

Does anyone actually work here? Every time I go in, there is no employee to be found. No one ever answers the phone, and the pharmacy is never open. The phone message recording gives incorrect info about operating hours. How the eff am I supposed to pick up a prescription? CVS has mostly been terrible everywhere. This one takes terrible to a whole new level.

Update to previous post. My wife made it to the store while still on hold and showed the pharmacy her phone while she could hear the phone ringing in the background. There was no one in line or the drive thru. They then claimed my prescription hadn't been called in without even looking. Had they answered the phone nearly an hour earlier we could have called the dr to find out what happened but now they're closed. So at this point I'm post surgery with no meds. Wife comes home fuming and lo and behold not 10 minutes later we get a text saying my meds are ready. This is the same BS I spoke of in my previous post. We will NEVER step foot in this place again

Drive through is never open and you can't get ahold of them without going in the building. Everytime I have to go in to get a prescription filled it's not done, even with a full day's notice.

Effing ridiculous how impossible it is to get them to pick up a phone. That's the reason for my rating. I shouldn't have to hang up on two different robots , try again just to get placed on hold for 30 minutes. 30 minutes dude. Wow.
