I've never had a problem with CVS pharmacies but this is by far the worst pharmacy I've ever encountered. The line is always long, they're incredibly disorganized so they struggle to find prescriptions, and some of them are absolutely rude. I had my insurance info with me and they tried to charge me when I wasn't supposed to pay anything then had the audacity to ask me, "You shouldn't pay or you just don't want to pay?" Completely unethical!!! They finally adjusted it. After nearly 3 hours after my prescription was submitted and dealing with this stores nonsense, I received it but I will NEVER have a prescription filled here again.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Routinely had to wait on the phone 45 minutes to an hour. Once, after this wait, the pharmacist hung up on me when I did not respond quickly enough and then lectured me after I called back and waited on hold for another 30 minutes. Routinely a massive line to pick up prescriptions. Go anywhere else you can.

I highly suggest not having your prescriptions or getting vaccinated here. They have canceled my appointments same day and without a reason. I tried to call to see if it was a glitch, but no one came to the phone. To honor yourself and your time, I would suggest going to the Emmett street CVS or target CVS as their staff are friendly and people answer the phone.

I chose this pharmacy because it is conveniently located for where I live, but they never pick up the phone. I have been on hold for over an hour, and after calling the front of the store, they tell me there's "nothing I can do." How is this possible that I'm unable to speak on the phone to my pharmacist when I have questions?

It doesn’t matter when you come. You will wait at least an hour, extremely long lines. Weekday, morning, anytime, there are 10+ people in the pickup line.
