Too many times we have gotten horse feed with holes in bags, and have traveled an hour a half round trip to come back to return. Very frustrating the poor quality and repeat issues, especially for customers coming for more than a decade.

Stopped by to look at the nursery, which was a decent size. All of the plants looked healthy, in much better condition that the ones at Home Depot and Lowe's. A good selection of plants and nicely organized. I wasn't ready to purchase just yet, I prefer to see the plants in person and then do my research at home to see what kind of care it needs and whether it will fit in with our space. But will definitely come back once I'm ready!

Went to pick up straw…which all my Local stores had none of despite this being fall grass planting season. Got there..they had lots of nice straw, but then discovered amazing dwarf fruit trees. None of the ‘chain’ stores carries proper dwarf trees, but they had lots of BEAUTIFUL dwarfs perfect for fall placement. Really impressed by this in-city place that had lots of things that other places simply did not have. Thumbs up!!

Terrible experience , I bought a sthil leaf blower from store had it brought it and repaired 4 times in 2 months was spring every time in the new easy start ! Maybe I bought a dud but it doesn’t excuse how the man handled the situation . Man was rude not helpful it honestly was the worse experience I’ve ever had dealing with a company and product ! I would not recommend having your equipment worked on or looked by them !

Great neighborhood garden center. The employees are knowledgeable and very helpful. I have gotten meant plants here and have been very pleased with their health. Now my years is starting to look like I want it to look. The other half has a nice selection of tools for your yards and some more agricultural implements. Be keeping supplies as well if you don't want to take the scenic drive to Scottsville

Took a chainsaw chain in for sharpening, they kept the chain for a month. They never called to provide status, after two weeks we called them and they couldn't find it! I called back a week later, still lost! Finally they found the chain and I went and picked it up, 4 weeks after dropoff! Put the chain on the saw and went to the woods, the chain wouldn't cut melted butter! THEY NEVER SHARPENED IT!!! Be careful with this place performing any service, they may do nothing and charge you for it.

99.9% of the time they have what I need. Most if the staff is friendly and helpful. Most of the crew in the warehouse get you loaded up quickly and accurately
