My dog loves going to day care here! He gets excited when he recognizes where we are going. I originally started using this beautiful facility in case we need to board while we're away. They require a thorough assessment on site, then day care before agreeing to board a dog, so they can gauge their temperament. The front desk staff are very welcoming and make each dog feel special when they come in. I highly recommend!

They are very accommodating, and work with your dog’s personality and any needs. We bring our Toller Mickey here all the time and really appreciate having a locally owned and operated doggy daycare in town. She has boarded once and did great as well!

We have had a wonderful experience with All Things Pawssible. They are always so friendly and caring towards the dogs and seem to know them all by name! They worked closely with our nervous rescue dog to get her acclimated into daycare. We really appreciate the extra attention that they gave her and the great communication they provided to update us on her progress in class! I definitely recommend their doggy daycare!

We took our puppy for training here and had such a good experience—both in classes and in a private 1:1 session—that we brought both of our dogs back for daycare. We have been so impressed with how loving, kind, and accepting the handlers and staff are of our two dogs, who have very different needs. The puppy had lots of experience at ATP already and was so excited to be back. Our nearly five year-old dog is deaf and also has anxiety, and while she struggled to get acclimated, the handlers went the extra mile to try and get her to warm up to them and she ended up having a wonderful time! It's not easy to find a place where our older dog feels safe and comfortable enough to play and engage with other pups. Thanks so much, ATP, for making daycare possible for our special needs dog!

First doggy daycare experience for both my 10-month-old Pomeranian puppy and me. The staff are very attentive, the facility is clean and when I picked my dog up at the end of the afternoon, she was appropriately pooped out and happy. I will use them again!

I have been taking my pups to ATP for about five years and am extremely pleased with the care they receive. The staff treats my dogs like family (read: spoil them) and my pups love going! We have also taken classes several times over the years and have always found them a fun, great way to connect with my pups. Karen knows how to get the best out of you and your pup in a fun way! If you are looking for a place that understands your dogs are your family, creates an environment in which dogs flourish, and provides enough exercise to wear your pups out :), then ATP is for you!

I cannot describe how amazing this daycare is. They take the time to really know and understand the personality and quirks of every dog they take care of. They always have staff in the rooms with the dogs, and keep an eye out to make sure no dog is getting harassed. They also make sure all the dogs are not getting overheated, too cold, etc. For example I have a big old golden/black lab mix who loves to sit in the sun. We moved down from Maine this summer, and he was not dealing with the heat adjustment well. The staff at All Things Pawsible kept him safe by only letting him go outside for ~5 mins at a time when it was hot out, which is extra work for them, but they did it anyway. This is the only place I've left my dog where I have felt truly comfortable, aka not worried at all. I'd recommend contacting them for daycare, and they likely will have a waitlist, so call early.Tldr: amazing daycare & boarding, the only business I have ever completely trusted with my dog.Update as of 6/13/2022:Still an amazing daycare. They helped accommodate my elderly dog to go as long as he was able, and my younger dog still goes there. The staff here really care about the dogs, and I still would strongly recommend this daycare. It's still worth driving to the opposite side of town to be able to take my dogs here.

My 2 Australian Shepherds recently used the doggy daycare services at All Things Pawsible. Our experience was excellent. As a new client, I was able to fill out the registration questionnaire online and provide the proof of vaccination paperwork during check in. The dog temperament evaluation went smoothly and our dogs were assigned to a play group. The staff is excellent and caring. They provided positive feedback about our dogs play styles and how their day went. My dogs seemed happy and tired when we picked them up and they slept all the way home. I would not hesitate to use their doggy daycare again.

I've been bringing my puppy to All Things Pawssible for about a year now- from when he was 8 weeks to now 13 months or so. It is the absolute best place for pet daycare, boarding or training. It is not anything fancy but guaranteed your dog will love this place. My pup is always so excited to go and play with his friends (both canine and human). When home after a day of play in daycare, he will often sleep the rest of the night. I always try to come pick him up a little early to see him playing- he is always out and about, tail wagging. There's a few outside and indoor locations or large rooms where dogs can be dogs. The separate rooms allow the trainers to only have a small group to look after in each room and mix the right set of personalities. They know dog lingo and I trust them to protect my pup should anything ever happen (nothing has). He even comes home knowing new tricks like sit, wait, paw, etc. from his time in daycare. A month or so in I decided to officially take him to a training class to understand all his new tricks and improve upon them. The best part was that the entire time he had his goofy golden retriever grin and his tail did not stop wagging. As a bonus he is an expert at sit and paw and down. It makes me so happy to know that I've found a place where my dog can be his natural happy and healthy self while I work / travel. They are flexible with your schedule and most of all I know they have so much love for all their silly doggie guests. All Things Pawssible has been a blessing in my life. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Highly recommend Allthings Pawssible. Our pup just graduated from Puppy 101 and we are amazed how much she has improved in 6 weeks! Brittany is an awesome teacher and all the dogs love her. In addition we try to use the doggie day care once a week which is a great way for our puppy to have supervised socialization with dogs her own age. They split up the dogs (different rooms) based on age and size. They don’t use crates which was the big appeal for me. Looking forward to attending puppy 201. 🐶🐾

We've taken our dog here for a couple of years now, since she was a puppy, and honestly we've had a great experience. I am surprised at some of the negative reviews, all I can say is that we've been with them consistently for two years and have had zero problems. Our dog is particularly sensitive to people yelling, so if that was going on, she would not want to go back. As it is, she can't wait to go in. At the end of the day when I pick her up, she's tired, but a good kind of tired from having been interacting with other dogs all day. I have found Karen, Shawn, Jennifer, and Brittany, as well as a number of the other staff to always be outstanding, caring, professional, and always keeping an eye out for our dog. Thanks you all!

This place is just magical. The staff are all friendly. I came a few moths ago with my Shorkie and Black Lab to have them assessed and they past with flying colors. The place is clean, which makes me happy. They even let me see my dogs play a little bit. One in Tater tots and one in the Big Room. This place is simply a blessing. They do their best to accommodate any dog of most any breed. So as long as my dogs come at least once a month they can board... What the shame in them having fun a couple times a month and then I can go on my business trips and even a quick vacation and they make sure that my dogs can stay and are having fun as long as there is room for them. I love the fact that there are always handlers in each play area and the handlers know all the dog by name!!! Places like this need to be praised.

Have had a fantastic experience with All Things Pawssible. Our little dog is a wild one (Australian Shepherd, 1.5 years) and they immediately understood his personality and how he interacted with other dogs and people. Boone has been going to ATP daycare and a few overnight visits for about 6 months and still drags me in every time. Brittney has been fantastic and super accommodating. She even brought Boone home after day care on a rainy weekday. I am a big fan of All Things Pawssible and so is my dog. Highly recommended.

Our Golden Retriever, Hattie, cannot WAIT for each day she spends at ATP. When we start getting close in the car she cries with excitement, and is literally smiling when it’s time to go inside. Each staff member seems to know her name, and greet her with excitement every time. She has been to other daycare centers, but we notice a difference in her excitement to show up at ATP. She even came home with a Valentine for us when she attended daycare on Valentine’s Day. They also have let us know anytime she seems to have any issues, or even when she makes a friend! We are truly grateful for ATP!

Placed our dog, Penny, in daycare for the day while we toured Monticello and Madison's home. They were very good with her and encouraged us to call in and check on her.

What a magical place! My dog has improved tremendously through the wonderful, careful training methods and the outpouring of love and affection from all the people who work there, and their expertise too. Karen is a guiding light, and Brittney and Jennifer, to name only two of many, are fantastic. It's a great pace for doggy day care, for training, for learning how to do things better at home too, and for stocking up on excellent quality food, treats, and equipment, in an always friendly and impeccable place.

They take good care of the animals but that is where my satisfaction with this business ends.Extremely unprofessional. We have to King Charles that have boarded with them for over 5 years and they now have a policy where if you don't bring the dogs in for regular daycare you cant board with them. They claim this universal policy it is for the good of the animals but these two dogs have no anxiety issues and have been doing just boarding for the last 5 years. The daycare in this case would just be to make extra $.If this is how you want to treat long time customers our business is going elsewhere.

We've been taking our dog there for obedience classes. Their training methods are all about positive reinforcement. But the place smells very strongly of urine, the classes are disorganized, and above all else, and this is the reason I'm writing this review, she encourages people to not get their dogs vaccinated and says vaccinations are why dogs die from cancer. She doesn't require that the dogs that come there for daycare or boarding be vaccinated. If I had known this ahead of time, I would never have brought my dog here. This is just the most offensive of many of her recommendations that fly in the face of everything I have ever heard from any veterinarian I have ever consulted with.

My pup has participated in several training classes and plays at doggy daycare twice a week. It always warms my heart to see how well the staff knows him and how they make sure he’s doing well. He’s a happier pup because of his time there!

This place is amazing for both daycare and kennel! Everyone there gets to know your dog personally, can tell you about their day, and they can point out if something is off with them. My dog has trouble being in an actual kennel so they labeled him as "Kicked out of kennel" so he gets to sleep with someone at night or he gets to go out to their other location which is called South Paw.We are traveling nurses and the prices are reasonable compared to other states and cities. Peace of mind is what money cannot buy. Thus is what All Things Pawsibble provides for us.

I brought my dog here once or twice a month for almost a year.My dog has an extremely sensitive stomach and when I dropped her off for boarding, I labeled 6 bags for each meal, including meds. When picked up, the bags of dog food was still exactly where they left it, upstairs, not where the dogs go and eat their food. I asked what she was fed and they lied and said it was her food. Blatant lie when I’m staring at it.My dog had severe diarrhea, usually something that happens when her food is changed drastically. So on top of a boarding bill, I had to take her to the vet for emergency meds and pay another $200.They lost my business after lying to me and costing me another $200 to bring my dog to the vet for THEIR mistake. There are plenty of other options in town. Cleaner facilities and nicer folks.

I brought my dog here many times and was initially pleased with the day care services. Then, my dog sustained 2 rather large cuts at day care, on 2 separate occasions. Both of these injuries required expensive trips to an emergency after-hours veterinary clinic. While I accept that my dog will get a few minor cuts and scraps, these were large lacerations that would have bled. I was not notified that these injuries happened. When I called All Things Pawssible to report the second injury (and sent a picture of the laceration), the only response I got was "so, are you bringing your dog to day care tomorrow?" The lack of concern on their part and also the subtle suggestion that this may have been my fault was the final straw for me.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOGS HERE! The handlers are overwhelmed and the managers are spread too thin and the owners are never there. Karen, the owner is barely there and when she does come by I have witnessed her SCREAM and CURSE at the staff. The manager's job is to support the handlers and make sure the dogs and humans are safe. However, Karen will make them leave their duties to help her during her private dog lessons. A dog died of heat stroke and multiple dogs have been injured, and according to another review a dog died of an illness after it visited ATP. Their system is set up for failure, they have one handler in charge of 25+ dogs and are expected to bleach the floors, vacum and all the while making sure the dogs are safe. The use of so much bleach worries me not only for the dogs but for the people too. They make handlers and dogs sit out in the rain and heat and freezing temps. The front office manager is rude and disrespectful. I recently learned about the unbelivable turnover rate, a clear sign that there is a serious problem witht the way the owners run their buisness. I would never bring my dog back here after learning about the absolute disfunction that is All Things Pawsible.

I didn’t entirely feel comfortable with this place. Looks ok, but smells bad even in the lobby/living room area before going back to the kennels. Staff were not rude, but not exactly welcoming or friendly. I decided against letting my dog stay there, it’s just a feeling about this place that turned me off.I’ve rated 3 stars based on appearance/smell and experience with the staff.

**When I wrote this review, my dog was not only extremely ill, but she ended up passing away. Not only did I not get an apology from the owner, she called the cops because of my reviews on facebook and google. Stay away from this place at all costs**I should have listened to my gut feeling from all the previous reviews on here from previous customers. One, the handlers are not friendly at all. They are not courtious, they don't even smile. the only that was friendly, was the lady that did the pet interview. Second, my dog has always been healthy, more check ups in a year than is reccommended and was just checked up days before her first visit on Thursday, May 18, 2017. My dog has been to several other day care dog places around the nation as I am a Veteran of the Armed Forces so one thing that stuck out to me is very strange - ALL THINGS PAWSSIBLE does not require any documentation that a dog is up to date on shots. I asked if they needed documentation, they said no. They said if I had the time to just go online and put her due dates for shots. Well anyone can fib that up. I also didn't have the time, so proving your dog or other dogs there are up to date on shots, IS NOT REQUIRED HERE, but is at any other boarding place in the USA. What has been the outcome of my experience here, well, see the picture attached. The drive home, my dog laid down and wouldn't get up nor could in or out of my vehicle on her own. At first, I thought she was tired. Not the case. The following morning at 5am, my dog was whimpering in pain, but sitting still looking at me. I had a friend come get her and keep an eye on her all day long. She said that al day long, she laid and wouldn't move, eat, go outside etc. I picked her up Friday 5/19/17 from my friend after work and my dog could barely walk. I thought maybe heat exahustion, bc ATP only has an outside room and an inside room (that's not exactly much cooler than the temp outside). I was wrong. During the night, she wouldn't move, she didn't budge one cm on Friday night as she lays next to me in bed. This morning at 3am, I texted a friend who is a tech at a vet to come and see what she thought. My dog's temp was 105.8, way above even a high temperature. We rushed her to the vet hospital and the vet hospital ran every test you can think of, cancerious tests, ticks, etc. x rays looking for tumors, everything. Found nothing that was going on in her body. Said it could be an early stage of Kennel Cough. This dog, is not only my pet or best friend, it is a SERVICE ANIMAL, of which they are aware. My bill was way over $600. My BEST advise to you, would you really take your dog to a place that doesnt veryify if a dog is up to date on shots or could potentially have rabbies or anything? i wont, and I wont return. In fact, All things Pawssible will be finding theirself in small claims court with me. My dog was checked out 4 days prior to only day stay with them, they don't require documentation for vaccicinations and this is just unreal. If I'm lying, let the image of the receipt today show other wise as well as the message to my friend at 630 am on Friday. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TO THIS PLACE. They are discourtious and do not require proof animals are up to date on shots. There's a reason why every other dog boarding place does, even Petco and PetSmart require proof of vaccinations before grooming an animal. All things possible can call me and discuss this bill or will be finding theirself in court. I shouldn't have left my pet/SERVICE ANIMAL there.

Charlottesville does not seem to offer a resort style pet hotel, so we gave All Things Pawssible's "bed & biscuit" services a try. We were never thrilled with our experience. As others have mentioned, the staff members were unprofessional. They never recognized our little man, never maintained clear records of his stays, and were never able to provide clear policies or booking procedures. Recently, upon trying to book with them, Jennifer is now have a policy where if you don't bring the dogs in for regular daycare you are subject to escalated fines for "missed months" and booking penalties. As others, I suspect this is to make up lost revenue during hard times. We have joined others in taking our little man elsewhere as the owners and managers are clearly not interested in long term customers or loyalty. I would urge you to keep looking, better services are out there.

I signed my puppy up for training here, and was given the wrong date to start training. In retrospect I'm glad, because when I showed up a week early for training, the facility was so dirty and unprofessional, and the smell of urine was so incredibly strong I left with a migraine after spending less than five minutes on the building. When I called to cancel the training and get my money refunded, I really had to (politely) push the owner as "they don't do refunds," even though this was never stated verbally or in writing when I paid for the class, nor had we actually received any services from them. They eventually agreed to refund, a three- phone-call ordeal. I strongly believe in supporting local businesses, but would not recommend giving this company any business.

Great staff who care about your pets. Puppy daycare is great and the option to board is always a comforting alternative when we have to travel. They also sell high quality foods and treats.

The owner was terribly rude to the everyone and especially disliked my dog, whom she made fun of every week in front of the entire class. She started by publicly giving us all a bunch of grief for 1) not using her overpriced food—we use IAMS because our Veterinarian suggested it and 2) for vaccinating our puppies. (WORD TO THOSE WHO WANT TO BOARD YOUR DOGS AT THIS PLACE-- SHE IS ANTI-VACCINATION, SO NO TELLING WHAT YOUR DOG WILL BE EXPOSED TO!) She kept asking the group if she had shown us this or that trick, like she couldn’t remember, and would ask us to show her tricks that she hadn’t shown us. She was just plain rude. Being made fun of while enduring the smell of dog urine hanging in the air of a hot and humid basement is something I may need therapy to get over.
