Highly recommend. Tim repaired our storm door closure that blew off the hinge during a recent storm. It now has the proper screws in place. He also repaired our screen door lock that was never properly installed. Storm door now working smoothly.

My business has an old, but much loved delivery van and we lost both of its keys within 3 weeks. So, we were dead in the water without a good way to make deliveries. Even though the type of key is not common and is difficult to work with, Aaron tackled the job with enthusiasm and a "can do" attitude. After a tremendous amount of effort and resourcefulness on the part of Albemarle Lock & Safe's team, we were back up and running with a new key and a spare, which is in a safe place! I brought Sean a harebrained scheme to attach a smart lock to a kitchen cabinet (a long, tortuous story) and they followed me down the rabbit hole. It didn’t work, or at least not in the timeframe I was hoping for. They were accommodating and didn’t charge me when things went south. They’re really kind and accommodating, even when suffering fools. I would highly recommend them.

Tim came out and installed installed a smart lock and rekeyed 4 locks and created duplicates. Very professional, kind and conversational. Had some great experience and was prompt. I would highly recommend Albemarle tool and lock and Tim specifically.

Locked my keys in my car one frosty morning, was freaking out, eventually called albemarle lock and safe, they sent a couple guys out who got to where i was within 15 minutes of my call and they were able to pretty quickly open my car door and get my keys out. They were all very kind the entire time and the two guys they sent were a couple of jokers which is a plus in my book. Ended up costing me 75 dollars which seems quite reasonable to me.

Called at 4:30pm after realizing I had locked my keys in the trunk of my car (1970 Chevelle.) Tim was here before 5pm and had my trunk opened by 5:30. Very difficult car to open given the age. Tim was great and took extra car not to damage my treasured Chevelle! Nice job Tim!

They set to work to make them and I reached for my wallet, but found I had left it home! I was in a jam - I had to get the folks into their new place. No problem! They just said "here - take the keys!" With a smile and no mention of what an airhead I was to forget my wallet. That's great customer service.
