Jeremy was so helpful and I couldn’t have had a better experience than what XO Pups provided! He taught us so much about training the puppy and they also give you so much stuff when you buy a puppy. They are affordable as well compared to other places. They provide a warm loving environment for the puppies as well which is refreshing! You definitely won’t be disappointed with XO Pups!

Vanessa was incredibly helpful and understanding as we searched for a dog that was right for us. Overall, everyone was kind and ready to answer all our questions. They also let us look at a bunch of dogs so that we could be certain about our decision. We always felt attended to, even when the store was busy. It’s clear that the staff love the dogs and care for them. 100% recommend this place if you’re looking to adopt a dog!

We had an excellent experience purchasing our pup at XO, Vanesa was very professional & extremely knowledgeable on ALL of the puppies. We never felt pressured or pushed into anything, for them, it was all about the connection & well-being of the puppy. I can’t say enough good stuff about xopups we got a little Frenchie last night and she is the sweetest little puppy, the customer experience is amazing and it is very clean in there. They make you clean your hands before you touch a puppy and they clean each little room between puppy visits! If you are going to get a dog xopups is the place!!!

Overpriced sick dogs. My dog had multiple sicknesses giardia and kennel cough. My doggy is the sweetest beautiful baby and well behaved however it really scared me upon purchase for the facility informed me she was healthy upon purchase, unfortunately hundreds was spent to make sure she got better and was not worth the price the store sold her for. Very displeased with their services. Get a dog on google search was 4x less the price.

Amazing select of purebred dogs. Customer service was great making sure you found everything you needed. We got a Pomeranian and he’s very cute. They explained everything that needs to be given and how to do it. Overall great experience to be there.

I'm beyond disgusted, and at a loss for words.This business is unbelievably inhumane. The poor dogs have very little space to move, and are forced to walk on grates for the convenience of the employees. These are primarily young dogs, and should be full of energy. Given their conditions, it's pretty easy to see why they're very lethargic and despondent instead.What's more, they have the nerve, the incomprehensible gall, to have a placard stating that they're treating the animals well and with care, when it's painfully clear that's not the case just a couple feet away.To say I'm traumatized is a gross understatement. I hope everyone involved in this business feels deeply ashamed for contributing to this torture of defenseless animals. The sooner this company goes out of business, the better.EDIT: That this place has 4.8 stars is not only obscene, it makes me lose faith in society's ability to feel basic empathy.Response to owner: You are absolutely right you have no record of me. I was in the store for 10 minutes before leaving with extreme disgust at what I saw. I will never buy anything from you.Google's review policy prohibits the following content: Spam and fake, Misleading information, Foreign languages, Off topic, Product safety, Restricted, Illegal, Offensive, Dangerous and derogatory, Conflict of interest. I've done none of these and you know it. Try to silence me all you want, but the dogs in your so-called "care" and the public deserve better.Take a good look at the animals in your store the next time you're looking to falsely accuse me and cover up the truth. Shameful and despicable behavior.

March 3, 2024:I’m so confused. Your website says that an appt isn’t needed to play with the puppies, but when my family went to play with the dogs, the lady that was working (glasses, dark long hair) told us that the dog we were looking at “only comes out for someone who will take her home.” Uhm?? What if that was my family? Not only that, she said the same thing to a mom and daughter that came in after us. Not sure if this is a new policy they’ve put in place, but if that’s the case, the website needs to be updated. I didn’t appreciate the woman’s attitude either.
