Great store for small size. Lots of good pet food, pet toys and great self serve dog bath area. My dog hates baths but this makes it a bit easier. Staff very friendly but not overbearing. Thank you!

The friendliest staff. Great deals. An amazing groomer who treats my "kids" like gold. I drive from Sterling to come to this store for the reasons above. Totally worth the drive.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They aim to please. Prices are a little on the higher side, but I don't mind paying a little extra for good customer service. This store offer a wide assortment of pet food, toys and even do it yourself dog showers. The store is clean and organized. I definitely recommend it for our furry and feathered friends.

This is no Pet Smart or other big pet store, so it's not going to have everything. For being a convenient corner shop easily accessible in a good location, it has what I need. It's got some unique items as well, some more for the pet owner than just the pet. Customer service is great, always very friendly in greeting as you come in and offering assistance.

I love this store because it is so close to where I live and everyone I have met has been very helpful and friendly. I bath my newly adopted yellow lab mix with one blue eye and one brown. They are always so kind to her while we are in the store. I found a great trainer from their list who has helped Bailey and I a great deal. They always have a nice complimentary treat for Bailey when we are there. Giving my dog a bath there for only $10 is awesome! I dont' have a mess or struggle in a bath tub with her. Great store and people, so please try them!!

Nice selection of foods, toys, and treats. There are more specialty and high-end products compared to some of the larger competitors. The self-service pet wash offering is excellent.

The employee (blonde girl w/freckles) who assisted us was just great! Very friendly. I rather like the DIY grooming section, a wide selection of all-natural dog food, and many homemade treats for Fido. Clean store, huge selection. It's like they packed an entire PetSmart inside a strip mall Petco and made it work!

Lovely staff, great products, and this is where we adopted our adorable 1 year old kitty named Luna! Personally like this place better than Petco or PetSmart smart. Worth the $.

I like this place but there is a BIG problem with it.1. Those poor betta fish are kept in containers the size of chinese sweet and sour takeout containers most of the fish are dead or knocking on heavens door and they put right in the front of the store for the world to see the horrible living conditions the poor fish live in. so all in all this place is 2/5 for fish abuse. do not go with children as they will get scared of the dead fish. I belive they should halt all live animal sales as they focus on pet products more than live pets and so the pets get treated very poorly.

I was excited to try this place after it was recommended by their competitor. I called ahead asking about Wahl clipper blades, I was told they had them and other clippers. I walked in the door, the two employees never acknowledge me, I walked around for a few minutes never asked if I needed help. When I finally found the clipper section they didn't have what I needed. I then walked to the counter where the 2 employees continued to talk, I stood patiently waiting to see if I may e missed what I needed. The one employee walked away the other walked behind the counter she looked at me then continued to ignore my existence.

The staff is so nice and friendly. I also love it because they have all of Petsmart's items but with lower prices. They are just AWESOME.😄

Came here for dog wash...it is convenient and easy to use with out 2 dogs. Would suggest that they keep the bath area cleaner...lots of dog hair on floor

I love the amount of non-grain and REAL FOOD items this store has for my pets. It's not inexpensive but it's good quality.
