I normally come to this store after bringing my dog to the vet so that she can pick a toy. It's always been a great, friendly place to go. She loves the squeaky tennis balls from here (prefers them over the Kong Airs!) and they're a great price. It's customary to leave with many more items than I came in to get. Recommended!

We have spent thousands of dollars at the store, but our refusing to honor points we have earned. Every time we’ve made a purchase and gave them our phone number they were able to look us up and confirm our name. However, now they say we don’t have an account, so go pound sand. I like the people and the products, but ripping us off

The cleanest I’ve ever seen my pups! Nicole did such a good job with them both. Friendly customer service on the retail side as always, a free bulk treat bag, and a ton of other discounts. Clean, fresh water at the door when they were all done. All ready for the holidays!

20231014 came to rescue a betta fish stick in a little container. So sad. I can only buy 1 named Tesla, because I have room for 1. 😭This store is very clean and merchandise is neatly displayed. The employees are always so friendly and helpful. They always greet me at the door. Their prices are reasonable for a store that carries items sold in the chain pet stores as well as some items sold at the specialty pet stores. Today I bought some Etta Says jerky that one of my pups love, a couple beef bones, and a box of milkbone that I haven't purchased in decades because I feed my pets high quality food. One of my pups took the milkbone but hasn't eaten it. She loves the Etta Says jerky! I used to buy them by the case on Chewy. I think they stopped carrying them. I am glad I saw them at Pet Supplies Plus!! They are expensive, $2 each, but so worth it because my pup loves it!!

I'm so grateful I found a wonderful self service dog wash. It's extremely affordable. Great location. The staff is great about making sure everything is clean and that towels are provided. It's a perfect place for washing my great dane.Update: 8/21/23 no longer 5 stars.I would like to update my review. They no longer are worth the price in my opinion. The price has increased while the service / amenities available has decreased. They no longer offer the treats to accompany your purchase. They don’t have brushes to transfer the soap onto your pet. Thankfully my dog does not have long hair so I don’t have to blow dry. They limit the wash to 20 minutes and the price is now $14 per wash.

Groomer Nicole surpasses her own exceptional service with each visit! My 2 year old rescue is terrified of any loud noises including blow dryers. Nicole cautiously handles her and she loves the experience. My 12 year old pup terrorizers any vet tech but with Nicole is Mr. Cool and comes away looking like a new man half his age! The very clean store, courteous staff, fresh water at the ready and well stocked supplies ensure my pups have what they need plus their rewards!!!

This is not like walking into a normal pet store. Me and my dog Redd came in for a bath. We were helped by Colin who is the nicest sweetest young man. He was very attentive and you can just tell his love for pets. He told me all about the dogs he has had and just loved on my Goldendoodle. As new to the area, I will definitely give my business to Pet Supplies Plus not because of their awesome selection but because of Colin.

Staff is very nice and friendly. Wide variety of selection for cat food. I come here to get my cats’ snacks and canned food. This place is my go to. I would definitely return. Also wanted to add that this place is cheaper than Amazon for the cat food I get.

I went to the store today needing help buying puppy supplies for a short puppy-sitting gig. I am a “lost puppy” (pun intended) when it comes to taking care of pets. The first store worker I met jumped in full force to help me shop for everything on my list. I sadly didn’t get a name but if you’re reading this, thank you so much! And for the manager, you should know you have a great, friendly and helpful team!

We love going here and buying our pets needs. The shower for our pets is the best one. Staff always greet with a smile and ask how's your day so far. Pet Supplies Centreville has all the things you need.

We took our dogs to the self wash. It is absolutely filthy, they also leave the towels in there so they get covered in fur from other dogs after you’ve cleaned them. We have been to other self wash stations in pet supplies plus and had great CLEAN experiences. I would not recommend this store.

Fun store to come in with or without your pet. Grooming salon and self-service bath. Staff is very nice and helpful. Lots of variety of products for all kinds of pets. Huge food variety. There are tons of treat options that can be mixed and matched. Lots of great deals and sales, too, which are delivered to your email

Prices were not what I was expecting. Avoid using the self serve dog wash.The prices were average, with only a few good sales. I have always heard about their prices being the cheapest around, but they're not hugely different than other places.The dog wash has preset water temp, which can not be changed. It stays cold most of the time, and it's very uncomfortable. The sprayers have high water pressure, which is good for lifting dirt and hair, but when combined with the cold temp, it was like shooting icecicles.

Customer service is excellent (they even remember my dog's name) and selection of dog food is as good or better than any of the large chain pet stores out there. The one complaint I have is that their website isn't developed well. It breaks and freezes a lot. They should try redeveloping it and keeping it simpler.

DIY dog wash can be a little dirty at times, but it gets the job done. They have a price match policy which I use sometimes when Amazon is cheaper. They also have unique treats and food (Goat milk) that my dog loves.

I LOVE my community Pet Supply Plus store!! Colin, at the register has outstanding customer service!! He is thoughtful, caring, professional and knowledgeable. His charm and personality makes going to the pet store, not only enjoyable for me, but my dog as well. Katie and Leila at the groomers do an outstanding job with my dog!! They too are incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, providing the utmost care and cut to my dog. And last, but certainly not least, the manager, who I don't know her name, when I lost my phone, held onto it and managed to get it back to me, which I so appreciated!! She is always so helpful recommending solutions, listening and answering my questions. YOU ROCK!! If you shop here, you will be in great hands!!

Been coming to this store since I lived at an apartment complex nearby years ago. Store is always clean, merchandise is neat and organized, and the staff are super nice and helpful! The company in general is the only place I've managed to find my cat's favorite kind of treat, but I prefer this location to the one closer to my home just because of how nice it is to visit here. (Not that the one by my current home isn't nice; it's just not as nice as this one!)

I love Pet Supplies Plus! I have shopped there for years but this was my first experience with ordering online and picking up my order curbside. It was a breeze and I would definitely recommend this service to others. They even included a "thank you" note with my order! Pet Supplies Plus carries such a large variety of dog food, treats, and everything else that I need. Thank you for the continued wonderful service!

I love this company and my dog does too. They have the special goat milk that she loves. I love that they have a bulk section as our family tries to reduce our waste. This location is clean and has friendly staff. I really had my hands full between my items purchased and my dog. The cashier offered to help me to my car (and I'm not even old). They're so kind and considerate. We also appreciate the frequent coupons since we are members. Mindy loves being able to pick out her next toy. You can see here she is tired after a fun day at the Pet Supplies Plus 😍

My roommates always rave about this place and talk about how good it is so me and my boyfriend decided to go visit a few nights ago and from the minute we walked in everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Lynn helped us so much and took her time explaining and answering the millions of questions we had. Everything was very organized and fully stocked. There was a lot of variety in brands and also great deals! I also want to thank Leah and Denise, they were the two cashiers that helped us check out! Customer service is excellent and I would highly recommend this place to anyone!!!
