Went to lunch on a Sunday and had the buffet, the food was good and the guy that waited on us was super friendly and kept our drinks full, the reason i gave only 4 stars for atmosphere was because we went the same time as church let out and the church guests were rude and cut in front of us at the buffet.....(not the restaurants fault at all) so I would suggest if you do go to the buffet on sunday go maybe around 1 to avoid the church crowd. My mom and I go during the week and it is great they keep the buffet stocked and the salad bar has a nice selection 👌

Called around 7:30 pm. Ordered over $50 worth of food. Told couldn't be delivered due to delivery backlog. Put on hold and came back saying would deliver, although seemed very unhappy about it. Waited until it showed up at about 8:45 pm by young person who looked intoxicated and was sarcastic and rude. Still tipped 25%. Pizza and cheese bread were so salty tasting was completely ruined. Called and asked for money to be brought back. Delivery driver refused, said they are afraid to return. Was informed could come get refund the next day with day management. Family ate cold cereal for dinner. Will never eat here again. BEWARE

Dine in! Salad bar (they have disposable plastic gloves at bar)but a few missing items..., guessing due to covid. Cheese sticks were good. Great service. Used to love stopping by but different taste and options due to recent pandemic. No military discount

Awesome service and the people are super friendly! The place is clean and neat. Pizza was fresh and the deals are great! Oh yeah get the garlic butter it's great! The service is always top notch. New favorite is the cinnamon sticks and pizza rolls

We called and placed a order for delivery. Took our info and asked where we were located and we said Richland's. The next reply from them was our driver has slick tires and were afraid to let him deliver. I guess it has to be sunny and clear before they can deliver food

Pretty sure the guy riding in the passenger seat of the truck my order showed up in ate half my curly fries. The ones I got were oven cooked and burnt on the edges. Sandwich was not what was pictured. Fast food is the better option in this town.

Under new management and since I was a delivery driver there I'm just giving 4 stars so I don't seem biased. The pandemic and supply nightmares have hit everyone hard so some places are skimping on us but the guys at the Plus do a great job and you get a great meal and generous portions and they don't mind going that extra mile to insure you the customer leave with a smile, leftovers aa satisfied palette and a full tummy. Plus has the best salad bar and has spinach too (a personal note..mom has an aversion to lettuce but loves salads ergo the spinach save) I just hate the pac man arcade game got replaced...but it's good times.

My wife and I are traveling and just wanted to get a pizza. After trying to "register" on the rinky dink website for 15 minutes, I almost threw my phone. Why if We are passing through? Not possible to just order online, or call without a pita time consuming, bs, registration. We gave up and called the competition who was happy to take my money.

They allowed a couple come in with two small dogs. They were not service animals but little house dogs. The couple proceeded to give the dogs plates of pizze cut up to eat in the seat of the booth. This was wrong on so many levels. I was asked what I wanted to drink but was never brought anything until I was getting ready to leave.

My family and I went inside to be seated and were told to sit anywhere. All the tables were full or blocked off due to COVID restrictions except in the front portion of the restaurant. We had to wait for the tables to be cleaned off and while one employee was cleaning them another employee came over and proceeded to pick one of the tables up and stack it so it could not be used. I asked the employee if that table could be pushed up to the other table since there were 5 of us and we were told no that only 4 people were allowed at a table. I then explained that there were 5 of us and only 4 seats at the table and we could eat due to not having enough seats and we would have to leave. The employee rudely stated ok and walked off. After this employee’s rudeness if I could give a 0 star rating I would. We will not be giving this restaurant anymore of our business.

Always great service with great food. After this place being home to many personal memories including after game pizza nights and birthday parties, its impossible to say I've had an issue that has happened OR has happened and its never been a big deal. Always clean both inside and outside.

I've ordered delivery from here multiple times. Today I ordered delivery and it's been over an hour since the scheduled delivery time and I am yet to receive my food which consisted of a salad... this is not the first time that it has taken over an hour to receive my delivery from them and I live 10 minutes away. After today, I will not be ordering from them again. Pizza Hut can have my LARGE orders made and delivery in less than half the time. I only order from pizza plus because they have salad and PH doesn't. Ridiculous.

Wish there was a way to do zero stars. Called in order that was supposed to be done in 20-25 minutes, showed up at 30 minutes from order for them to tell me they are putting it in the oven after I paid.

Not worth the money. Unfriendly staff. Bread sticks were almost like hot dog buns. Thin crust was made incorrectly...doughy as hell and almost inedible. Overpriced for what you get. Stick to main choices instead of this.

Have eaten there twice now and have been very please both times. Great food and great service. Waiter kept our drinks filled to the top and kept bringing out fresh food. Greatest pizza buffet we have eaten.

When i first moved to Richlands 3 years ago I really liked the pizza at Pizza Plus in Cedar Bluff. I compared their pizza to many resturants like Giovannis, Italian Village, and Roma. With Covid it’s been a while since venturing out. Today I ordered a cheese pizza I could have had if I had bought a frozen pizza at a supermarket. The person who took the order had trouble taking the order. Asking for my phone number three times. And repeated my order back and it was wrong and I had to correct him. The pizza...Awful, bland, very little sauce very little cheese, no taste. I will not order a pizza from Pizza Plus again

I eat here all the time for my lunch. When I do come for my lunch my friend and I have to get our own drinks. Then today I went to go pay for my food and they charged me for some else's food. That was more then my own then the "assistant manager" if you wanna call him that would not even fix it.

Great pizza place! I like it way better than the local pizza hut. Pizza is always really good I love their supreme pizzas but they're plain cheese and pepperoni is good as well. I've ordered online from them a few times, smooth experience I'm so glad they gave us that option. I recently ordered a delivery the worker was slow to say the least took an hour! lol he had his pizza bags in the bed of his pickup truck lol I didn't care much it's the country and it was hilarious, pizzas were still hot too. My boyfriend ordered online and scheduled the delivery but we assumed a tip was included in the total apparently not I felt so bad for the guy but I had no cash on hand and hadn't had pizza delivered in years. Still he was nice but really slow and that truck bed method just cracked me up lol I will say that they are expensive. I guess I'm just spoiled by little ceasers 5 dollar pizzas, man I wish we had one of those in town! Had one years ago but went out :( Please come back Little Ceasars!!
