This place never ceases to amaze us! Our dog loves coming here. We walk in and he knows exactly where he is at and has no problem leaving us. When we dropped him off they knew who he was before we even checked him in! This time he came with meds and they were in constant communication with us about how he was doing. If you're looking for somewhere that will take care of your fur baby like it's their own Country Club Kennels is it!!

WE Love CCK! We have boarded our dogs there for several years. Carla and company run a very special place which is truely like a dog country club experience. They have consistently taken such good care of our dogs while we were out of town that we don't have to worry. It's out of the way for us but so worth the effort! Highly recommend CCK!

They are great! They allow only other dog-friendly pooches. They don't overcrowd. The pool parties are awesome and you can follow your pets playtime on their Facebook page.We worry about leaving our dog on long trips but they make it so nice for the dogs.It's really popular so weekends booked up for the entire summer early.Try it out and you will love it!!!

We have had both of our dogs at Country Club Kennels and our first one loved it just as much as our 2nd does now! You can rest easy on your break knowing that they are safe and being cared for in many different ways. Our dog Chase especially loves the pool visits in the summer and the nature walks in the fall. The staff is kind and detail oriented. We drive 45 minutes one way to get to a piece of heaven for our Chase, and it is worth every minute.

I've boarded my dog with Carla and her team at Country Club Kennels numerous times this year, due to health issues and Carla has been a God send! My dog is a difficult dog to say the least, has special needs regarding his stay and requirements and Carla has been amazing to work with and her team have been extremely responsive, know how to handle his personality and he loves being there! As one reviewer said, it's an absolutely beautiful place and find myself saying wow this would be a great place to stay - lucky dogs!!

This is an amazing place to leave your dog. Prices are competitive with other kennels. Dogs go out 8 times a day. And every single one is well loved. They do everything they can to make your dog as happy and comfortable as possible. We had an anxiety issue with our dog while she was away and they picked up her medication at the pharmacy for us and gave it to her to try and help. And every single staff member feels the same way. I have not met anyone here that did not love each animal like it was his or her own.I would highly recommend this place to anyone for boarding.

I brought my dog Duque here to board for a few days during my recent move, and I was extremely satisfied! He’s a good boy, pretty calm and gets along with most everybody. However he does have some separation anxiety! I was worried when I left him because there was about to be a big thunderstorm and I knew he would be scared. I called that evening to check on him, left a message, and got a prompt call back. They told me in detail how he was adjusting and what they were doing to make him comfortable there. They called me the second day to tell me that he didn’t seem to enjoy his special “treasure hunt” activity because he was too anxious, so they wouldn’t charge me for it. Then, I called back on the morning I was planning to pick him up to ask if he could stay one extra day. They were happy to have him stay longer, and again gave me an update on how he was doing. They gave a genuine report about him, which didn’t seem like generic stuff that they would just say about every dog. Also, I loved seeing a video on Facebook of all the dogs playing outside, which gave me a glimpse of how he was doing! Overall everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional, and I felt my dog was well taken care of (he is my precious fur child of course!). This was my first visit - I live in Fairfax so it’s a 45 minute drive, but I will definitely board him here again!!

Sent my dog Cooper to Carla for training. He's still a work in progress but she's helping immensely at understanding how to bring him out of his shell. I trust her and her staff completely with my most precious possession, my dog. Be it for a day of Doggie play time, boarding or extended training. And her property is beautiful. I'm always sad it's my dog that gets to stay instead of me!

We've been taking my human aggressive dog here for years. Carla is the only one willing to give Micah a chance because she understands his anxiety. My dog comes home happy and TIRED from all the fun! Karla is the best trainer I have ever met. She treats all the dogs as if they were her own. I would never board my dogs anywhere but with Karla and her staff. We live in South Florida but it's worth it for the dogs. Can't wait to go back at the end of August. The dogs are going to LOVE IT! Thank you Karla

The facility is large allowing the dogs plenty of room to run. Also seems like the staff takes good care of the dogs. However, whether due to short staff or a lack of a desire to deal with dogs that may be more "difficult," if your dog presents an issue you may want to consider boarding else where or they will ask you not to bring your dog back.

Over the years, I have left my two best buddies in the care of Carla and her gang over a dozen times and never had a moment’s reservation. My boys are family and it is important to me to know that they are in a relaxed, safe, and loving environment when I go away for business. Last year, my wife and I took an extended 5 week road trip out to the west coast and back. We boarded our Australian Cattle dog with country club kennels during this time.We were very pleased at the the amenities offered and for the excellent treatment and care they gave to our dog. Unfortunately we were in a position that we had to rehome our two dogs that we had for many years. It was a hard enough experience but Carla and her employees were heartless and extremely rude. They made us feel like horrible people for rehoming our dogs. We know what we did was best for them unlike other people who just drop them off at a pound or leave them tied to a tree. They rolled there eyes and didn’t let us say our goodbyes. They didn’t even allow us the opportunity to tell them about the dogs. They weren’t interested in us giving them all there toys and belongings. They rushed us out the door and Carla actually followed us to the car when I was crying and stayed. “ I’m doing you a favor, so I hope your crying because your leaving your dogs and not because we made you mad. You have no idea the amount of work and money I have to put into these dogs!” If your in this business for money then you obviously don’t have the heart for this! It’s NOT about money it’s about caring for the dogs! It’s NOT about the work or time either. If your a legit trainer you should know each dog is different. You shouldn’t be in this line off work for a quick buck!!!! I have never done a review but wanted it to be known the treatment and the true intentions of this place to others. I agree with the other review that Carla publicly insults you in front of others and acts like a child rather than a professional. She even asked my husband if we even play with our dogs. Rude and heartless people. One of the employees that took the dogs from us without allowing us to say our goodbyes stated” if you don’t like how things are done here you can go somewhere else.” If we were able to find another rescue or organization that would’ve have taken our dogs we would have. Please think twice when going here. It’s not about the dogs it’s about a quick buck!

This is the absolute best dog boarding place you will ever take your dog to - they will come back to you happy and in our case, better than they were before. I feel guilty I haven't written a review for them sooner, but it is already hard to book a kennel for our dogs because they are so popular! The grounds are beautiful and the epitome of every dog's dream - trees, rolling grassy hills and fields, a POOL specifically for dogs, a clean facility with staff that go above and beyond what one might expect from a dog boarding facility.We have two rescues (one puppy and one 8 year-old adult) who are very shy and have a general fear of humans based on their prior experiences, but every time we pick them up from staying here the staff are able to tell us specific things about their behavior, progress, and mood for however long the stay which, to me, indicates that they really care about each one of the pups that pass through their doors. We left our pups there over Labor Day weekend and they came back home two happier dogs - they actually play and like to be around each other now! They were able to play with other dogs (which made us so nervous since our one pup is new) but they did so good and somehow developed a trust for each other over the weekend that has been visible to us ever since bringing them home. I highly recommend this place - walks are INCLUDED and you can pay for extras (pool, nature walks, etc.). They are fairly priced, might be a hike for some - but believe me - it is so worth it! Love going here and refuse to take my dogs elsewhere.

One of the best places you could ever leave your pets. We have been customers for a long time, and our dogs like it here as well. I have such fond memories of how our pets have been treated here over the years. We have always had two dogs and they had always been able to share a run, but our dog Pearl, who was extremely food aggressive could not be fed in the same run with our little dog, Abby. Abby also was not a good eater. We found out that at Country Club they fed Abby in the hall on the other side of the run they shared, and the poor kennel helper sat with her until she finally finished her meal. At Country Club the dogs play and are walked many times a day. Such kindness. It doesn’t get much better than this.

We live an hour away but it is totally worth an hour of listening to my toy poodle, Sneakers whine to send her here. She gets so excited to visit and the play with all the other dogs. We ask about her on their facebook page see pictures of what the dogs are currently doing. Every year, the team tell us that Sneakers plays outside more than other dogs because she gets along with all dogs and won't come inside. My family and I are convinced that she has a better vacation than us. The property is beautiful with a pool for the dogs and lots of wide open spaces. The staff does a flea check after you drop your dog off for safety too.

I would really be hesitant to adopt a dog from here. If you happen to find your "perfect match" and then come to find out your match isn't so perfect, Carla will publicly shame you for your return in attempt to "pull the heart strings" of future buyers. It's a true shame that even when you do your best and do the right thing for the dog, Carla isn't forgiving or understanding. Instead she will post a public Facebook video indirectly attacking your best efforts to give a dog its perfect home. Regardless of her skills/experience, I would be cautious of this aspect of her business.

My dog loves going here! I'm a flight attendant and we sometimes have to take him here several consecutive times. When I put the uniform on, he gets excited! He thinks he's going to Country Club! When he realizes he isn't going, he is so bummed! My boy is almost seven years old and had never had to be boarded until recently. Of course I was apprehensive. So was he. But after a couple of times, he Loves it!

It's a hike for us here in Vienna, but worth it due to cost and I know the dogs are extremely well cared for. They get to be outdoors rather than some indoor kennel. Lots of space to run and play.

By far the best place to kennel your animals. Tons of outdoor space for pets to run and play and the value is awesome. If you want your pets to really be cared for without paying extra, this is the place to go!
