On one of the hardest days of my life so far, I was met with genuine compassion and support from the staff here. Although this was my first time visiting the practice, they made us feel like family and were so gentle with us as we had to put down our Blake ❤️. I regret that I cannot recall the names of the vet & techs that helped us, but I thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you did for us and our baby boy. I know where we are taking the rest of our babies.🙂After looking at the staff on the website, I know it was Dr. Drape and the tech was Hope. Thank you both so much. ❤️

Highly recommend! Love them! The staff is great. Friendly and caring! They really care about your pets! I've been going to them for over 4 years. Bean (shown below) absolutely loves the place. They give you free urine and fecal test with blood work on cats. They inform you every step of the way AND always follow up of there was an issue at the previous visit to see how your babies are doing.

So glad we found this place! Our ducks were attacked by a fox just after dark one evening and one of them needed medical attention asap. This was the first place we could find that not only was willing to squeeze us in that very next day but could take care of ducks. So very impressed with the staff and the Veterinarian the day we were there was fantastic. She was hands on and very knowledgeable. Definitely would trust her and the rest of the staff with my ducks as well as my other animals. I highly recommend them

We moved to Catlett from Fairfax in August and are so happy to find Catlett Animal Hospital. They have been so wonderful to our babies Lucy and Ace and I am impressed by their plans and approaches to animal care that allow more people to ensure their pets get proper routine care. This place is connected to Compassion in Bealeton. It's wonderful to have two options fir things you need from the vet. My Boston loves the big windows in the exam rooms.

These wonderful people were able to squeeze my dog in for a visit when I knew that something was wrong with her. The techs and doctor were great, got her meds and she's well on her way to recovery and already feeling a lot better after just 12 hours! She's a rescue and very scared of people and strangers and so they even let me into a room early so that she didn't have to be in the waiting room around all sorts of different people, pets, and noises. I hardly ever leave reviews but after the experience I had yesterday I absolutely had to - I'd give them ten stars if that was an option!

Amazing staff. They went above and beyond to put our large Rottweiler to sleep while he was in the car so we didn't have to move him while he was in so much pain. Absolutely wonderful customer service.

I took my 11 month old Bully there for her first vet visit the other day. She showed a side I've never seen before. Turns out she is very over protective of me. The employees must have seen it all and handled it well. Catlett Animal Hospital will be where I take my baby for all her medical needs and it's only 10 minutes away.

We are new to the area and had only used their services one time before our 11 year old dog became sick. They had us come in quickly. Called for a appointment cat was sick, beings I didn't have an appointment they double charged for a office visit, its all about the money and then he was misdiagnosed, won't go back there again.

Love these guys, they never push me to get unnecessary and expensive tests and procedures like some of the other vets I've used.. They always explain my options and tell me costs prior to moving forward.. Very important for someone on a tight budget like me! And most importantly, they are very knowledgeable and loving towards my babies :)

Quick appt availability and affordable pricing for my Duck when she was attacked. Doctor and assistant were super friendly. Helena didn't seemed stressed at all with the handling and exam. Certainly worth the 45 minute drive.

A half star is too good for these people. Even though I was low on money until my SSI check came I had to take my cat there because at 8 a.m. she was fine and at 9 she couldn't move her hind legs and was dragging them. They would not treat her unless I paid up front. They did examine her said she had thrown an embolism and was in pain and needed to be put down but wouldn't do it unless paid in advance. She died later that day. A year later they sent me a notice that she needed her teeth cleaned. No compassion and bad service

I cannot stress this enough… DO NOT use this vet! We called because we had a goat in very mild labor distress. Dr. Stilwell came out and a few hours later we had 3 goat kids dead as well as the mother goat. The vet came in and started ripping kids out like the Nigerian Dwarf Goat was a cow. Completely incompetent and if you are able to please, for the good of your animals use Rose Hill Animal Hospital. There is no excuse for the practices of “Dr” Stilwell and her lack of experience and coming in and making a concerning experience into a nightmare.After all of this they decided to mail a bill for her “services”. If you value your animals lives please use another vet that can care for them in the way that they deserve.

The doctors at the Compassion Animal Hospital are all excellent. We have been taking our pets there since we moved into the area. The Cattlett location is one of the 3 locations that belong to the practice. I would recommend them to anyone. They handle small and large animals which is perfect for a county with a large farming community.

I have a great pryneese that has anger syndrome. I could not find a vet who could adequately treat my dog in care/budget. Doctor Lisa is excellent and I drive 30 minuets away to have her take care of my dogs!

Went there for dehorning goats. Called ahead and scheduled an appointment. Went there the next day (1 hour drive) and the lady in the office was all sassy. She said we don't do goat dehorning. "What!" This place was so unorganized, unprofessional and they just stare at you like deer in headlights when you ask then a question. I recommend that you don't waste your time there.
