This is the best place we have ever rented from. Super easy to get in and out of. Everything is kept in tip-top shape. Everything is always clean and in order. They even have clean restrooms. The code always works and we never have any problems. The staff, I’ve never met them face to face but each one of them that I have had to call from the road, they are incredibly helpful. The website is by far the easiest rental website I have ever had to deal with. The prices are the best around. Thank you to this group for being amazing!

This is my second time renting a unit at Calverton Storage, a few years apart. I was greeted both times by LeeQuinn in the front office. She is such a pleasant human being and incredibly helpful. She's not pushy at all and helped me choose the right size unit for my needs. The location is convenient for my family. It is clean and well lit. Highly recommend!!

Excellent service! I was able to get a spot on short notice to temporarily store my newly purchased sailboat and trailer. Monthly rent was far below any other such facility and is well secured. Especially like the app used for opening the gate so you don’t have to wait until you get to the box to key in your passcode. Highly recommend if you are in the need for a storage unit or parking spot!

We are from DC and we came to Calverton Storage because of LeeQuinn, the Store Manager. She was super helpful, so nice and worked with us to help find the best solutions for our needs. The facility is clean and organized… we are very happy we found this location! Best rates we found - and we called ALOT of places!

The facility is exceptionally clean, office, grounds, units and even public restrooms are above par. Pricing is incredibly fair, and the staff is extremely friendly, outgoing and helpful. I’ve had several storage units at different facilities and this is by far the best yet.

Hands down the nicest place we have been too. It is secure and the buildings are in good condition. Ashley was super helpful since I am apparently computer illiterate. Easy to make payments and the location is out of the hustle and bustle. Great place, prices are great, and people are wonderful. I will always recommend them for out area.

Moving in Lee was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient! My parents have been clients for years, and they have praised the reasonable rates, and cleanliness of the property. We hope the new management will not hike-up prices like the big time storage companies. I appreciate that Calverton is more personable. I feel safe placing my belongings in and like that there are so many lights! Please keep up the good work! I will say though, Lee was the most friendly of the staff that I met. Sometimes just a smile to a new client can push word of mouth. I tend to put people at ease, but just a hello, is pleasant and all that's needed.

We have had our furniture in storage for the last two years or so. The customer service is outstanding. Even the bathroom on site is extremely clean and has heat and air conditioning. The process of checking out is very quick and easy. If you need a place to store your belongings, this is.

Costs went up and reasoning for the large price hike was unacceptable. The facility is at least 25 years old, pot holes everywhere and the doors were consistently breaking. After being a customer for over 15 years, they wanted to charge 89 bucks more, for the same, then when I tried to go smaller, it was going to cost me more, since that would make me a "new" customer.

Over the years that we've had storage units at Calverton, LeeQuinn has gone out of her way to help us out. She has arranged our units to be close to each other and has let us know when bigger units have become available so instead of having a few small units, we could move into a bigger one. Recently, she worked with management to help us out with the cost of the units as well. I can't imagine other storage facilities having that kind of customer service with someone who actually really cares about the people who rent from them. The facility is also very clean and safe. We honestly couldn't ask for more!
