I am going to have to change my review. I called to renew my insurance and everything went fine on the phone, they take my money for what I need, full coverage and SR22 . Then 2+ weeks later the "uppers" don't want to honor the SR22 which I paid for already AND puts my license in trouble of being SUSPENDED.The staff that worked that office before never was unable to get me what I needed, nothing has changed since then. Other than staffing.So when I call and expect money back since I only have insurance on my vehicle, not my license like we agreed before I made the payment. I was told "no....but if there was anything left after it was over, I might get something back."What world does that make sense in? I'm not carrying SR22, but you quoted me and charged me based on that. My quote and number should have went down Thursday when they decided to call and let me know.I'd go somewhere else, like I'm getting ready to have to.I should have been turned down during the consultation so I could have known and not wasted my money or my time!SR22 is NOT cheap and its serious to drivers who have to carry it to keep their license. I have 2 small children and can't afford starting a new insurance claim, paying reinstatement fees at the DMV because someone doesn't know how to do their job.This isn't the first time I've had trouble with them, but the lady before went above and beyond to correct her employees errors and helped me. I guess this new person is different.I wanted a hometown insurance company I could go in and talk to and the convenience that went along with having them right down the road.Hope you're enjoying retirement, but I miss you Kathy!
