Stopped for some breakfast here while traveling for work. The restaurant was clean. The cashier was friendly. My order came out quickly. I had the frisco breakfast sandwich, tater rounds, and a coffee. My sandwich wasn't the hottest and neither were the tater rounds. I tried one of their cinnamon raisin biscuits for the first time and it was pretty good.

Before you order a drink, go take a look at the ice machine. Full of corrosion and MOLD growing out of it. I had to throw away my drink after seeing it, and the food was no longer appetizing. I do not recommend.

Stopped in from our way back from NC.Wow ,that place was a hot mess. Poor customer service. Alot of attitudes that I don't feel like dealing with. They got our order wrong. The dinning areas where messy and it smelled like urine . I swear they used the same mop from the restrooms in the dinning area. I do have something good to say though, the chicken was good, but so are alot of other restaurants. I won't be stopping again. I will plan to stops that don't include that place.

Workers were more concerned about talking to there coworkers than taking care if the customer. One lady. Didnt have on gloves and was hand placing the fries in the bad. I understand that fast food doesn’t typically hold a high standard, but do yourself the favor and skip this particular Hardee’s.Bathrooms have no toilet paper to be found, garbage all over the floors in the main seating area, very old oil in the fryers, sandwiches missing half of the ingredients - just go to the McDonald’s up the road.

This was a mistake to stop here. Staff was slow had a I don't care attitude and dining area was dirty with most tables needing to be washed. Ice machine was broken in dinning room and part was just left by machine. When told staff just shrugged it off. Order was missing onion rings told they would be replaced in 3 minutes. But they never bothered to cook them and after 20 minute decided it wasn't worth wasting anymore time

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The wait in the drive thru was super long and not because it was busy, it was because the workers are SLOW and don’t listen.We had to repeat various parts of our order three or more times. When I got my order it was wrong. I asked for a plain burger and they put everything on it. It was a mess with mayo everywhere. The fries were old and the burgers looked like a fatty greasy mess. DO NOT GO HERE! A few miles down the road you have more choices!

The burger was good but that's the end of the positives. Poor service, the cashier was not happy to be there. No napkins, no ketchup, no ice teas. Chicken nuggets tasted strange. The dining area was uncomfortably warm. The men's room was dirty, even the faucet was loose in the sink. Might be fine as a drive through place only.

The drive through is awful. They had all of the cars lined up in parking spaces in an effort to make it seem like they provided fast service. I waited 10 minutes for food. Ridiculous. I should have went in and asked for a refund.

Waiter was rude and I asked if I could get another creamer and she said we don't have enough, coffee tasted like a day old. Biscuits and chicken was to done. They acted like they didn't want to serve anyone. Other customers were leaving saying they had enough of this place. I will never visit here again

Ordered two 11s, which are regular chicken sandwiches. I received a not so tasty BBQ chicken sandwich, and a box of chicken tenders. Apparently the menu changes by the second. Not impressed with the taste nor the inconsistencies. However, it was close to closing time, and the fries were okay, so I'll at least give them 2 stars.

Wait was loooooong! My burger was dried up, bun was not the freshest and basically tasteless. Only thing that saved this place were the fries. They at least were hot and flavorful. Maybe you will be luckier than we were.

Was my first time trying, and it was pretty good. Cashier's attitude was unpleasant, but every place has an employee that is more capable of providing basic customer service. But, the food was good nonetheless, and the place looked pretty clean for the most part.

You can tell they were short staffed like everyone is these days and still got the food out quickly considering, however; you could tell the burger patties, bacon and fries were cooked a while before being served. I know its hard on places like this with the shortage of workers but fast food is really only good when it's hot and "fresh".

Zero stars is the real scoreExpect a long wait with your food in the warmer till a manager can sort it out, with warm food that tastes if it's a day old getting cooked againDon't order plain or anything custom it's pointless. This Hardee’s store is the best the lady’s that work there are wonderful. They were so nice. I was coming home from the hospital from across the bay. We stopped and they were not allowed to have eat in because of COVID-19 but my dad has problems breathing outside in the heat. They sanitize one of the booths for us to sit inside. They are vary kind and sweet. Thank you again lady’s if you see this

Employees were very nice and friendly. But, the beyond burgers were not displayed on the menu board. I asked if they were still serving them. They said they weren't sure if they had any left. They looked and found some in the cooler. They made us a couple and they were delicious. The disappointing thing is that they said they will probably stop serving the beyond burger because the demand just isn't there. I still give them 5 stars because it's not their fault. Also the service was excellent.
