Same great experience! Mom always stopped here on our way back from the Lake when I was a kid. They still have the best fruit around. I bought some fruits back to Chesterfield so some neighbors could taste real fruit; unlike this junk they sell here in stores. We have to get back to gardening, canning, and supporting business like this one. It’s the only way to know exactly what you’re eating!!!

Very nice little store with locally and some NC fruits and veggies. We got fresh blueberries and s big bag of peaches. All delicious. I also got bacon ketchup and blueberry hot sauce for others in the family. The proprietor said his daughter loves the ketchup though. I would stop again. The cantaloupe looked good.

I've been coming for YEARS❣ This hidden treasure needs to be checked out. I first started coming for their scrumptious peaches, then they started adding their delectable and addicting sauces, dressings, preserves, jellies, salsas, etc etc! I stop there EVERY time I head to NC!! And on the way back home! They also have eggs, apples and veggies of the season. But their PEACHES are OMG juicy and delicious. Always buy extra to eat on the way home

They have the best watermelon, ever!!!! The cherry preserves are delicious,too!! To be honest, everything that I have purchased from the Country Basket has been delicious!! Some might consider the prices a little steep, but the fruits and vegetables are really good.

Everytime we stop here the food is wonderful and fresh, no matter the season! Peaches, starwberries, apples -- everything as it comes to harvest time is ripe and delicious. And the handmade soap I s wonderful. A roadside gem on 360!
