Unique shop that caters to just selling items to feed birds. Suet, bird houses, feeders, etc. They are all here. Plenty of feed as well. Customer service was helpful and informative. We bought a suet feeder and a few blocks. Took about 4 days, but now we have a regular gathering in the morning (no squirrels).

I'm a regular customer, and my loyalty is rewarded with earned "Birdie Bucks". Wild Bird Center has all your Bird seed, feeder, and Bird house needs. I especially enjoy their selection of shelled patio friendly options - pricey, but worth it! The added bonus is the expertise of the employees offering solid "no pressure" advice.

Really nice staff! We buy seeds regularly and also love our handmade in the USA wind chimes. Although it’s probably not the cheapest place it has a more local feel.

Was looking for Christmas gifts last week and knew Kohl's would have what I needed . . . but, here was a small business called the Wild Bird Center that I might like to explore.With COVID, I want to be deliberate in my store visits. Nobody needs to be strolling around aimlessly. Get in, get out, wear PPP if you have it / want it / need itSo I checked the website before making the decision to go in. Is there anything close to what I was looking for?The website did not say, so I did not go in. I could have called . . . but just went to Kohl's.No shade, but that's what kept me from walking in: what do you sell?

The owner had an opportunity to educate our children about the rescue crow that makes his home in the store. The crow, Gabby, was putting on a show with quirky behaviors, sounds and gestures. Our children were being very respectful and watching in awe at this magnificent bird. The owner instead of engaging us with positive dialog, he chose to reprimand and speak to us condescendingly and our children when we were clearly there to learn. The owner had his back to us the entire time and made us feel unwelcome. As bird watchers and outdoor enthusiasts/educators, my wife and I were so disappointed at this negative experience. Birders beware and take your business elsewhere. If Craig Betts were still the owner, he would be mortified.

The selection of bird feeders, bird baths, seeds and gifts is terrific! I get everything I need here throughout the year. They're wonderful in answering questions on everything to do with birds and even squirrels and bats! A great store!
