Best groomer I’ve ever had the pleasure in dealing with! She was very attentive to my pets needs, understanding and very thorough with her assessments, care and overall just an awesome business to deal with. You will not find that small town feel anywhere else! The faculty are super professional, communicative and helpful. The prices are very reasonable when compared to other groomers in the area. Look no further for a great service provider for all your dogs grooming needs.

I didn't make my 1st appointment for my Yorkie Jax and when I called to reschedule, I was informed that I had to pay $30 invoice for missed appointment. I was informed at that time that the contract states this, but I was never told about a contract that I had to sign. I agreed to pay half because I wanted a place close to my home to take Jax. However, I was charged $15 extra for JAX'S grooming when I was told it was going to be $30. JAX'S nails were not clipped and his haircut looked like someone just took the scissors and cut the hair straight back on each sides as if he had a blanket over his back. They allowed me to bring Jax back to have his nails clipped. My 2nd time having Jax groomed, I was charged $10 late fee for being 7 minutes late. The groomer did a decent job although she had to cut him really close. On 3/26, I had to called to reschedule my appointment because I was sick and was told I would have to pay $60 before I could reschedule, and the cost was $60 because I was booked for a cut and wash. I explained Jax had no hair to cut and I only wanted shampoo which I was told was only $30 during my 1st conversation. After saying this, I was told the groomer I booked cost more. The customer service is poor, they never answer the phone, even though there's a secretary who doesn't groom. I literally witnessed the secretary ignoring a call, during Jax's last appointment, after looking at the caller ID. They charge you all kinds of fees and the price changes after the appointment is complete. I've left messages asking to have the owner give me a call, and no call was returned. This establishment will not get any more of my business!!!

Called me back fast to fit our pup in same day due to a cancellation. So friendly and knowledgeable. Did a great job with de- shedding and really stubborn nails. Our very emotional dog came out wagging his tail and smelling so fresh!
