We had a fantastic experience with Mid-Atlantic Watersports just this year. We spent a lot of time with Blake who sold us our new boat. He was extremely knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and was a pleasure to do business with. He even arranged to deliver the boat to our boathouse as a surprise! The great service didn’t stop after purchasing the boat. The owner Steve, came over to show us how to use the settings on the boat that we couldn’t figure out and Blake continues to check in. If you’re in the market for a new boat, pre-owned or rental, it’s a no brainer. These are your guys! We highly recommend them and would give them 10 stars if there was an option!

We recently purchased a new Supreme S220 from Mid-Atlantic and couldn't be happier! From our initial call to the final delivery of the boat, we felt taken care of 100%. This place has great deals on water sports equipment. The instructors are super helpful! The whole staff is very friendly and knows their stuff about all the equipment. The pontoon boat rentals are always a good time and are dog friendly!

The boat I had initially rented was unavailable at the time of my rental. Mid-Atlantic upgraded my rental for no additional charge and kept their promise that I would enjoy Lake Anna on the water. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic experience renting a boat from Mid-Atlantic Watersports on Lake Anna. The customer service was excellent. The pick-up and drop-off was quick and effortless. There was a problem with the boat we had reserved, which was totally outside of their control, but the Mid-Atlantic team went above and beyond to communicate about the issue and get us a similar boat to make sure we still had a great time. Their attention to detail and genuine care for our experience was amazing. We would highly recommend Mid-Atlantic Watersports!

I used to have them service my old boat. They were always honest and straight forward. Always seemed to get things done in a timely manner. At a good price. I recently purchased a new boat from them earlier this year and they are awesome! I worked with Blake Huggins. He got me exactly what I wanted and it didn't matter the time of day he was always there to help and answer any questions I had! Really great group of people at Mid-Atlantic Watersports! I always recommend them for any boating needs!

Would not recommend renting with this company. Booked a confirmed rental several weeks before the date only to find out less than 24 hrs beforehand that the boat was double booked. Terrible customer service and no accountability. Was only offered a refund or voucher. Even more frustrating was the fact that all other rental companies were fully booked. Totally ruined the expectations for our vacation. Look elsewhere for companies that know how to manage their bookings.

From viewing the boat to test drive to final sale to helping launch the boat all went super smooth! A big shootout to BLAKE for all his handholding and personalized attention…Also, we had some maintenance that needed attention and their service team were quick to diagnose and order the part. Kyle and the staff at Mid-Atlantic are awesome; we recently have had a hard time finding the right wakesurf board, and they were super helpful and knowledgeable, and even let us demo surf boards behind the boat we normally surf behind.

Rented a pontoon boat over the 4th of July, the staff were really nice and friendly and there was initially some confusion with the boat that we were renting, I had paid for a "recreation pontoon" but the reservation was changed a few days before rental to a "standard pontoon". They resolved this before the day of rental so I was happy about theat.There were some concerns with the boat that we found after we got it out, firs the radio didn't work at all, part of the motivation for renting the larger boat was to have a radio, but it wasn't working at all. The boat had wires hanging down below the boat between the pontoons into the water, we didn't see this until we were in a cove swimming, I don't think that it caused any problems, but we were worried that if it did, we'd be held responsible for it. Lastly the registration on the boat was expired by over a year and the registration letters were peeling an/or missing, something that we noticed while swimming as well. We were out on the lake on the 4th with lots of other boats and multiple law enforcement agencies, we're lucky that we weren't stopped, and I did bring this to their attention when we turned in the boat. They were understanding and said that they'd get it squared away.The staff were nice, but the experience was......underwhelming. I'll give them three stars but probably won't go back to rent a boat through them.

We had a great boat rental from here around August. The manager ,I think his name was Kyle , made sure our boat rental was handicap accessible, and made great recommendations for accessible lunch places !!!

THIS PLACE COMPLETELY SCAMMED US! We tried boating here and rented a boat for about 5 hours. Later, our boat stalled, and we had to get towed. The company claimed that there was "some damage to the bottom" and gave us something to sign saying that damages were $2,400. We had just taken the boat into the water and it had stalled within 20 minutes. After much negotiation, we had to pay $1,800 for damages. (Would rate negative stars if possible.)
