From the first phone call to inquire about renting a boat to returning the boat after our time on the lake Kyle was so accommodating. He was very helpful and professional. The boat we rented was brand new and worked out great for our group of 13. The kids had a blast. I highly recommend Mid Atlantic Water Sports.

The Bentley seated 15 passengers. It was an awesome boat ride. We cruised and were very comfortable. Took snacks and drinks. My mother is elderly. They were kind enough to pick her up in the golf cart and drive her to the boat. It was very easy for her to get on and off the pontoon. Thank you for your service!

This is a GREAT place to work with! Kyle is a delight—personable, friendly, organized, and very thorough. Everything was quick, easy, and seamless. The boat was clean, modern, well-appointed, and in perfect order. Seven of us had a blast skiing, wakeboarding, and tubing. Wish we could take Kyle and his whole fabulous company back to California with us.

We interacted with five different people throughout the rental process, and each one was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and transparent. We even had an issue mid-week where we needed some support, and Jimmy was a hero for us, helping to minimize the impact on our rental time. Shout out to Kyle, Jordan, Tristan and Jonathan as well for their great service. The boat itself was super fun and helped make our family vacation even better!

Quick and easy check in process. Kyle was amazing and provided us with great customer service. He was very attentive to us while we were out on the water. Very dog welcoming! I would recommend that before bringing your dog(s) that get their nails trimmed first to cause any damage to the seats. Returning the boat was an easy process and Kyle was there waiting for us.

Planned to rent a house at the lake for Memorial Day weekend but we were nervous as we have never been to Lake Anna. Fortunately for us we spoke with Kyle he was straight forward with price for the rental, what my selection of boats was to choose from and how the process worked AND had some good recommendations for other things to do while we are there! Always nice to deal with actual help that cares about customer service! Glad I called around and spoke with Mid Atlantic Water Sports, can't wait for Memorial Day Weekend!

We weren't sure how things would go with Mid Atlantic but everything was great. Our boat was perfect for our group. It was comfortable and powerful. Patrick checked us in, gave us a good orientation and then met us at the end of the trip. We'll be Mid Atlantic customers next time we visit Lake Anna.

BY FAR THE BEST PLACE I HAVE EVER RENTED FROM!!!! Staff was super professional and courteous while having a laid back attitude at the same time, amazing. Boat ran top notch, zero problems all day. Easy to hook beforehand. Then the staff was attentive to my group and took my handicap mother and coolers down to the boat for us. They were helpful getting off the boat as well. The Watersports were so much fun!

I rented a boat today and this was my second time going to Lake anna. I absolutely love it and enjoy my day on the boat out on the lake. The staff were all very helpful and caring and super nice. I will be back for a third time. It's such a fun day I don't even want to leave.

The staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful. Hardly a wait after arriving. We were on our boat in 10 minutes. Reasonably priced and had a lot of time out in the water. Everyone was polite and professional. We will definitely be back in the future. Thank you all so much.

I had a wonderful experience renting from Mid-Atlantic Watersports. Although we encountered a minor issue with one of the rentals, the company owner personally came out to assist and went above and beyond by offering additional compensation. Jimmy was an exceptional representative of the company, providing helpful and supportive service, while Kyle made the entire rental process easy and straightforward.If I ever need to rent a boat again or recommend a rental company, Mid-Atlantic Watersports will be my top choice without a doubt.

Check in and check out was seamless. I’ll rent again from Mid-Atlantic anytime. A couple of key features were not working on the boat (mph gauge, and trim) but overall the boat worked great.
