What a super fun little ice cream stop! We were visiting the Natural Bridge area for the weekend, and had just finished dinner and shopping in Lexington. Make the quick drive out! The scenery is spectacular and the shop workers were so nice! We asked about the grogu ice cream cup because we saw it in another review. They said that it wouldn't be available until May the 4th, but they came through and made it for my daughter anyways! Amazing! Everything was yum and the prices were reasonable. Go go go!

Ice cream was delicious & at a great price. The staff was friendly. The spoons were not great, but when I asked, they said they’d been donated & proceeded to give me a heftier spoon for the hard ice cream. I wanted to sit in one of the rocking chairs, but one of the pieces of wood was gone & it would have not felt good to sit on it. Overall great experience & we will be back next time we are in the area.

Wonderful service. Chocolate milkshake and cookie dough milkshake were great. Ice pops were great too for our family member who can’t have dairy. The dog treat was tasty (according to our pup) and very fairly priced. The staff were so kind and gave her a second one, free of charge, seeing her devour the first. Lovely local business. We will definitely be back. Pup approved!

Got a single scoop of chocolate brownie and it was very much freezer burned. It was flavorless and wasn’t a good scoop of ice cream. There was also someone smoking very close to the building that made the whole ordering process horrible. Their menu was too extensive and very confusing. Not impressed.

We ordered a banana split to share between my husband and I and our two toddlers. It was delicious and massive! The perfect size to split between us 4. We loved the variety of flavors available and all the syrups and toppings we got to choose. Well definitely come back!

This ice cream shop was the cutest little place, and just what we needed on our long drive home from NC to CT, this weekend. The owner, Hugh, is so friendly and kind. He has a very nice porch with rocking chairs to relax while enjoying your frozen dessert. My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed Hugh's ice cream bars. Absolutely delicious. I regretted not taking one for the road. 😋Would love to visit this nice town and shop again!

2022 update - the place is under new management, but remains a small town staple. Terrific service, amazing ice cream, and great prices.It's located within Glen Maury Park. Delicious ice cream! Good selection of flavors. Highly recommend!

Amazing gourmet ice cream made on premises. I had tantalizing chocolate Grand Marnier in a chocolate waffle cone, and also tried the Berry Lavender, both were delicious. CUTE place with outdoor seatingI highly recommend.

Absolutely delicious!! Don't go if you are on a diet because you won't be able to resist. Loved the seating and service suggestions. Had ice cream in my hot apple cider and it was PHENOMENAL!!
