Tim was very careful in backing the delivery truck into a tight space around my vehicle to get to the tank. Upon conversation with him during his stop, he was very cordial, polite, and professional while seeming to enjoy providing services at our lake house. He represented Foster Fuels very well.

Had a fire place installed 10 months ago, the pilot will not stay lit. Called foster fuels to see if they would look at it for us., they informed us it would be a $300.00 service charge before they would look at it. This fire place isn't even a year old and already up charging for bad equipment or installation? Sorry we ever contacted you guys. Poor customer service. Or just service in general.

Customer service is outstanding!!! We left a closer company (SS) the manager was horrible and downright RUDE! I can't say enough good things about FF, they are attentive, customer oriented from phone staff, management, to driver. Even the staff who usually don’t interact with customers (onsite) was helpful. Furthermore, Ladies who farm, yes this is your place. They look at you like a customer not a helpless woman, which we are not. I love the new up-to-date products they offer, now I am not running out of diesel fuel as I would in the past with (SS). No waiting for days either. When I had an issue, the staff was right on it, yes, the next day not days later. Thank you Foster Fuels Inc!New update: I've been with FF for sometime now. Guess what? The customer service is still outstanding! Shout out to Susan Jones! Susan you provide a valuable service to us-the customers! You can not go wrong with this company. Side note: I also have been behind the larger tractor truck drivers and honestly they drive very safe and are cautious. No speeding and no craziness.Update 06/05/23 Been here about a year and service is still outstanding! This has been a great company and I am glad I decided to change over to them. We are set up for automatic delivery of propane and auto pay, so getting propane for our furnace is effortless for us. Foster always keeps the tank full, we have never run out of propane. Our sales person Chris Wright has been great. We paid our $1,300 deposit, called Wooldridge to come ground our tank which was required by Foster. That has been completed at a cost of another $400 and we'll pay the balance of approximately another $800 upon installation of both sets of gas logs.My wife stopped by the store on 221 first thing this morning ( 10.12.22 ) and the person in the store seemed bothered to talk to her about our issue. We have elderly parents living with us who are anxiously awaiting their logs. Supposedly our logs are in hand but we can't get anyone to call us back to schedule our installation !!! decision?Update - Miss Lindy from the home office called and spoke of a mistake in the email chain - It happens. She has gotten our installation scheduled for next week and called my wife personally to apologize. Thank you for the clarification and quick response. SB
