I can't say enough good things about the staff at Pet Creations. My Nittany girl absolutely LOVES getting groomed here, and they do a FANTASTIC job every time. We've gone monthly for the past few months, and they take such good care of her. Nittany is a golden retriever, and Becky made it super clear to me from the beginning that she doesn't cut off or shave GR's hair because of how their coat naturally is, and I'm SO grateful she doesn't -- Nittany has a beautiful coat, and I never have to fear that it'll be botched after a grooming session.The ladies are wonderful and they'll treat your pet like it's theirs. ❤️

Very sweet and loving with my dog. He sure does look adorable with his new haircut.The owner took lots of time to make friends with my pup before ever even attempting to touch on him. He came out happy as ever.She was full of information about what to expect for her upcoming move, too. Her and 2 other girls came in on a day off short notice because my grandfathers farm dog, a st. bernard was a tangled mess. He doesn’t do well with other dogs so they gave him a special visit and gave me such a good price. He looked great and they were so good with him. Awesome job. Thank you!

They were absolutely amazing with my dog! It was my pit bull's first time ever going to a groomer and they were just so great with him they took their time with him. Made sure he was okay with each step of the process. They didn't judge him because he was a pit bull they were great I highly recommend them!🤗

We took our elderly pup to them for the first time recently. It was long overdue and they did an amazing job. They took their time with her and let her have breaks. They chatted with us before hand and came up with a plan that suited our needs and what was best for our pup. She’s literally never felt so soft. We’ve taken her to several other groomers and are super happy to have found this place, it’s by far the best cut and clean she’s ever had. Often times after a grooming she’s super anxious the next few days and she was much calmer this time. Will definitely be going back!Update: went back again, still great. Our pup has a lot of bumps and they are very careful and cleaned her up so nicely.

Becky does an absolutely amazing job on my Soft Coated Wheaton Terrier! Finn loves going there! Wheaton’s are very high maintenance and she has been grooming him for 3 years ( the only groomer he has ever had )! I can’t believe that someone gave her 1 star for a nail trim…. She always recommends walking him to help with his nails. I don’t take that as criticism but more of a tip to help my boy. Her shop is clean and she’s always professional. Her love for animals and care of them is over the top. I trust her 100 percent with my boy! He rocks that beard and she knows how to maintain it! Thanks Becky!

Wife was told one price over the phone, and then charged substantially more. We assisted them with our 2 dogs, me and my wife both rolling up or sleeves to hold the pups so they could use 2 hands. We had been here before they changed locations and it was much better.

I just went to this locally owned business for the first time a little while ago. I took my dog Bagel to have his nails trimmed. The 2 girls in here were super friendly, helpful, patient and professional. I was totally embarrassed by his couple of nervous accidents and they didn't think twice about it. Good price also. I will definitely go back.

I was so pleased with Pet Creations. The staff was great and really good with my dog, Clara. This was the first time that Clara had ever been to a groomer and we were afraid she would be hard for the groomer to handle. But no problem. She remained calm the whole time. The groomers did a good job. Clara looks so pretty! I would highly recommend Pet Creations. Oh, by the way, my dog is a 55 pound Belgian Turvuren, but they had no problem handling her. They are one of the few groomers in our area that groom big dogs. So happy we found them.

Guys, avoid this place like the plague. They are the most unprofessional bunch you’ll probably ever have the displeasure of doing business with. They don’t seem happy to see your dogs and it’s takes them about 4 hours to do your dog. While the grooming is fair the attitude a customer could do without. Unfortunately, it’s the closest in the area but won’t be returning.lEdit: I have to edit this to respond but.... I dropped him off at 10am (my designated appointment time) and the groomer told me it would be awhile because she had one in the tub and one in a kennel. When I got the call he was ready it was 2pm. I picked him up within the hour. Of course I didn’t seem displeased because you had my dog with you and to the groomers respect he looked good. I tipped $20 to her as well! Again, this is my own personal opinion which is why the reviews are here .

Pet Creations by far is one of the best places to get you pet groomed. Staff clearly love animals, and always do a great job with my dogs. Warm atmosphere and for value you get for what you pay for I would consider it to be best in the market of dog grooming. Highly recommend taking your furry family here!!

I called last minute today because my Mushu really really needed a spa day. Rebecca’s and the girls were packed however they fit me in and did a fantastic job! Mushu is so happy to be clean, cut, nails trimmed and looking fabulous!Even though its a dive I’ve found her groomer and will not be going anywhere else

My daughter took her dog here, to get her nails trimmed, and was basically told that I don't walk my dog regularly due to her nails needing trimmed. My dog is constantly outside, getting exercise, digging, and playing. I don't appreciate criticism that isn't warranted. Sometimes, a dog's nails just need to be trimmed. That doesn't mean she's not taken care of.
