Why is this pharmacy ranked as the worst? Why are the staff consistently rude and incompetent? I find myself having to call multiple times to confirm medication availability, despite receiving texts indicating readiness. Past experiences have shown that even after receiving a readiness notification, upon arrival, the medication isn't prepared. Consequently, I diligently call after receiving such texts, only to encounter a technician with a discourteous demeanor, implying I shouldn't inquire. I sincerely hope this Walgreens receives assistance, proper training, or considers closure, as their service is subpar. If employees dislike their jobs, they should seek alternative employment. I'm transferring all my prescriptions elsewhere.

The last 2 prescriptions sent there. 1 was sent to Chantilly to fill 10 minutes before they closed. Another Rx was sent today. I called 2 hours after it was sent electronically. They said they had it and it would be ready in 30 min. I called back. It still hadn't been filled. They said it would be ready again. Then, at 8 pm, as they closed, the order was canceled! I'm done with them. I get 4 scripts filled each month with them. No more will they get MY business!!!

I’ve never seen a business establishment that’s inefficient, unprofessional and unaccountable as this location of Walgreens. I’ve had several instances where the pharmacist gets so confused to issue my prescriptions via drive way pick ups. I drive to pick up only after I get automated calls from them and yet, they won’t be able to locate my prescriptions. Has happened with several pharmacists and not just one person. What annoys even more is they don’t even acknowledge that there system has to be more efficient, and if it’s not the system at fault, they have to get trained better themselves.Another inefficient department is their photo section. The guy at the photo center clicked a US passport photo twice for me and both the times, my application was rejected due to “bad lighting”. When I conveyed the feedback, the guy mentioned, I am doing the best I can. I pointed to them that the white screen they use for background has lost its “whiteness” and they should look to replace it, he said I am free to try it elsewhere! Thanks for letting me know!I’ve moved my prescriptions away from this location and will never use them for photos. Terrible location filled with inept associates.

I tried to ship/return a shoe box order from a retailer store who sells running shoes.I had shipping label printed out, but Walgreens would not tape it. They told me they would not do that service for free.I needed to buy white scotch packing tape and since they had a sale for 50% off second one I ended up buying two. So total cost was 8$ for me out of pocket for tape.I wish I had known that Walgreens won’t tape shipping labels for you that you print out.It’s a terrible experience, in my opinion. Why do I have to waste 5 min to buy tape and then another 3 min to tape the label to the box myself — because I have to make sure to tape the top of box lid down, so shoes won’t fall out.Terrible customer service. And then I saw the counter guy printing out fedex label for the guy next to me who was returning another box. Wow, why does Walgreens print out sticky shipping labels for some but not for me. Total bummer.Horrible Walgreens location, I’ve had pretty spotty service from them in past. On top of that they have the gall to charge me for tape for a simple return with FedEx.Well, just not liking this Walgreens or the way they treat customers, is all. Literally made me waste over 10 min in a simple FedEx return process for a shoe box. Holy cow!

The walgreen staff is consistently rude, like they are doing you a favor in helping.I simply came in the store to ship a fedex package and the lady in the store was rude and standoffish, such a turn off the way she handled the situation.

The worst pharmacy i have ever seen in my life, they don't care if the patient is dying in pain or what so ever. This is the closest pharmacy by my house but they have issues with there systems everyday, i recommend you guys train your employees on insurance filing and claims. Never answer there calls, hour long wait on there drive through and always shortage of medicines.

Seriously can this Walgreens not hire employees that are even 5% capable of doing their job? Just left the ER, with a child that has Pneumonia, went to pick up an antibiotic, was told to come back in a few hours as it is not ready. I drive all the way home, and I get a text saying it’s ready. When I called the pharmacy, the pharmacist clearly taking the side of the cashier or technician, says “it’s a communication error, she meant to tell you 1 hour” Well that’s a huge miscommunication. Now, I get to get back in the car with a sick child because of a lack of communication.

Never order photos from this location. Huge waste of time. I ordered basic 4x6 prints off online. It said they would be ready by 2:30pm that day. I showed up at 3:00pm. When I got there, the woman told me they were not ready yet and to come back in 15 min. So I left. Then when I came back a gentleman greeted me and quickly grabbed what ever of my pictures that were on top of the counter, put them in a box and rang me up. When I got home, I discovered over 20 of my pictures were missing. I called the location to tell them this. The woman on the phone didn’t apologize. She just said she would re-print them all and told me to come back to pick out the ones that were missing. I came back again to the location and asked for the photos, to be greeted by the same gentleman who rang me up the first time. He told me no one re-printed them and said “they must have forgot”. So now he told me to wait another 15 minutes. So I’m sitting here in my car with plenty of time to write this review. Completely unprofessional. They don’t seem to care at all that they are wasting my time and fuel money. Thanks Walgreens. Keep it up.

I wish 0 stars was an option because honestly this Walgreens Pharmacy has earned it. I have stuck it out while my family has moved their prescriptions elsewhere, but this is absolutely unacceptable and exhausting. Every time I need to fill my prescription, they never have enough, so I receive a partial refill until the remaining comes in. I’ve been way overcharged and they process the additional part of my prescription as if it’s a whole new prescription every time. The notifications never match what’s actually happening there (automated calls and the app). I’ve been left on hold and have to go through this huge process every time I need a refill. No one communicates with each other and they never have an answer to your questions. This place is the worst.

Excellent pharmacy service. Staff is very responsive, knowledgeable about medications. Polite, helpful and friendly. I’ve been a customer at this Walgren’s for years. Best servicing pharmacy in this area. Thank you for the help and service provided.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars ! Horrible customer service at the pharmacy. If you are ordering epipens please make sure they are At least valid a year. Most insurance companies don’t let you reorder again within a year. The school would ask you if it’s valid Atleast a school year. If they don’t have stock of longer expiry they should let customer know when they are ordering or picking up.

Terrible customer service. Sara the Pharmacist just looked at me when a medication wasn’t ordered, talked about with the doctor or transferred. The service has been like this over the past year. I try to have a good attitude with pharmacies because I worked in a high volume pharmacy for four years while I was in college, but enough is enough. Walgreen’s knows they have enough volume to skip the parts where the people are their customers, but most importantly their patients.

Every time I come to pick up my medicine it is not ready. They tell me to come back in an hour and it is still not ready. This happens almost every month. I refill my prescription. It takes me three separate trips to the pharmacy before they actually fill my prescription, it is very irritating to have to make multiple trips for something they promise you will be ready by a certain time and there seems to be a little remorse or care

Came here yesterday 7/30/23 at 5pm and was serviced by Diane...WONDERFUL service...she was engaging, and quick! Also I've come here several times and been serviced by Ikhaa, she's always very kind and makes sure that I get my discounts. I came here specifically in January 5th to get some vitamins and I took a picture of her badge because I was planning to give a review that day but there's been lots that has happened since then, but I knew I had the picture and I would eventually give the review. this is one person you should give a raise to so that you can keep her. I am a company owner myself so please treat her right.

I just stopped by on my lunch break the store was extremely clean, and well organized. The staff was very welcoming as soon as i entered the store. They were quick to help me find what i was lookong for and get me checked out and on my way. It was a perfect quick stop in.

Yes hi. I came in and immediately saw this long line at the front of the register and no one was there to help. Then i saw this worker at photos helping 4 customers out and so immediately thought okay.. they’re doing both. When it was my time to check out i asked them “So they have you doing photos and register huh?” They told me about how 4 employees quit in under a week because of management and how short staffed they are and the only reason they don’t leave is because they have financial commitments. On top of that, the other employee was saying how they were going to sweep ON THEIR BREAK? That is completely unacceptable. I understand there’s a staff shortage but that was ridiculous to hear. And if people are quitting because of “management “ and sweeping on their break, I cannot IMAGINE how it’s like working there.

I went to this location to pick up antibiotics for my little one sent by urgent care. It’s very sad to put this review that pharmacist DORA provided me a wrong information didn’t verify in her system properly and advise the medicine can be picked up from Susan Leslie location. Even the urgent care sent the prescription to this location and confirmed with a text. I called Wallgreens at Susan Leslie. They said they don’t see any pick up at this location. At later time we made a trip again to Leslie to pick up medicine.Such a waste of time. This is really unacceptable if you’re working at medical level you cannot provide wrong information who are in need of medicine right away.Good Review -There is another gentlemen in the store who was very helpful trying to find on the counter med I was looking for. I think he is not pharmacist but still helped me. Shout out to him for an awesome work and his kind help.@ John the store manager - Looks like Dora is pretty confident and her attitude was really surprising when I asked the other pharmacist who is store manager. She sounds like there are many past occurrences like this where no action was taken. The Wallgreens team really need to work on annual training to the pharmacist that they cannot give wrong information at all which could be risk someone life. I am assuring you I am going to escalate this matter at very high level this is really unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.

Was on hold 2x today for 30+ min each and they just hung up on me despite repeated claims there was only one person ahead of me. If they don't have a medicine in stock, good luck getting them to order it. If they do order it, good luck getting them to use the order to fill your prescription and let you know it's been filled. I only go here because my insurance requires it. If you have any other choice go there.

Inappropriately poor pharmacy; I’ve literally not had a time where I came to the drive through or counter where my prescription was actually ready or even available though it was alerted to be ready. I’ve had two prescriptions for my children that were inaccurately filled and one antibiotic that wasn’t even mixed when picked up. The employees take zero responsibility for how the pharmacy performs.

I am very disappointed. I understand when the pharmacy gets busy there is nothing they can do, but what makes me very frustrated is when I had a 2:45 appointment for a covid test (takes 2 minutes) and I wait over an hour and get the test AFTER someone with a 3:45 appointment got their covid test. That does not make sense to me, I even watched them go through the appointment papers and ignored mine to get to the 3:45 appointment?

Multiple times, I’ve had to wait over 4 hours for a common basic prescription like amoxicillin. At least 3 times now I’ve had an urgent prescription need and had to wait hours or more than a day for it. I’m officially switching to Giant, the wait here is unacceptable for crucial medications.

I would give this store's pharmacy negative stars if I could. I bought medicine with the RX discount and they told me that the pin was saved so I do not need to show them in future visits. Eventually in the second and third refills I noticed they did not include the RX discount. I stopped by the pharmacy manager the following day and requested to apply the RX. She refused and expressed her refusal in a rude manner. I realized that this pharmacy did not consider the patient, instead they consider how much money they will gain from customers.

I would give this pharmacy zero stars if google allowed it. This place is one of the most incompetent, neglectful, borderline criminal pharmacies I've ever come across. My fiancé is disabled with severe chronic pain and for the past 6 months she has been entirely screwed over by their pharmacy team. They are entirely incapable of filling a prescription on time to save their life, let alone provide the necessary medication to someone who needs it. Numerous times I have attempted to pick up a prescription only to be met with "We don't have it but we'll order it -- it will be available in 3 days." Three days pass and I get the same line and they have no recollection or notes about a fill order from just a few days earlier. This happens again after another few days and AGAIN after that. This has happened four times in the past few months where my loved one wasn't able to alleviate her pain because of their gross incompetence. When confronted they just apologize and nothing changes. Zero communication, communication breakdowns galore. Stay far far away from this place.

Takes so long. Not organized. Will get alert on app/phone meds is ready but come in same day and it’s not. Their staff doesn’t document in system. I canceled a prescription and was still refilled and charged for me it. I’m changing pharmacy. Don’t come here unless you want to spend all day here

The blonde pharmacy tech that was working the morning of Monday July 26 is very rude. She purposely tried to make me wait more for her to simply put a date on my vaccination card that she failed to fill out properly the first time. I even told her that I had a flight to catch. It would have taken her only a few seconds to write in a date. Fortunately, the pharmacist on duty stepped in an finished filling out the form. This department is very disorganized and seems to need more help but this woman and her negative attitude is bad for their business.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY..Unless you want to wait two days for a presscription to be filled. Or if you want to wait over an hour on hold when there are only TWO calls ahead of you. Words cannot describe what an utter embarrassment this pharmacy is nor the complete incompetence of the pharmcist in charge, if there even is one.

They filled a controlled substance prescription under the wrong doctor which led to 3 pharmacy visits, several phone calls, a non-refundable $70, and that doctor's name incorrectly being listed on the controlled substance website. Honest mistakes happen but the only urgency to resolve the problem was on my end.

Customer service is not a priority in this pharmacy. I’ve used this pharmacy a few times and they are consistently disorganized and disgruntled. Recently, they took 4 days to fill a basic prescription. They called me on the 4th day to apologize for delay, And that the prescription would be ready by 1pm. I arrived at 3pm and it still wasn’t ready! I waited another 30 minutes at the store, they were “working” things out with the insurance. I’ll take my business elsewhere next time.
