My family has purchased two puppies from Fins & Feathers, a hand fed English Budgie and a guinea pig. We have been very pleased with their knowledge and instructions on "how to care" for our new pets. After we purchased our puppies the owner and her son called our house three days in a row just to make sure that the puppies were getting use to our home and were eating. Both puppies checked out at the vets office and have been great additions to our family. The hand fed budgie is the talk of the neighborhood. Everybody loves him. As a matter of fact several of my daughters friends have also purchased hand fed birds at Fins & Feathers. Patches our guinea pig is a real love. We continue to buy all of our supplies at Fins & Feathers; dog food, Oxbow for the guinea pig and seed and treats for the budgie. I love supporting a local store and they offer buyer appreciation rewards. A free bag of dog food, free Oxbow pellets, hay and carefresh after so many purchases. Great store & great people.

When I walked into Fins and Feathers, the first thought I had was these dogs are cute. They are all healthy and not from puppy mills. We bought a beautiful cavachon named Leo. He is playful, fun, and very sweet. Everytime we walk into the pet shop, the owner gives Leo treats and food for free. We have had an amazing experience with Leo and would recommend him to anyone looking for a puppy.P.S. all dogs come from real small breeders, not puppy mills.

A few months ago, our family went through the tragic loss of our 3year old pomeranian. Unable to deal with this loss and to help heal our hearts, we began searching and came across a picture of an adorable bear-like pomeranian; similar to how our 3 yr old looked as a puppy. I called them immediately and went into the store, next morning. I cant tell you how lovely and helpful the staff / owner is. They offered to stay in touch and answer any questions we had. The owner also care enough to call and check how he was doing. He's growing handsome and healthy. His social skills are great, since he was able to run around with other puppies in the store. It is truly a blessing to have met a wonderful family owned/ operated pet store!

We buy all our pet food and supplies for our business at Fins & Feathers!Gloria & Sean are both very knowledgeable on pet nutrition and care.You can see in the great care they give all their puppies, birds, cats and little furry friends as well as the fish and reptiles in their store.All their birds are hand tamed unlike some other pet stores and that's because they take the time to show all the animals they care for love and attention.Kim

After living in the neighborhood for nine years, I have found the owners of this store to be nothing but RUDE! I patronized the store after receiving a gift certificate from a friend and the owner did nothing, but insult my friend! The store is dirty. The staff sits behind the front counter and could care less to help you. The signs discourage customers (particularly children) from entering the store. The final straw for me is their current sign that states touching the puppies is considered "shoplifting! Seriously? Shoplifting?! Get over yourselves and get out of town!

This place is gross. It's dirty and the owner is rude. I do not advise anyone to purchase a puppy from this place. Working at an animal hospital nearby, i've seen some of the puppies that have been purchased from this place. Don't do it. The owner won't take them back after you've purchased them...even if they are sick.

Staff is knowledgeable about animals but they are very raw and unprofessional. Every transaction I have done with this merchant has been unpleasant so I've decided to drive the extra 10 min to use a pet store thats further away.
