I went in during the week in the middle of the day. The store was slow. I had to buy a new phone because mine is breaking. I stood in the electronics section for 20 minutes waiting patiently. One employee was attempting to load paper into the photo kiosk. The other employee was trying to help someone set up their phone. Instead of calling for assistance they just looked at me. They didn't say "I'll be right with you " or "sorry for your wait". They didn't even acknowledge that I was there. I got tired of waiting and went to find a manager. After telling him the problem, he said he would call back there and ask one of the two employees to help me. I guess he was too busy with his social life to walk back there. This store sucks!

Why can't u guys keep ur coolers stocked. Out delivering No reason to even go in sometimes. Just go somewhere else! I live about a mile from this store. Love some of the employees.

The people at the tire center are just amazing. I had an unfortunate incident with a rock, and blew out a tire. I was lucky enough that they had two tires in my size (which is a special order normally!) and they got me on the road in an hour. Blowing out a tire wasn’t the highlight of my day, but being assisted by the guys there was. 15/10, can’t recommend them enough.

This is a great example of one of the biggest problems Walmart has today. These two girls looked right at me waiting to get by and simply ignored me to continue talking.Also, when this isn't happening you have the "personal shoppers" in every single aisle sometimes 2 or 3 making it nearly impossible for customers who take their time to actually come in the store to maneuver while literally shopping for people too lazy to shop for their own food.This has got to change. Especially at this location. I've had more problems just getting in and out of this store than any other store in the tri-cities.

Smells like urine inside the store and smells like sunshine on a cloudy day when you actually leave this haven for inbreeding and sub par items. I actually witnessed a crackhead take a dump in a Walmart shopping cart and no one even blinked. Target and Best Buy are superior in every way now that Walmarts are no longer 24hours. Did I mention the urine smell??

After I parked according to the pattern the best I could , a man came by pushing a buggy of groceries and stopped to talk and he absolutely read my pedigree so I followed him home to get my new truck. Loved it

Customer service representative Cierra (short white female with shoulder length bleached blonde hair) was extremely RUDE. She needs to fix her attitude when addressing customer concerns or made she just didn’t like us because of the color of our skin. Whatever her problem is I hope she gets it fixed.. For someone who claims to work for Walmart for 15 years she lacks customer service and is argumentative explaining services offered by Walmart. Said she doesn’t have to do the transaction and refused to process it because we asked her why the additional information picking up money sent by my family. WORST EXPERIENCE I’ve ever had at a Wal-Mart. I DO NOT Recommend this location.

Don’t bring any hand written checks here, no billboard or signage about this but even company checks if it’s hand written good luck max amount is $200 hope you don’t have to depend on that check and think you have the convenience to cash it the same place you shop for groceries and living supply’s, so prob will not be going back to this store ever again…

Seems oddly laid out. Definitely understaffed, the poor girl trying to remove all the anti theft tags had 5 registers of people waiting for her to render assistance. All but 1 checkout line was self serve which I actually prefer but I know many older folks do not. The store was clean and seemed to be well stocked but so many items were out of place ( In sporting goods anyway) it was like playing where's Waldo for accurate pricing. I wouldn't avoid the place but I certainly wouldn't seek it out.

For starters with how big this Walmart is they should have more guys working in the tire and lube department but every time I come here there is always minimum of 1 or 2 guys here in the morning which is crazy I remember when you would have 3 or 4 minimum in the morning something needs to be fixed 2 or 3 hr waits is ridiculous.

These people are very unprofessional at the money service center and think they know everything and they pass stuff off as there policy even though you’ve done it million and one other times with them i won’t be vulgar but there’s some stuck up people working here

The team lead on night shift at pick up September 1st needs to be fired and replaced with his lack of communication and how rude he is to customers. If you hate your job that much get a different one and learn to have better people skills. You’re not going to get anywhere in life being rude to someone all because you have a bad day and hate work.

If you are worried about people stealing from you, then freaking do something besides having people stand at your doors and pick people based on what they look like and acuse them of stealing!!! Hire people that do the job you are making your customers do! You make more than enough profit from us to hire people to ring items up!!!! I get stoped 3 times a week in this store because I look a certain way!!!!!

Does deli meat not expire? I was looking at this and thought it looked strange like mold was growing on it and sure enough the expiration date says March-2022! Please check the dates on the meats. This could kill someone. My Grandfather got botulism from expired foods.

I had a Visa gift card, the register would not accept it! When I called the manager, she got EXTREMELY NASTY and said "Walmart doesn't accept VISA/MASTERCARD prepaid gift cards, regardless of the available balance. I called the company, they said YES THEY DO, when I made the cashier manually put the numbers in (she huffed at me) IT WENT THROUGH JUST FINE!

If you want to be chased around and bothered by aggressive panhandlers, then this is the place to go! The parking lot is riddled with them. I had one chase me around my truck in circles asking for money. I finally made it into my truck and called the store manager so they could get said panhandler removed and the response I got was “Well, they don’t bother anyone but we’ll look into it.” Don’t bother anyone one?!? Law enforcement is called to that parking lot at least 3 times a day due to aggressive panhandlers. But they don’t bother anyone?!? Be careful what you buy here because there’s ALOT of opened packages on the shelves! Empty pop cans laying around, eaten packages of deli meat, half eaten boxes of bakery cookies, you name it. Also the pharmacy workers here are the most inconsiderate, rudest, unorganized people I’ve ever had to deal with. And the poor Deli workers, the deli is vastly understaffed, usually only one worker there, and you can tell they're overwhelmed with all the customers they have to handle on their own. I asked if they had anyone to help them, perhaps a manager, and the worker told me if they ask for help they’re told to “deal with it.” Seriously, whoever is in-charge of this Walmart should be ashamed, and needs to get it together!

I am so tired of visits to this store turning into an absolute nightmare. The computer systems don't want to work right. I want to get in and out of this store but my visits are often delayed due to the faulty computer systems. Self checkout said EBT wouldn't pay for great value shredded cheese and milk. Associate removed items and then asked for them back and I told her no and she's like excuse me and I said I have other forms of payment. She stood there and watched me as if I'm going to steal these two items? If a customer is getting upset give them space or ask if they need help before getting in their way. So yes I'm upset I have every right to be because too many times I come into the store wanting to be in and out and there is delays. It has made me miss going to places and made me late to places. It has cost me money not making it to another store to return items before the 7 day cutoff. I was going to a place that is part of my mental health coping skills, didn't make it. Hovering employees only makes symptoms worse. Scanned items again, swipe EBT, cheese paid but not milk. Doesn't work the first time? I don't have time for this nonsense.I put an onion on the scale and it's telling me that I need to remove it, I remove the item and it wants an associate. I had an outburst and another person comes over and clears the screen and asks me how they can help me check out. I let the person know I do not need help. Another instance where an employee tried to interject themselves in an invasive manner instead of asking me if I need help they're saying how can I help you check out and just standing there in my way. My neighbor says she has issues with the scales needing an associate to clear the screen and also thinks it's stressful.The computer issues causes my brain to glitch, my mind has a hard time processing. Instead of my thoughts going to my frontal lobe goes to my amygdala which is your flight or flight and where trauma is stored. It took me checking out four times to get things right.Associates are standing at the end of the self-checkout area three wide blocking the exit, the side of the exit I was needing. They stood there gawking at me while I was checking out. Caused me to have to do a cart drift due to the sharp turn they created standing in my way.A suggestion from a manager while I was filling water was to move to a regular checkout to see if it's a self checkout issue. I said I don't have time for that. We need reliable self checkout systems because this is the largest company in the world.This manager says we don't know about these issues unless you tell us. I have been complaining about these computer systems for a long time, so does staff, and management is aware of the autistic meltdowns that they have caused. Returns often mess up and we have to move to another computer. One time I'm dealing with this and then the associate is being testy with me as if I don't have any right to be upset claiming I'm more upset than I really am which only makes me further upset and cry.In cases when I'm having mental health issues your associates treat me like I'm a problem and escalate things. I don't want to have these issues. This glitching in my mind did not stop after I left the store it has been plaging me all night into this morning whenever I was laying in be and couldn't sleep. The glitchy mind symptom can last for days causing me undue hardships.I'm tired of dodging pick up associates and them cutting me off and being in the way. Need to be more aware of their surroundings and give customers the right of way. They are invasive and don't like helping people. Grocery side makes me feel like a burden when I ask for replenishment checks. I'm tired of automotive staff not being available so I can leave. I even checked with the cashier whenever I came in and he said he was going to be there. Customers often have to wait too long for automotive staff to appear in general. Associates should watch desk better.

Hits:Was able to do a comfortable overnight rest without getting bothered.Not in an 18-wheeler but I do deliver freight Nationwide, so the Walmarts that are still flexible to this situation are much appreciated and get my business in the morning.Nice clean store.Well stocked.Misses:No pasture-raised selection of eggs?Not bad, but not as wide of a variety of health conscious choices as other stores.

I give this store a 4 star because I don't know if I got lucky or not. Regardless I was helped by a department manager that was very friendly and helpful. She really made me feel like she was happy to help me.
