Why is 0 stars not an option? This store is terrible for customer service and following store/state policies. They break state laws and think calling the law to have you "banned" will just make the issue go away. I will be 100% contacting the BBB on them and their corporate office.

The 5 stars are for the manager that helped me last Thursday night. The company would get a 1 star rating if it wasn't for him. I placed an order online on Thursday. When I got there after driving 2 hours, my item wasn't in stock. The manager went out of his way to find another similar item for me and got me taken care of. I just received the notification on Sunday morning at 2 am that my item wasn't in stock, 3 days after I attempted to pick it up. If your company's store inventory and what is shown online don't match, you may not be ready for online sales. Do better.

Every month I would get 3 bags of Organic Mini pig food. The past 6 months have been awful. I often end up going to Johnson City or Kingsport. I ordered on line & when it didn't come in I was stuck with no food & my money tied up. It's ridiculous. Other customers are also having the same problems.

Everyone is always so professional and friendly, they know what they have in stock or what truck they expect the item to be back in the store. Always there to make your shopping experience easier for you and keep you abreast of sale items or something new that has come into the store that you might like. Makes sure the customer is satisfied. Always treated with the most up-right respect. Check out is fast. Store is clean.

We have been all over town looking for a certain item, and lastly ran to tractor supply to see if they had this item, I understand it's frustrating when people come in at closing and take their time etc but we was not those people... We walked in 8 mins prior to closing, looking for 1 thing. Asked for assistance and it was clear they was upset with us. We went down all the isles in the section that the item could possibly have been in but was unable to find it so we hurried back towards the front so we could leave so they could get closed up. Once we got up close to the register the lady said she would be right with us and we assured her she was fine that we wasn't able to find what we needed and didn't need to purchase anything...As we walked out the door I apologized for coming in so close to close and told her thank you just to not even be acknowledged. I'm sorry but being a person who works with the public, it's common sense to use your customer service skills and atleast tell your guest to have a good night. I usually never complain but these employees was just rude. I apologise that we came so late and kept y'all a big 4 minutes over.

Went in for shots for my dog. Waited around for about 30 minutes. No one could help and apparently the only person that could was walking around on the phone. Once we got his attention he was very rude. My husband said we would make a complaint on him and he laughed yelling that his name is Anthony and that he was a manager. Will never shop there again.

Absolutely the best home and farm supply store! The main reason for this store getting 5 stars is due to the managers there. We had purchased several expensive items there thanks to a super helpful and kind manager there. We come in for weekly supplies because of the friendly and helpful staff and excellent manager. Highly recommend this store

Great place for a little bit of everything for pets, and wildlife. Love to feed the birds and deer. TS has everything you could want to keep them coming to my backyard. The dogs are well fed from TS. All at great prices. Also have clothing, boots, nuts bolts and a great variety of yard/farm equipment. Friendly and polite staff.

Ordered a doghouse online, went ahead and drove to store to pickup before it was filled. Upon getting there I realized they stored these doghouses outside, covered in snow, ice and rain away from the store. Now one might think that's not a big deal but for $90+tax you're not wanting something that has been out in the weather and what exactly happens to plastic when it gets water in it and freezes? Thats right, it busts. Perhaps if they started storing items like this in a stockroom instead of out in the elements I'd be more likely to give a good review.

Great place. Didn't get her name but the woman loading it feed the night of December 12 think she wore glasses was extremely helpful and very considerate. With employees like that it makes for a great trip.

I called Tractor Supply in Bristol Virginia searching for a high-pressure hose for a hot water pressure washer. The gentleman that answered the phone's name was Andrew and he was just absolutely a super nice guy. He was very nice, polite, and even took the time to walk back to the isle where the item I was looking for might be located if they carried it. Instead of pulling up it up on the computer and giving me a simple yes or no, he actually took the time to walk back through the store to see if they the hose I needed.Unfortunately they did not have the hose however my reasoning in leaving this review is not about that but more about applauding Andrew and his great customer service and the fact that he took the extra few minutes to double check whether they had the hose I was looking for in stock versus a quick 20 second phone call simply telling me no they don't. Tractor Supply management, you need to give that man a raise!

I was there to buy dog food and flea medicine! Usually someone is there to help but not this day! They also need more cashier's for checking out customers! Besides that the store is neat and clean and very organized! Would recommend it to others!

Multiple times have gone online and saw product was in stock at Bristol Va store only to find product was not in stock. Store personal do not seem to care and almost make like it is a joke. I try to be nice but after driving 20 minutes to the store only to find out they do not have it in stock, it is sometimes hard to do. The items are not speciality items, but things any good farm store should stock.

Employees always helpful and willing to go the extra step. Bought a Cub Cadet riding mower and the manual and key had been misplaced. They not only got a key off the shelf but printed out a copy of the manual for me without even asking. Most places would have said to look it up online. Everytime I go there customer service is excellent.

My husband bought me a necklace for Christmas. He bought it in Nov and I didn't get it until Christmas day. When I went to take it back they wouldn't give me money back. They would only give me get card because it was over 30 days. Not good for me!

Ok for farm supplies, etc sometimes. But the customer service is lacking. Waited in line for about ten minutes, behind two other people (one lady holding a bunch of stuff and a tall, older guy). So after about 10 minutes, the guy went up and violently rang this bell (I guess that's how they do it there...they place a white painted cow bell there for customers to ring when there's no one at the register...seems odd). But that didn't matter, as no one came after the bell-ringing. I remembered I'd seen a lady re-stocking shelves and so I got out of line to go ask her if she could call someone. She said, "Oh, I can come up there..." (and there's no way she didn't hear the bell, by the way--that thing nearly left me deaf--and I can't hear anyway because I played drums most of my younger life without hearing protection). Anyway, by then it'd been nearly 20 minutes. She finally came up to check us out. And you know how it goes at that point...employee gets an attitude, etc.. Maybe she was having a bad day, which is unfortunate, but it just reflected that much more onto the situation. Until they are under new management or get some upper mgmt help, or more people in place, their customer service will suffer. I'll have to go back (nature of the beast: living on a farm, etc), but I'll be ultra selective of when I do return--especially if I can get what I need elsewhere. Sorry TS, it's just a shame I couldn't have given a better review.

Well I went to get a pulley and thought I had ordered it after I ran bank card . Waited a week to find out that the order was never placed . Now just trying to make sure I'm not charged for non placed order. But other than that I usually get good service and prices.

Needed oxygen refill close to clising called to say I was on my way but would be 2 minutes after closing. Lady said ok. Showed up 1 minute after 6. Door still unlocked. Wouldn't sell me oxygen. I understand the concept of having set closing time. But don't say it's ok if it's not.

Another retailer sent me there because they were sure that they carried digital TV antennas. They did not. However they did have a good price on an indoor/outdoor thermometer and I bought it and it works great.

Crappy never have any of the items I need. My fiance couldn't find the parts we needed for our tractor. He did find where it was supposed to be. That was a week ago, guess what went back in today for paint, primer and harder. Still no tractor parts that we needed. And the primer was over $25.00 more than the other store where we bought it. And the harder was not in stock. Big surprise, be a great place for a farm supply store. Thank goodness for other stores around Bristol and Abingdon, if we hadn't been able to find what we needed at those other stores in those areas. Then we wouldn't have been able to get our farm work done. Oh and when my fiance walked up with the hangers maked with what parts we needed to show the cashier. Because he was the only one that my fiance saw in the store. The cashier said oh man sorry they can't never get what people need. But it should be here soon. Great answer, my fiance is a nice guy who will give a store a second chance. But not after today, if you know customers are using the items and your running low, order more that way no one has to wait to get their work done. Or go to your competition, makes better sense don't you think

They have what I needed. Dog food and cedar shavings. But for some reason they have the cedar shavings outside and they had moisture in a lot of them. You would think whom ever is in charge of that he or she would realize that you CAN NOT put stuff like that outside and it not draw moisture into it. They have concrete mix bags outside I wonder how much of those are no good? If someone has a bag of Common Sense would you Please take it by Tractor Supply on Hwy 11E outside Piney Flats and give to whom ever made those decisions they need it. Sorry I was so long but maybe this will get someone to Think and ask the people who are doing a job if they think it's a good idea to put stuff there.

I would not recommend going to this particular Tractor Suppy. We went to buy a Coleman mini bike that had a price clearly posted as $499.99. When we went to pay it rang up as 599.99 plus tax & they said that they couldn't give it to us for the price that was posted on the tag. We had to ask to speak to the manager 3 times and he never came out. Instead he sent a sales person out to negotiate with us. In the end we did get it for the sale price but we shouldn't have had to argue to getwhat was advertised.

I went into the Bristol location looking for canning supplies and I picked up a box of canning lids off the shelf. An associate then walked up to me and took them out of my hand and said, “that is for a internet order.” I called their customer service to do a survey and requested a call back. Guess what: no call back!
