My husband went in to Home Depot early this morning (4/20/24) to buy the mulch on sale, and came home raving about how great the customer service was there. He worked with Kathy in customer service who was extremely knowledgeable, nice, and helpful. My husband asked me to write this because it is rare that we get people that helpful. Thank you Home Depot for still hiring kind skilled professionals like Kathy.

The paint department is EXCEPTIONAL. My first visit to this store, 30 minutes from closing for paint that I wanted in a specific color. The man was super helpful, even with my late visit. He went over all the options, educated me on finishes and brands, and was just amazing. He also NAILED my custom color! Will be going back for all my home improvement needs from now on!

Horrible customer service. Ordered from online and had it shipped to store because it would be quicker than delivery. 3 days after the latest day for pickup they informed me they couldn't find my order. Had to buy a different bathtub and wait over 1.5 weeks for a refund due to an IT issue. Just a pain to deal with from the beginning. Will be using lowes in the future.

I got a lot of hassle and poor customer service over my military discount. Corporate is out of touch with this military discount this policy very verydifficult to obtain and is evidence of bad customer service. I'm about tired of stopping at your store and getting the run around

I'm always having a problem with Home Depot at Bristol and their delivery system... Also, every time i have a problem and i call them to resolve, a really mean old lady on the costumer service department hang up, every single time... I've always order lumber and other materials from them, and they are never honoring their delivery schedule. It's always late. I've been scheduling jobs and it's slowing me and frustrating my costumer expectations as well... It's always an issue with this store. I Think my next step is going in person in the store and getting this old lady name and writing the corporate an letter about the lack of respect of their costumer services employees and all the issues i'm having with this home depot at Bristol.

Bought some decking today to replace some of the boards on my deck. I asked one of the lumber salespersons why it felt damp and they explained that it was recently pressure-treated. Got home, and Google reported that pressure-treated wood needs to dry out for 3-4 months before paining or staining. I'll put these boards aside for a future need, and get lumber from a local lumber yard to satisfy my immediate need. Home Depot should be rotating their lumber stock, and should only sell pressure-treated wood that it ready to be painted/stained.

Their costumer service department is horrible. I went there in a morning 1 hour after purchasing online, my order wasn't ready yet so I've picked the products myself and went to the costumer service department with my order in hands to get it checked out. The old lady there is very disrespectful she treated me like a peasant the moment i showed up to her department in the morning, she also didn't know what she was doing because i just picked the items myself, instead calling the manager to get the situation resolved, she decided to cancel all my items I've paid online and asked me to pay for it again on the register...

Beats Lowe's any day of the week, not only on the prices but the fact that every single employee I walked past was beyond friendly. That's the way it seems to be in Tennessee so maybe that's it -but I left my first visit to the place feeling like they valued each and every nickle I spent in the store - Which I'm sure I have never been able to buy at a Lowe's, or Walmart. So its not the state it's the morale of the employees. At least they keep the other 2 in the close! Lol

I have traditionally been a Lowe's shopper first, but this Home Depot has changed my thinking. Several associates went above and beyond to assist me. I especially found Ryan at the front desk to be competent and helpful.

I buy A LOT of tools from HD online and have no issues, but I needed lumber today and went in store. I decided to have the sheets ripped into 16" wide pieces to save time and make them easier to handle. I told the employee it was vital that 2 pieces out of each sheet were 16". NONE WERE. i paid nearly 100 bucks for garbage and was told I had to pay since I requested the cuts, even though they were wrong. Wasted valuable time and money and had to go to Lowe's anyway. NOT happy.

We had a great experience with Home Depot today. We found a tile that we really loved but it was being discontinued. After searching the boxes for enough tile to do our job, they didn't have enough. The managers Tim and Steve began searching for enough tile to finish the job and after about 15 minutes of looking, they found a couple of boxes on the top rack. They really went above and beyond to help us. Thank you Home Depot! We recommend!

Went to buy a new washer and dryer set this past Saturday, found a set for a good price but they were the last ones on the floor/display. We went around 1130 in the morning and had our trailer attached to the truck ready to take them home that day, but the guy that sold them to us( I think Bill was his name) said he would clean them up and package them really good for us to pick up at 9 on Monday, don’t understand why he couldn’t have just packaged them like he said he was going to do because we get there Monday at 9 am and they’re still on the floor! Haven’t been cleaned or packaged and the guys had trouble loading it in our trailer and dropped my washer some and now I have a big knick in it. Literally could’ve taken them home Saturday but didn’t because the guy said he would package them for us. On top of that the salesperson was really rude when my boyfriend asked why he didn’t do what he said he was going to do for us, because it was about to rain and they didn’t offer to help load or package them so therefore we had to spend MORE money for moving blankets just so my new set wouldn’t tear up. One of my first purchases through Home Depot and was awful. Should’ve just stuck with Lowes to begin with!

Today was a dark dreary day in Home Depot, with the employees standing around like zombies. Noone even asked if we needed help, but we found what we were looking for without help. Unlike Lowes, we were constantly asked if we needed help.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. The children they call employees that work at this store sent me looking for a lawnmower belt size that doesn't exist. The employee continued to lie when I pressed him, and came up with excuses as to why he couldn't find the webpage that he said he got the belt size measurement from.

Ordered a replacement wheelbarrow wheel online from Home Depot. When it arrived and I opened the box, I was truly disappointed to see that they sent me a factory defect.What ever happened to Quality Control?Someone really screwed up and dropped the ball on this one (see pics).Now I have to arrange a return and wait for a replacement, UNBELIEVABLE! ☹️👎🤬

OK as usual customer service sent me to the wrong place that didn't even have the product I was looking forI did find a spray bottle I want when I went to check out self check out no barcodeAnother customer service person told me because it was a multi pack That 1 was removed from But there was more in the Box and they were all separate?Anyway with a walking problem I had to walk all the way back to the other end of the store to get another spray bottle, Associate didn't offer any helpFortunately customer service and returns at that end of the building let me check outBe nice if you have some alike for carts

Update: Last few visits the staff has been very helpful and attentive. Happy that's the case.----------------------------------------Went and search for light bulbs, attempting to find a match replacement. Stood in the light bulb section or roughly 30 minutes, at least four Representatives walked by me, none of which asked if I needed assistance. Store was not busy. If the store managers read this, I'd bring this up with your staff.
