Clean store. The espresso machine at the Starbucks was down, but the employees were nice. Lot of empty shelf’s. Don’t know what was up with that.

This location is huge! Amazing selection in every department. No empty shelves, and employees everywhere.We found everything we were looking for and then some. Lots of specials, discounts, and coupons.The customer service desk was very helpful. They processed our returns without trouble, and answered several questions we had.At checkout, the employee helped us get the best discount we could with our coupon, and introduced us to the new program called Target Circle.I would definitely return to this location.

I'm not really into Target. They are overpriced on a lot of things. They have some very nice stuff, but overall, I can get the same stuff on Amazon and not have to see all the freaks that shop there.

Target and their people were fantastic to me. I ordered a heater and within an hour and a half it was ready. They brought my item to me with 0° temp and was happy to do it. She was extremely nice and personable. So much better than Wally world!!

I enjoy going into the store and looking around, but I only shop there sometimes due to the prices. The visit I made yesterday I walked out with two bags of items and it was around 70 bucks, but i guess that's the way it's getting anywhere anymore. I do have to say the staff does a great job though, because everyone I saw was doing what they were supposed to be doing, and were assisting customers when needed. All the checkouts were moving, and the cashiers were all friendly even though it was busy and stressful for them I'm sure with everyone doing last minute Christmas shopping.

Today I had a return at target. The return process was really fast and simple. The cashier running returns was very nice. The whole transaction took less than 1 minute. I was very pleased with the whole situation. I was only returning an item because it didn’t fit my son and I didn’t have to stop and explain to the cashier anything about it. Kudos to target for making something in life easy!

Any time I walked in I was surrounded by employees who "suddenly" started doing their jobs and followed me around,never felt any prejudice in my life up to now. Would walk to another aisle to see if I was tripping and sure enough guess who's suddenly stocking shelves that don't need to be stocked.would feel a sense of relief anytime I bought my stuff and left.

My wife and I stood in line with our 3 and 4 year old children. When the guy got to our last item to ring up half of the bar code was tore off. The cashier tells me that I have to go get another one. So I literally run to grab another because this is leaving my wife in line with my 2 children. When I got back maybe a minute later he was ringing up someone else and said we have to get back in the back of the line. The point is, if you're going to use lazy employees have more than 1 register open

Why is it everytime I came in this target I feel like I am being watched when shopping. I never get helped or can find anyone to help me. They are not very friendly at this store. I'm not white so maybe that's why. Funny how that works. WHEN MY WHITE HUSBAND COMES WITH ME I NEVER GET WATCHED. Do better Bristol Va. I spent lots of money in this store everytime I shop here. Very disappointed in target my son loves cat and Jack clothes but today I went to target to get clothes and left angry. I thought I was in the girl section all toddler boy clothes look like girl clothes. I cannot believe they are pushing that agenda on small kids.

I very much appreciate management and all employees working so hard to keep this store organized and clean. Also really appreciate your efforts on wiping down shopping cart handles and providing masks and sanitizer at the front door. Targets prices might be a little higher than some of the competition, but peace of mind is sometimes invaluable.

Excellent Target. The best location I've ever been to. Excellent selection of stuff, very friendly employees and my cashier Trent was great. He was such sweetie. Will definitely be back to this store. Love it so much better than the Kingsport Target.

Have you ever been a collector and drove all over the place to find a product and then met with disappointment? This target will surely leave you feeling the love and passion these people have for the store! I drove an hour looking for a Funko pop! When I got to the store I couldn’t find it anywhere and felt like I wasted a drive….. but I eventually found an amazing employee and he went above and beyond doing everything in his power to help me find it!! He did eventually find it and I was super happy!!!! I definitely recommend this store and will definitely be returning!!!!

I went to Target today to get some items to donate to a charity I volunteer with. I was looking for home goods to help a client get started in a new apartment. Brittany was so helpful in making sure I got the best price for the sheets and blankets I was purchasing. She even went to the front to check me out when I had completed shopping. She is an employee who went above and beyond what a normal sales associate would usually do. Kudos to Brittany!!!

I went to the Bristol, VA Target today only for the Buy 3 household items, receive a $10 gift card. I was going off of what the Target app told me was in the sale and the price range for the items. I intended to purchase Bounce Dryer Sheets (price range for sale $1.99-$9.99 - I picked the $5 one), Downy Dryer sheets (price range for sale $4.99-$9.99 - I picked the $4.99 one), and the Puffs plus lotion tissues (price range for sale $1.99-$11.69 - I picked the $1.99 one). After picking these 3 items within the price range and the sale, I take my items to checkout. Upon checking out I receive my total. I asked the cashier about my $10 gift card and she said, “For what? You don’t get a gift card.” I said the 3 household items I’m getting are under the buy 3 household items get a $10 gift card and showed her the screenshotted items from the app stating the sale and the price range. She then goes and get a manger. I explain this to the manager and show her the pictures from the app and the manager then says to me, “Can you not read? These items are in the sale, but you need to get the most expensive ones and you didn’t so no you aren’t receiving a gift card.” I’m astonished by this remark and how rude the cashier and especially the manager are and then again show that the items I’m trying to purchase are indeed the correct ones for the sale with the price range listed on the app for the given sale. The manager then gets a sales paper and flips to the add and says, “No you are wrong and I’m right. These items are in the sale but you didn’t get the right priced ones, so you don’t get the gift card.” After trying to explain what the app shows and trying to receive this gift card I was fed up. I ended up leaving and not purchasing the items since they would not honor the sale that I had proof I was within. I honestly don’t think I’ll be returning to this target after these remarks towards me.

Downloaded the app to make a purchase at this store. The app showed that both items I wanted to purchase were available for same day pick up at the Bristol location. As soon as I confirmed the purchase it then said the items weren’t available. How are you going to take someone’s money for an item and then tell them you don’t have it after telling them you did? It gets better, tried to call the store to see what happened and it took over an hour to get someone on the phone. When they put me on hold to get a manager they disconnected the call and I had to start over. I had to call another location to get the order cancelled and will never be shopping with Target again. Very poor service! When we finally reached a person their service was terrible. Do NOT shop here, you’ve been warned. They suck!

I stopped by the Target this afternoon to buy some frozen cheesecake bites and needed to keep them frozen. I couldn't find a insulated bag to purchase, so Tyson, the store associate went out of his way to provide me with stronger bags and then he filled the bags with ice. I arrived home with my purchase still frozen. I believe this young man should be acknowledged. This is the best customer service I've ever received.

It's clean and has things other stores don't have. Update 2-3-23 I've been ordering from Target on line a lot lately and have been very pleased with the products and the ease of returning them to the store if they don't work.
