Not sure what was going on but the parking lot has never been so dirty and trashy. I went in to buy a drink and most of the coolers were bare. Nothing to choose from. There were many employees but apparently none know how to sweep parking lot or stock a cooler! It was bad. The place just looked trashy!

Sheetz in Bristol, VA is clean, neat, and nicely arranged. It even has a Tesla Supercharger site.All roadside convenience centers should put in DC fast chargers for Tesla and for other electric car brands.As electric cars become more popular, the convenience stores will begin to sell less gasoline and more electricity.

This is my 2nd time ordering speciality drinks and milkshakes from this location...can someone please tell me why milkshakes have huge chunks of ice in the bottom of the cups?? Someone does not know how to blend the drinks properly..I'm tired of ordering smoothies and milkshakes only to get huge chunks of ice.

I stopped off at Sheets and the ladies behind the counter were just fabulous and so professional I will stop buying my gas at the other gas stations and buy only from Sheets on Lee Highway Bristol VA.....such a nice place to pick up a sandwich and drink....but I have to say the ladies behind the counter from 1200 hrs to 1300 hrs are the sweetest ladies I have ever met.....

Food has been good so far. There is a wait after u order. Would recommend. And we will go back. Great for us, we work nights so this is always a great option for early morning food.

We love Sheetz when we travel but not this one today.. My husband got a double burger and said it was dried and seemed to be heated up in a microwave. I got the Cobb Salad which doesn't come with blue cheese as indicated on the ordering screen. They do have blue cheese dressing which is different and should not be used as a replacement

The lady behind the food counter was so rude to me. I’ve never been to a Sheet before and I ordered food. I meant to order ranch in the side but ordered it on my sandwich instead. I asked for the ranch and she said I didn’t order any. Then she said it’s on your sandwich. I explained that was gross and I couldn’t eat it like that and it was an accident. She never said anything to me, gave me a dirty look and turned to the other girl behind the counter and said she’s being a little rude but we will remake the sandwich for her and she walked away. I in no way was rude or demanding I’m, I never raised my voice. I walked over to the side she was at and explained I’m not being rude intentionally, I’m autistic and this is just my face and voice. She then proceeded to laugh with other coworkers about me behind thecounter. I’ve never been so offended. I’m just being me. I will be filing a complaint with the store management.

Long time Sheetz customer… I know food business can be quite difficult at times. I usually don’t complain if something is a little off from what I ordered. But this is the third consecutive time of going to Sheetz for mto food and multiple items be incorrectly made and waiting for some items to get done making the rest of my order cold and inedible. Called to speak with a manger tonight after ordering and no one will answer the phone. Definitely not the experience you wanna have from a highly thought of franchise. And for sure changed my mind on coming back.Charged for items I didn’t receive.

I’ve loved this place since it opened! Not my favorite place to get gas, but I love the store. Haven’t ordered Made To Order food in years so I’ll abstain from commenting on that, but everything else in the store is excellent. You have to try the candied nuts; I sometimes come here just to grab some! They now have self-checkouts, which is a total game changer. Keep being awesome, Sheetz <3

Went to Sheetz ordered a waffle chicken sandwich with cheese lettuce pickles I get to the car and it has barbecue sauce all plastered all over it they fixed it I left get home only to find out I ordered a chicken salad but there’s no chicken but you charged me for the chicken I don’t feel like I should have to go back to the store can you fix this?? If your employee wasn’t worried about clocking out and getting donuts maybe he would’ve read the ticket better I just don’t understand how you can order a chicken salad with no chicken in it!!! And I don’t do reviews I don’t do complaints but that was just plain ignorance

This has to be the best gas station in Bristol. Get an option for FlexFuel, also a 88 octane which is good for vehicles 2001 or newer. Staff is always awesome as well. And, their air is free. So fill up them tires!

Man you just gotta love Sheetz. Quality coffee, great snacks and drinks and all the made to order food is yummy. Always a friendly staff. It's the Target of convenience stores. You can get a fried egg on your burger. Just saying. It's amazing.

Great one stop shop! Eat here and get gas🤣.. and ice cream, pizza mozzarella sticks breakfast items biscuits ham sausage it's got everything even dental floss it's fantastic a small version a large grocery store with gas cheapest gas in town right now with gas at $4.15 a gallon they are good 20 cents under!!! It's usually busy there it's open 24/7 but not all services are available after a certain time in the evening you can always get gas and light snacks but they do have a grill if that's your thing and they have an ATM with no fee that is correct no fee any chance I get to go there I do.. recommended

We are Sheetz folks while traveling, this was the first time we visited this location. It met all our needs, and I enjoy the fact that they have an indoor dining area. Always nice to eat inside while the temp outside is in the 30's.

Sheetz is my favorite store for food. The menu is amazing and the food is always tasty. I was introduced to Sheetz when I moved to VA from Maine. I have moved to TN and am so glad there's a Sheetz 30 minutes away. I make a trip to the Bristol Sheetz at least once a week for lunch or dinner. Sheetz is 100x better than Wawa. I don't even know why people think otherwise.

The food that can be ordered at the mobile kiosks to the right as you walk into the deli area is amazing and so cheap for what you get! I don't life too close so I can't eat there enough. Also there is so much to choose to from-the menu seems nevereverending. Prices on the rest are also decent, especially with a "My Sheetz" card to of get discounts. Love it.

Very clean and modern. Sheetz has a good selection of items across the board. The prices are fair, and the staff is friendly. The kitchen they have isn't half bad either if you want something made fresh for you. You won't be disappointed in this Sheetz.

We're SO glad we found Sheetz!! We have to drive to exit 17 off 26 about once a week which is ideal timing to snag cigs & fill up. The prices are amazing, selection terrific, and the store & restrooms are SUPER clean!! We REALLY like Sheetz!! If we lived closer, we'd probably be regulars. As it is, we stop every single trip thru the area & top off even if we need little gas. Great place... Only wish we had one closer to Exit #69 (Blountville, TN).
