I like Sam's but could u please tell ur members that parking in "pick up" isn't for shoppers it's for order pick up. There are no available slots yet these two people think it is just convenient parking.

I love big store shopping! Many great deals, Got the membership for 25.00 dollars, half price at the Sam's online app, and got an extra 15.00 dollars off my first in store purchase by using my phone for check out. After getting my card at the help desk, and finding my items, I took in the whole store. Found some great items for my Granddaughters Birthday. Got some beautiful blackberries that have an amazing flavor. Upon checkout I was helped by a nice check-out guy. He helped me to use my phone to check out.All went very well. Thank you Sam's!

We love going here and getting whatever meats and staples we need for the month. We vacuum seal and freeze the meats and I rarely need to go to the grocery store. The scan and go is a fantastic feature and allows us to skip the normally long lines by checking out in the app after scanning everything. The hot dogs at the cafe are delicious and super cheap!

I had a really rough sams run today. My 2 year old was not having it, wouldn't let me put her down so checking out was awful while she cried non stop. The guy trying to upsell me on the membership plus didn't take my no thank you or my crying child as his que to walk away. We were having a visibly bad time and he wouldn't let it go and walk away so i could take care of her and my groceries. For that reason alone i will never get the membership plus. He made my hard day harder.That being said, when i was struggling to load my car and hold my daughter another employee ran up and offered to take my cart for me. He smiled kindly and said, "happy to help, us grandads know how it is. " he was so nice and helpful and could read the room. So instead of one star I'll give you 5. But it's for the man in the parking lot not the guy at the register.

Management and cleanliness could use some work, but it's just about your average Sam's Club. Also, information and kiosk systems should be kept maintained and updated frequently to reduce problems that seem to arise.

I order often and have items shipped to home. I received my order yesterday and it wasn't packaged, it was just the product and it was banged up and one of the cans busted. I prefer my items boxed when shipped so this doesn't happen.

Store was clean and well stocked. Staff was helpful and friendly. They Had everything we needed that day. My big complaint is that they only had one person checking receipts so it took longer to get out of the store than it took us to come and get our items. I hope they address that soon.

A good place to buy wholesome and the membership is also lower than other shops like Costco. The prices also low.

Needs to open earlier at least by 9 AM. Only way to save is purchasing in bulk otherwise prices are not cheaper than Amazon & other stores, in fact are usually higher. Sam’s tires are competitive in price and products

Went in to get my glasses and had no problems with getting this completed. Decided to look around and found the aisles to be crowded with shoppers and associates. Found a few things to purchase and used the "Scan and Go" app so I did not have to stand in line to check out. This is the best part of the app.

Not a fan of them closing the aisles when I'm trying to grocery shop on a Saturday I think stocking should be done when customers aren't in the store period other than that it's a nice store and it is Clean :)

They want you to pay an extra $30 to shop there before 10am under thr guise of it being a perc. Don't waste your money on this greedy business! I won't be back and if you care about being treated right you shouldn't either.

As always very satisfied. Called to see if they had a tire I need told them what kind and they had it. They said they were busy and might could take me as a walk in, so I went they changed my tire and called me to let me know they were done. Didn't take long at all. I always get my tires there pretty reasonable especially for the kind I need. I love this place always satisfied and even f[ shopping employees are very helpful.

Cafe doesn't serve pizza 4 hours before closing. Gas station closes when it's self-service. Overall its just dog water.

I love this place so much. I hate that I live so far from one but you can't beat the price of bulk shopping. The dollar amount is just way better than what you are going to find elsewhere. Sad about them not have self-rising flour, but that is a minor thing. Sam's Club is amazing!

I use Scan & Go. It's free for members, and it feels great passing up the long checkout lines. ALERT: Nov 7...They have moved stuff around. Very few items are in their usual place. I looked for water and T-Paper. It was all empty against the wall. I looked around and noticed they moved it to a central isle near the old location

Today, I had to place a very large, rush order from this store because our usual store in NC was sold out of everything. My pick up time was from 2-3pm, but I had a truck going by that area around 11 am, and I called to see if they could move the time up and put everything on a pallet. I spoke with a super nice lady named Becky, and she graciously waited for the order to come through, hand picked everything, and even called me to let me know that she was able to help me. I cannot tell you what a lifesaver this store is, or how grateful I am to Becky for going above and beyond for something that wasn't her problem. I highly recommend this store ❤️

I love getting more for my dollars. I can get double of the products I need and use for the same price I pay at the grocery store for less. This trip I paid $16 for 24 bottles of coke. In the grocery store is charging 2 12-packs of cans for $12. If you have room to buy bulk/quantity it's worth checking out. Also saves you time because you don't have to make as many trips to the store. It's great to take a friend and share the bill and products that you use every month. 😀

Recently joined Sam's, use to go with family so I knew their deals. Everything has gone up a lot in a year and amount of what you get has gotten smaller, very disappointed that I pay a membership to pay more for most products I can get somewhere else?! I only buy a few things here and will most likely cancel after this year unless something changes. Bathrooms are always gross at the Bristol location, looks like they use the dirty floor mop to wipe the walls and stalls. You would think with so many products the bathrooms would look and smell clean, sadly the dirtiest Sam's bathroom I've been in. Very disappointed 😔

I'm giving this Sam's club 5 stars for being well stocked, clean, and friendly staff. Prices for everything is crazy high, but I cannot blame stores for that. Honorable mention for their food court thing. Those huge pizza slices are really good and at a great price. Probably not the healthiest food you'll eat, but hey, it's Sam's club pizza.

Better Sam's club in the area it is also next to Walmart, which is convenient, unlike the Johnson City store. Traffic is a little congested, but that should be expected. Good meat and produce options. The store is clean.

They put pricing tags under products but that is not the price. I bought two items that was marked 9.95 but at checkout was charged 24.95 each. When I got home and checked the receipt I called and asked if I should bring items back and they said no they would take care of it the next time I was there. I went in the next day and they said no the price was right I told them I would go to place I got them but they sent a mgr to that place and she called and told them the item was not on sale. She said they were on a end cap with correct price I went to where they were and the manager was there adjusting the products not on the end cap but where I got the two items she said there were more of them on an end cap and that the price I had seen was for different items. I spend several hundred dollars a month at Sams Club but will no longer go there Hopefully a Costco will come to town soon but I’m done with Sams Club except for returning those items and another 50 dollar item I bought on the same trip. Sams Club has no customer service as far as I am concerned

Sam's is awesome. Such good deals on so many items. Tons of stock. No apparent delivery shortages at Sam's Club. It was super crowded likely due to the local festival. But the associates kept things moving right along. A big thumbs up to the staff and management at the Bristol VA Sam's Club great job. Always a pleasure even when super crowded.
