We took our baby girl for a mani/pedi. She is still a pup and is very feisty and quite skiddish around strangers. Ashley the groomer took her without hesitation and was so good with her! She cut her nails and also did the grinder on them within like 5 minutes. She gave her the best nail trim we have had anywhere in town and it was only $19 plus tip of course. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend them!

Great customer service, Shaun helped me find out all the useful knowledge and information I needed on the bird I was interested in, very courteous and great experience. Found everything I needed and plentiful selection to choose from. Highly recommend this place for all your pet necessities. 5 stars from me!

I am thoroughly disgusted with the faculty that is at this location. They had no clue as to the availabilities of products that were there. Normally, I do not have a problem with this location. Obviously it must be the type of people that were working there when I came in. The folks.There when I came in really needs to be more aware of the products available and give me some valid suggestions. Basically, I had to find out for myself.What was available without their assistance. It was very disappointing.

This visit to PetSmart had exactly what we needed. We needed dog harnesses for road travel. Trying to find the right sizes and a lot of the harnesses were not where they should be. We asked an employee if they had any larges and they went and checked, said no, it was then we found one laying at the end of the isle on the bottom counter.The staff were really nice and courteous. The store was clean but not organized well. Used our perks card and received $2.50 off our purchase.

I love this PetSmart because the staff are very friendly & so helpful with all of my pets' needs (2dogs 2 cats & a leopard gecko). I've been told by staff that crickets come in on Thursdays. My 13 year old leopard gecko, Freya is in need of crickets. I used to not have a problem buying 30 large - 50 small crickets, but for the last few months, it's been nearly impossible. There's people that come in & buy so many, like a hundred at a time & they're gone so quickly. I'm not mad about that, however, I think since it's become a regular occurrence, more crickets should be ordered as there's never enough. I do not buy the boxed crickets because whenever I have, 1/2 of them are dead. Can we get more crickets delivered to this location?

Purchased a harness for our puppy. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They didn't mind us trying a few on him to ensure we had the right fit. Ended loving our purchase and after a brief adjustment period Buddy got comfortable in it. Will definitely return for future needs

I bought some feeder fish. 3 of the fish were caught in the net and one had to be forcibly removed. I believe it tore its fin and 3 didn’t make it a 30 min ride home. Better equipment is definitely needed.

I came here to check out on some of their Cichlids and saw that most of them were doing really well! Although there were some harmed or dead fish unfortunately. But other than that all the fish appeared fairly healthy and happy!

Charged way more than I was quoted. FYI military discount only on Tuesdays. I didn't serve 1 day a week. Not that it's an expectation, but why bother. $50-$82 is a big difference. Nails cut vs nails cut & smoothed is an upcharge.

Oh we actually had a real good time. Diva had a blast barking at the other dogs & everyone was so friendly I didn't think we was ever gonna get out of there, they were so friendly. Diva made all kinds of new friends plus she ran up the bill for mama she got new clothes & toys & a new neckless with her name on it. The store was was very clean & the workers was very helpful.

This place simply sucks. Never have enough workers, long lines and usually stocked so poorly that if you're a reptile enthusiast you're screwed. Past two times I've been in this particular store I wound up walking out after waiting half an hour for someone to assist me in getting a tarantula. It's just an awful, terribly ran business. From now on I will drive to Petco in Wytheville which is a much better store in every possible way.

So many dead fish. There were more than pictured. Malnourished fish and reptiles. I don’t advise buying any living thing (maybe the cats are okay) from here and if you do then you definitely need to quarantine before putting them with anything you already had.

I was able to get my baby a lot of great new toys to help with his teething. They also have a great product that deters your puppy from chewing on anything else that might be in his path. Staff here is very informative, and absolutely amazing! Ask for Kevin. He was very courteous, and assisted with finding everything I needed.

Great place for fur baby items! 1st time in the store and I was very impressed. I went searching for my little yorkie Wiggles, some boots to walk in because of the pavement being so hot. Found them in XS. Perfect!!! ❤️‍🔥🐈‍⬛

We have a goldendoodle, we have brought him here twice. The 1st time they done pretty good considering his hair was matted up. This last time they made absolutely no effort to save any of his hair. They shaved every bit of it off. Not only was it bad enough that he had no hair, we noticed his ears was bothering him, they had somehow cut both his ears on the inside. Safe to say we won’t be coming back & don’t recommend to anyone to bring their dogs here. Very disappointed

Does not care about thier animals at all. If they dud they would know only female mice can be housed together males will fight to the death. I told them they big one was fighting with the small baby one waited 15 minutes to see if someone would come. You guessed it no one came. If they cared about animals at all they would have split them up. If they didn't know any better then listen to the person who has had them as pets and did lots of research on them. To some people they are just mice but they can be as much fun and bring you as much love and comfort as a dog or cat. I have a feeling big one killed little one that night. NEVER SHOPPING FROM YHESE ABUSERS AGAIN!

My wife brought our mini golden doodle to be groomed. He had a little area of his fur that was a little matted under his neck and ears that needed to be taken care of, so the groomer told my wife that she would recommend giving him a short cut. My wife agreed. When she picked him up to my wife’s surprise and dismay, the groomer (Emily P ) had shaved his whole body down to the skin ! No fur left, our dog looked like a hairless cat ! The poor little guy was shivering all the time and wouldn’t even sit or lay on our hardwood floors. Anyway his fur will grow back so not really a big deal in the grand scheme of things, just would have appreciated a more caring attitude from Emily.Bottom line I wouldn’t recommend taking you dog here for a cut.

Listen, I love the fact they have so many different choices of different things!! They do have a bunch of items as well, that you may not get from any regular store like Walmart, foodcity, or etc....But, now some of there prices are somewhat ridiculous on some things..
