Great facility and associates. The prices are reasonable. The aisles were a little narrow, made more so by the pallets for restocking the shelves.

Not sure who handles this Lowe's, but they have the worst customer service and management out of the Tri-Cities. Honestly have to say it's had me going to Home Depot or Tractor Supply Co. who usually have better solutions and attention to detail. I know some employees try their best and there's probably a few bad apples spoiling the bunch, but a whole basket is kind of ridiculous imo.

The Store itself is fine. Can you stop allowing people in with their non service dogs. I've seen this a few time's and the dogs owners do not keep their animals on a short leash.Thanks for asking.

Tried to get a new water heater from Lowes. What a nightmare. They were quick to call once i entered a lead but were a no call no show on the day of i stall. Called the rep. who set the appointment left a message but no return call for 3 days. I called her a total of 8 times. Finally i call the store manager who at least got the installer to text me asking for some pics of my tankless water heater which i was quick to provide . He said he would find a match and get back to me but never did. Almost 3 weeks with no hot water. I would never recommend Lowes installed services. Don't expect a same day water heater install if you call by noon. This company is terrible

So this location is my local lowe's, and while I like the prices here better than any other home improvement store around the employees lack of knowledge is frustrating. As a young woman that is very self-sufficient it can be frustrating when somebody tries to tell me something that is a half truth or they don't understand the question. Otherwise they stay pretty well stocked and for the most part have the things that I need I often compare online shopping to what I can get here and it is often much more convenient to drop by the store but I pick and choose what departments I shop in for reasonable praising. Their plans are always beautiful and pretty well kept, there is quite a variety and the prices are good especially with their sales here and there. Overall good experience clean mostly cut store and friendly employees.

I stopped to return an item & purchase some light bulbs. One of the staff members who assisted me was not so great, but one of them was completely awesome. The girl working the return desk was happy & bubbly & knowledgeable. She started my visit off great. I found the bulbs I needed & went to check out & that's where it went downhill. The bulbs rang up several dollars more than the price on the shelf. When I said something to the cashier, she explained she could not leave the register & that if I wanted the lesser price, I would have to go to the shelf & take a photo of the price marked there & bring it to her - as if it wasn't enough that they were charging more than the marked price. I did, but I have not returned to this store since & doubt that I will.

Friendly professional staff. Clean. This Lowes has the best selection of shrubs and flowers in the tricites. Also, it was the only place this year that I found sunshine ligustrum. Amazing, beautiful shrubs. 😁🌞

Called the Bristol, Va store to see if they had red tin roofing screws in stock. The lady that answered the phone who was awesome said they had 8 250 ct bag of screws in stock. The online inventory for this store said the same thing. So my husband & I drove 30 miles to this store. My husband goes into the store. No one can find the screws. No one wants to help my husband. My husband had just had surgery for lung cancer. Walks on a cane where he has a fracture in his back & couldn’t get help. Finally sits down & gets on his phone & has to call for some one to help him! The screws were on their inventory but ended up in the wrong isle. They had to look for them! My 3 stars are for the awesome lady who answered the phone in the beginning! The one who let us know they had the screws in the store! Very nice store but they need to retrain their employees!!!

Had to return something had my receipt the other Lowe’s associate at the vol parkway store was extremely rude said no so I brought it to this lowes and there was no problem the lady BJ did the transaction easily and I will shop at this lowes only!

Was looking briefly at rugs and found one we liked. Mary in the rug section helped with our choice, and tried to hunt us down one to buy because it said there was two more in stock and at the store. She returned without a rug, but quickly rolled the display one up for us and helped get it loaded up for us to purchase. She was very friendly, very welcoming and super helpful for the entire experience. I’m very glad we were able to have Mary help us for our shopping trip today and to buy our new rug

I frequent Lowe's on a regular basis and I have never before been treated or made to feel like a thief but I was because I needed a roll of electrical wire. The frist words out of the employees mouth before opening the cage "I will have to take this to check out, you can't". After telling them what I wanted and then having to show them because they had no clue what I asked for, I then had to wait 10 minutes at the register for them to bring it!

Most items bought at Lowes I look up myself! Seems there is a shortage of employees when a question needs to be asked about a product I am trying to purchase! Need a greeter at the entrance to guide to the right person!

This Lowe’s is currently remodeling the store. So, some of the shelves are empty and products are in odd places. Of course, some of the stuff I was looking for was missing in action.I really like this store. It is close to home and usually has what I need. The employees are super nice and helpful. I can’t wait to see the new and improved store when the remodel is complete!

We have been shopping for a new refrigerator and dishwasher. We loved the selection that was available but when it came time to actually order them we had trouble finding people to do so and or answer questions. There was a a rebate that we ended up not getting. No one knew what products were actually apart of the promotion, so the manager actually ended up refunding $100 (the value of the promo) to our card. We appreciate that!

Worked with Robert Ozier today in the Pro Center to help plan/design my kitchen remodel. Very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Took the time to show many options and gave a lot of helpful advice as to what would look better and what would be better options. Much better experience than I've had with others locally.

Followed like a thief. I understand loss prevention, however spending 1400 the night before with same staff should have bought a little reassurance. Very poor professionalism in my opinion. Spent another 1200 then followed again 3 days later. Won't return any time soon unless absolutely necessary!

Went and interviewed at this location for overnight position got a call from the HR saying I had the job did the drug test background check passed it all called 6/22/23when I was on vacation whit my little girl and family she told me to come in today 7/6/23 at 9 am for orientation I called at 8 am to verify and she told me I wasn’t rehire able didn’t say why said she tried to call me to let me know but didn’t do so like I had a job and quit because of this Lowe’s please call people like this is my life my daughters life she told me she was on vacation herself so how you call me

Went to buy camera that online app said they had. Got there guy acted like he didn't no what we were talking about then finally said we don't have in stock but Abingdon store does go there so go there. No stock available. Get told go to claypool hill or St Paul. Can't rember at this point but long story short didn't get the trail cam at the cheap price and was bummed

Well my experience was fine. Every sales person I asked for assistance was very helpful, but upon check out the couple in front of us was talked to very rudely by the cashier and all over about $3 and they had alot of merchandise. I understand the need for inventory and correct pricing but when spending well over $100 and one plant, that was thought to be discounted because it was found on the mark down rack, they were informed very strongly that it wasn't. If it had been me I would have left all the merchandise sitting and went elsewhere. Customer service goes a long way!
