We got a fast lunch from sheetz and I should have asked for new food altogether. I ordered a 3 pack of crispy sliders. Timing was great, our food was cold and when asked to warm up the cold bun and fried chicken, she gave me an attitude, no apologies, no nothing. I prefer not to eat semi lukewarm fried chicken, but I was on a time restriction. I’ve been sick for 4 hours over this miserable mistake. I don’t go here often but customer service has gotten horrible.

5 star service at this Sheetz! Always. The employees are so wonderful but one in particular, a young man named Josh who works the desk and helps prepare food. He was such a blessing and absolutely went above and beyond for me, just a Sheetz customer he had never met. Excellent and exceptional customer service from him and all the others there.This has been my childhood Sheetz that I have been going to since I was just a little kid, since my parents lived out in Paris it was the closest convience store to us and we have been going consistently here for as long as I've been alive, 30+ years!! Never a bad experience and always a good employee-customer relationship at this one. It gets busy but that's because it's good and it's at a popular intersection of Waterloo, and people are commuting each and every way to work.Great place, excellent employees and will return! Thank you again Sheetz!! 🙏

Store was clean for the most part waited for my food didn't take long at all but as I was eating I noticed a hair in my food mind you my hair is not white and black nor am I around animals or have any so where ever this hair decided to hitch a ride on my food while during prep I'm at a loss this is my first time being at this location I will definitely be sure to stick to the locations I know from now on.

This is a nice Sheetz store. Plenty of gas pumps and parking. There is everything from bottled water, sodas, cold coffee, beer, and wine. There is self serve coffee, soft drinks, and milk shakes. There is multiple screens to order food from or specialty coffees. There is cigarettes sold here and lottery. Service is rather quick for MTO items and staff is friendly and willing to help. A good amount of parking is available as well.

Convenient stop on the way to/from VA Beach. Bought a scratch-off and a very fresh sub on the way down, redeemed the scratch-off ($15.00!) on the way back and enjoyed some jalapeno poppers and a hot dog. I love Sheetz food. Sounds crazy to praise "gas station food", but it's always tasty.Sorry Jason Momoa, I wasn't trying to take your picture, lol. Love the smirk though!

Overall descent experience. The people behind the counter were both packing while there was a line forming and they were not quick to turn around and help. When they actually came to help us, they were super nice.

Sheetz continues to add more and more meat items to the menu, never adding options for vegetarians. Their prices have gone up while the portion sizes and overall quality of their food have gone way down. Don't order their cooked foods, it's pretty much a waste of money at this point.

Love this place! Eat here most days due to being right across from my job. Except today. Teresa/Trica idk in the food service is so rude! When asking for something a customer should get a welcoming response and not a nasty one. When I tried to show her what I was talking about she pretty much shewed me away. I think she needs some more training in how to treat people or she should quit/be fired. The other ladies are wonderful and take great care of us.

I appreciate the dieting help! Ordered a veggie sub because I’m trying to lose some winter weight. Added peppers and olives to add a little flavor. Received a piece of bread with a couple of olives and peppers on it. #health

Sheetz has the BEST customized subs and salads in the area and certainly beats all "competition".... Fries are fresh, hot, and served with a cheese sauce upon order. Food prep area is clean and neat. Workers are friendly and well trained. Kudos, Sheetz! Good gasoline prices, too! 5-stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great food. However, the deli worker really added some extra pizazz to the sandwich with the lack of correct mask usage. To follow suit, a majority of the customer base did not use masks and this was further promoted with one cashier lacking, as well. The corporate entity has promoted safety for the customers but this agenda has not been followed through on the local level.

Night crew food prep needs improvement. I try to pre order through the app so I can grab my food and be on my way, but there has been 2-3 times I've shown up and it's not ready when I ordered 20 minutes before arrival. There has also been occasions where I pay extra for something and I don't get it. Such as this evening when I paid .55 extra for a croissant bun and no one says, "Hey sorry were out of this so we're not going to charge you". So I was blatantly ripped off again or someone just wasn't paying attention. The other sandwich I ordered requested onions that weren't there either. I've tried overlooking little mistakes here and there, but it's every visit now. I'll just go spend more money across the street at Dunkin rather be frustrated EVERY purchase.

Thanks to LINDA for the extremely clean ladies restroom. Friendly, attentive & refreshing stop on a tiring road trip. Nothing worse than a dirty restroom on a long stressful trip.

Couldn't complete custom coffee order because the decaf decanter was being used for espresso. Had a smoothie made instead and the employee got chastised in front of people waiting for food orders. Ordered a breakfast platter and the order was made wrong with scrambled eggs instead of the egg whites, as requested. Not only was I chastised for having food allergies to egg yolks, but the employee was also publicly chastised, again, in front of customers waiting for food and drinks. I do not appreciate the lack of humility and being judged based on my food problems. Not very professional.

Dawn and Theresa working in the hot food were very kind, and worked well under pressure. Thank you guys for your hard work, I noticed there was lots of orders but they worked efficiently together and were able to take care of everyone well. Thank you!

This place is pretty nice and convenient. It is definitely easy to get in and out of. It does stay pretty busy though. The made to order food is great. Sometimes it has pretty slow service, but it’s worth it for one of the sandwiches or subs.
