They only get 2 stars because they have one credit card machine that works!! I would rather light my hair on fire then to check out at that register!! I've asked for corporates number many times but I think the manager thinks I'm joking!! Get it together FD.. Help your employees succeed.. Employees are amazing!!PS If you are a person that derives pleasure in being destructive or want to steal stuff GO AWAY!!

Store manager is ridiculously rude for no reason whatsoever. She is extremely disrespectful. Her customer service is no where near down to earth. I come into this store hoping to get a different side or when she’s not there, but it’s the same attitude every time. She is ugly to most of her customers and I have had it. You would think the store manager would be setting a good example for the co workers. The next time I get an attitude will be the last time and I will be contacting higher management. Thank you.

Honestly this place was one of my fav to shop. Until I had my phone and wallet taken tonight. I called the cops and the employees refused to show the officer the camera footage. I made a police report and knew my phone was there due to the find my phone app. We left the store and not even an hour later the police officer calls and let's me know they mysteriously found my stuff in an aisle I was never even in. I can't press any charges due to the fact my stuff was returned. But I plan on contacting corporate and having some sort of reprecussions for the people involved. I'm a mom of 4 and my husband serves in the military NO ONE deserves to have things that they work hard for taken from them.and my kids including one with autism sat in car for 3 hours while all this went on. The fact that they handled the things way they did is disgusting to me. And NOT once did they offer to help me look while I was there in the store with the officer. I can't tell you how many times I have shopped there and the amounts of money I spent. I will NEVER set foot in that store again . It makes me cringe the fact I have to give them 1 star. Just be careful when shopping there. Just a heads up.

Don’t come to this store, one lady is insanely rude she works morning shift, acts like that store stays CLEAN all day when it legit doesn’t I have seen that store trashed 3x this week, and stuff misplaced, again don’t come here

Just a Family Dollar like any other. But we did talk to the manager by chance and she was very nice. She was also very helpful in finding what we needed.

Store manger very rude and unprofessional a man that was with her not in uniform being rude to employees this is my second time being there and she would completely disregard me to talk on the phone this store needs a change
