Was looking to buy a Grand power stribog the small version I was looking everywhere online and couldn’t find any in stock and when I did find it in stock it was out of the price range that I wanted to pay for it. I came across DK firearms and did my research on them and seen the price of the stribog which they had in stock and was in my range so I definitely pulled the trigger (lol) and the shipping was fast and customer service was GREAT! I definitely will be utilizing them again for future purchases and definitely would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase any firearms or accessories..

By far the best surplus weapon/ parts business I’ve ever worked with in a while. I created what I would believe is a hassle for them by asking for a refund almost a week after ordering because I wanted to order the whole assembly instead of a singular part. Even told them I understand if that exceeds their return policy. They got back to me next day immediately with a refund for my first order and shipped out my second order which was placed the night before, no questions asked. Super nice people are definitely there to help you out.

Selection was amazing - had two pistols I haven't seen carried ANYWHERE else in the area, and I wanted to get a feel on both... When I went to purchase, pricing was $100 less than anyone else I've talked to. WITH the pistol in stock, which wasn't the case with anyone else. Incredibly friendly, incredibly helpful, and ammo prices were on point.They don't sell holsters... But for the service, selection, and pricing? I'd start there and just order the rest online.STRONGLY recommended.

Buyer beware!Attempted to purchase magazines while traveling and company stated my order was potential fraud for billing and shipping addresses differing. Company wanted copy of a government ID to "confirm my identity". Order was cancelled as I would not provide my ID over the internet. This company(if legit) needs to update their payment software.

In a word: excellent. They had the gun I wanted in stock and cheaper than everyone else. I placed my order at nine at night and they shipped it out right at the start of the next day. It arrived at my FFL in three days. You really feel like you are dealing with professionals and excellent customer services because they give you all of the confirmations and tracking numbers by email so you can be on top of everything and have piece of mind your investment is accounted for. Highly recommend! I will be doing future business there.

I was sent updates every step of the way to include a confirmation of delivery email. I work in tactical gear sales and this is the same level of service I would afford my customers! Put in an order for 5 magazines, then I get an email that said there was an address mismatch and the items were not held and sold off to someone else. I was extremely disappointed that my order had been cancelled but was able to amicably resolve the issue w/ DK Firearms. Appreciate that they were courteous enough to address the issue and offer a resolution. Will hopefully be able to do business with them again and offer an additional review based on their product. Ordered a firearm from them online the end of last week and had it Monday. A 2-3 day shipping time in today’s world is fantastic. I hadn’t been able to find the firearm in stock, anywhere but found it at DK Firearms and for a great price. Communication and customer service was top notch throughout the entire process. I’ve been here before with no problems. Always great product, service, and competitive pricing. This time was different. The owner will have his story and I’ll have mine - the point is I’m an honest guy warning you to take your business elsewhere. If you ever have problems the owner will not work with you. There are many other reputable firearm locations in the area with equally as good of ratings, I suggest going to one of those to spend your hard earned money.
