You feel lost when you go in different Walmart stores and they are not set up the same. Some Walmart have sturdy bags which I think they all should have the sturdy bags.

Awesome store for Christmas stuff. I spent 3 hrs looking at everything. So much to see went down isles again thinking I may have missed something. I got some good deals and nice stuff for Christmas and didn't pay very much at all. Got all my family members gifts for $100. I love walmart and each store is like you being a kid in a candy store because they all have different things.

The associates were very helpful to me with all my questions. At the checkout counter I was delighted to meet a very pleasant young man who greeted me with smiles and pleasantries. He helped to make my day. Very polite felliw.

horrible store. Nishonda the store manager had a very aggressive attitude and tone when I needed an associate and saw her. i asked where the toilet care aisle was and she was very rude and would not help me, I also witnessed her cursing at other associates and saying that they were all replaceable. I have told all my friends and family and we will never come back to this store ever again.

The pharmacy at Walmart Roxboro is slow slow. My prescription was sent in the day prior and I still had to wait 45 minutes for it to be filled

This was an online order pickup run. For some reason, the app would not work, so I informed an employee that was bringing out an order to a car next to me, and they brought out my order. This is the second time the app has malfunctioned, once in Danville, and once in Lynchburg.I have also noticed that on my last 2 orders they show the Members Mark paper towels available for pickup, but when I go to check out they have moved to shipping option only.The order was correct, and the service was fine.

Over 24 hours of my pickup order being in their system and driven over there twice to pick up for the last 2 days and it’s still not ready. Absolutely ridiculous!!

Could always use improvement the people at the front always stop me even if it's one thing out my bag they still triple check my receipts even though they do watch people scan everything they really need to do better "why would they put burnt up people that are tired of they jobs right there" it makes no sense

The women's bathroom was dirty. Toilets clogged, went to back bathrooms one of two was usable.

Love the item and selection but Management needs some work. This was for a response for the women's bathroom where the toilet seat wasn't being repaired. I almost fell off in the floor being disabled with physical limits. The toilet seat was super loose and darn if they fixed it 2 days later. When I said I wanted management they Sent a young guy that had to listen to the issues and apologize but the guy behind him was over him listening was totally cold. No responses apologizing or any kind of empathy from him. He obviously didn't care about the situation at all, he only stood there over the employee which was intimidating to me, much less the employee. 🙄

My review pertains to most all Walmart stores. Walmart is the only store that doesn't trust it's customers and treats everyone as shoplifters, by posting employees at exits checking receipts. I understand it actually violates Walmart policy to do so among others. If they don't trust the customer then why have self checkouts. The customers aren't there to do the employees job. Maybe they should have those people checking receipts and the others that stand guard over the self checkout actually working checkouts. No other store I have shopped at practices treating customers that way.

The early morning staff at this location is fantastic. Always friendly and knowledgeable. Jasmine went above and beyond to help the lady in front of me that left a bag, and then she helped me out of a tricky situation! And she did it with charm and grace. Great job, thank you.

Great store, but what makes it even better are the trustworthy people working there. I left $4 and change on a register and made it all the way home. Went back and an assoiciate (wish I remembered her name). I had set it aside for me.

We always get our groceries delivered from this location. Most of the time they have the itemswe want in stock, but on occasion an itemwill show in stock online but its actually not available. If we happen not to get delivery; then we will choose pickup. Orders are typically ready ahead of time. Customer service is courteous, friendly, and efficient. It really saves us time tocomplete our orders via curbside pickup or delivery.

Walmart south Boston,VA had no carts on one side of store. You had to walk across the store to get one. On a day as hot as today you don't need to do extra walking.

i’m not sure why is so hard to have people at their stations to DO THEIR JOB. there’s never anyone at the electronics or anywhere. And after you walk around waiting for even one employee to come out of hibernation, of course they have an attitude. the world after covid is lazy and ridiculous. especially this walmart.
