I'm a professional farmer, and I have used tractor supply for years. Since 2020, I have witnessed a serious nosedive on in store services, and online orders. I now have had 3 separate online orders never arrive at this store, or be MONTHS late. Refunds took so long I had to dispute charges with my bank.The south Boston store is particularly bad with on-site services. The turnover rate for employees is extremely high at this store. I used to have my propane tanks filled there, until they informed me they could no longer unscrew the overfill valve to full fill 20lb tanks. Only filling tanks halfway. When I do actually get items successfully shipped to south Boston, the employees can find my order about 50% of the time.Tractor supply is costing me time and money. If you have an option to shop anywhere else, do it.

The managers and employees are SO HELPFUL and kind here. They’re always very patient and knowledgeable when I need help with any product. They’re pick up orders are always done in record time too. It’s always a pleasure to go to this location.

Store was clean, well stocked and the clerk at checkout,Kelseyville was super, happy, smiling, absolute great personality totally unlike most young clerks who mostly have NO personality. I will certainly shop there. Thanks

Tractor Supply Company is one of my favorite go-to s when I don't know what I need, but they know what to give me. I'm pretty mechanically inclined for a woman and can fix almost anything. But sometimes you need a tool to specific purpose and haven't got a clue. They are great. The service people are most helpful and they have an incredible amount of items in stock ready to service your needs.

Kudos to Stacey! She went above and beyond the call of duty to help me! I called last Saturday afternoon asking about tines for my husband's tiller. Stacy checked and advise they were not in stock but she would call company. Company was not open so I told her I would check some other places. I found some on line and had them shipped. Just received a call from Stacey a few moments ago. Today was her first day back after being out sick and she wanted to touch base with me to be sure I had found some. We need more service people like her! Thanks again Stacey!

Great staff! Easy to find what you need. Unique gifts such as rustic signs and decorations can be found here also. Great selection of Western clothing also!

My wife and i enjoy shopping at tractor supply. Their price is fair and they carry many products that you would normally have to get from a specialty store or online. Our puppies also enjoy going to tractor supply, the have a good selection of dog and puppy food and toys. Veterinary supplies are also sold here for those that perform their own vaccinations and such on their animals.

I go to Tractor Supply for my dog food only at this time. The prices are a little higher than WalMart on most things, but their dog food selection is a lot healthier than WalMarts. They're cheaper than driving anywhere else to get the dog food. They rarely ask about my neighbor's club rewards card, so I have to keep that at the top of my brain; but they always have a friendly staff. People come from the surrounding counties to buy food and supplies here. I hope that business continues to prosper.

When calling for stock check make sure the person is telling you not what they "carry" but if they actually have it in stock. When I asked the sales person after driving to this store why she did not tell me they did not have what I needed when I called I was told "well, you didn't ask if we had it in stock. You asked if we carried it...". Thanks TSC for that extra effort.

Tractor Supply is, of course, one of those stores that primarily cater to a specific demographic (farmers).That being said, TS caters to this demographic wonderfully.Knowledgeable staff and wide selection of merchandise accompanied with decent prices makes Tractor Supply an ideal location for those somewhat specialty items that aren't carried in other stores.
