This is for All those diy that cross the country and need a place to stay when they’re down on their luck And don’t have the option to stay at a hotel this is by far the best option you have being in this town for not even 24 hours. I’ve grown to love the staff here and they will give you amazing service and take care of you like you were their family. Take a stop here get a cuppa coffee and enjoy your stay and then continue on the road. This is your best option when it comes to not a place to stay. Just stop by get something to eat and ask if you could stay the night first time or to Virginia and this is the best option for somebody with a limit on funds.

This is the BEST convenient store I've ever been in! Nice, clean location. Store was spotless! Employees were great. Especially the lady at the register around 12 p.m. on Tuesday. Found way more than what I was looking for. Loads of snacks, drinks & other items to purchase! QT doesn't have anything on a Sheetz! My hometown desperately needs one of these! ❤️👌🙌

Great selection of both ready to order and prepackaged foods. Service was exceptionally fast. Staff friendly. As with all Sheetz locations gas prices are competitive for the area.Very large parking area and also lost of easy to access pumps, even with a large RV or pulling a trailer.3 stars instead of 5 because the men's room could have been cleaner and had a bit of an odor.

Great gas prices, great food, always stocked with snacks, drinks, and some certain groceries you might need. Always has friendly staff. In need of a milkshake. It's a great place to grab one as well.

Decent prices for decent food. Please for the love of God fix the bagel recipe. I chewed for 5 minutes per bite for the breakfast bagel but it was good. And there's a weird after taste from the 3 meat pizzas. I ordered fries to order and they were old and cold. And the quesarito was good but lacked flavor and seasoning. But overall pretty good...

This location is always pretty busy. The staff are efficient, and the restroom is usually maintained. I stop in here whenever I'm in the area because it's the only place I have found that sells Vibe refills.

I love this store for the very most part I can't think of a single thing I can complain about besides the public and the area I guess. The people that work in service are always amazing but today I went into the store limping because I sprang my knee, but the cashier came from behind the counter to escort and assist me personally as an individual. I don't ever leave reviews unless I absolutely love my experience or absolutely hate it, and this store is awesome. But my cashier deserves a serious raise, or at least an evaluation, and a bonus for such excellent, consistent service. He was, and not only for myself, for others as well, taking into consideration each encounter as a positive and personal experience. He restored my boyfriend's faith in humanity. And that is seriously saying something. I wish I caught his name, he was the big gentleman with the glasses and dark hair. Fabulous. It is people like him, that keep me and others coming back. Watch out Sheetz somebody might just steal your best service!! Because that guy was seriously above and beyond standard.

I love how I order a breakfast platter with extra bacon, several condiments & a Dr. Pepper on the mobile app.. Pick up my food, get home no bacon at all in my platter, no bread, no condiments at all and instead of my Dr. Pepper there’s a water.I love the food there but the service sucks… when it comes to the food it’s a guessing game of what you will get. I guess the employees just don’t care what they give you. Because out of my last 10 visits my family’s food has been messed up every time!

When the food service is actually made, it’s fine. I love Sheetz, but I haven’t been to a Sheetz this slow anywhere in the country. I watched the food staff joke around for a full fifteen minutes, slowly moving about as they did the minimum effort to do their job and literally toss together a meal for another order, before I left without my order having even have been started.Manage your people better.

I love Sheetz and stop every chance we get. This was the first time at this sheetz. The lady checking us out was friendly but that was the end of it. The place was dirty and the person making our food, we were the only order, took 10 min. I watched him make the fries and they sat so long they were room temp by the time we got them. We ordered hot dogs and chicken sliders so no way out should have taken that long. He was steady complaining and obviously didn't want to be there. So disappointing!!!

I’ve stopped at this Sheetz many, many times over the years. Never had a bad experience. Usually average. Stopped today and received great customer service by Truman who was running the register. Amazing employee! People like him make me want to come back!

I ordered 2 grilled cheese and an order of tots it’s took longer than 20 mins to get it. I asked them if they were cooking it they said they had to get the other orders but I ordered before the other people. I know this because I seen them walk in after me. I understand being busy but I’m on my lunch break and I don’t even have time to eat what I bought. They know they get busy like this so they should have more employees or at least faster ones

Pulled in around 2:45 am this morning purchased a bite to eat. Ordered a burger and 20 min later just told them to forget it and left. I didn't ask for a refund just left 20 min for a burger is ridiculous. Any other sheetz I've gone to while driving runs like a well oiled machine this location needs management to look at what they are doing wrong

The store seems to went straight downhill! The coolers are never stocked, the employees are rude and ignorant, the store is not clean. They need a new manager and crew!! If you need more than gas, go elsewhere!!

Brand new store but the biggest cluster. Ordered food ahead of time using app get there and im told they have no steak. No big deal i settle for pork. Well then i took a bite and none of my toppings or sauces were in it. Very poor service and then didnt even get the right cold food .

The store is dirty - coffee and who knows what else spilled on the floor. The drink machine was out of the soda I wanted. Employees seemed more interested in each other than customers. Scary looking people hanging around store - in their pajamas, during the day. Very disappointed.

Awesome experience with the new and improved Sheetz building and staff in South Boston, Va. Was very pleased with the welcome and service recieved. Tracey was quick with the service and made sure I was taken care of. Also, Tonya was super polite and seemed to enjoy her work. See ya'll tomorrow!

I come way to often and get food from there and at least 3 to 4 times they have gotta my order wrong... charging me for things I asked to on my food and then leaving it out completely. Do better...

Large selection of MTO food which can be ordered, but be prepared for an extraordinarily long wait time if you do place a food order because it seems as if there never is enough staff working to handle the large amount of customers that frequent this location on a daily basis. However they normally have a nice selection of grab and go fresh, healthy food options like prefixed salads or tuna wrap. So just be prepared to wait in line no matter what time to stop in.

I got a chicken bacon ranch sub and asked for it to be toasted. The girl only toasted the bread then put the vinegar and oil on the cheese for it to run straight off. If it isn't just thrown in the fryer and put in the bag, don't have expectations

Doors locked. Pumps not giving receipts and I couldn't get one from the "cashier". Needed it for my business. 12:25 pm on Saturday, June 27, 2020. Guess I won't be stopping here to buy gas ever again.

Went to sheetz on one of the busiest travel days of the year, the day after thanksgiving. Only gas station for miles and they had NO gas. What the heck?? How does a gas station run out of gas? Confused.
