Showers are always barely clean. They have no keys and have not replaced shower keys because people keep leaving with them. No hooks on the wall. Ceiling Fans don't work. Half the time the toilet is filthy. Always have to wait to get a shower because no one wants to clean it. Diesel pumps are always out of order. Inside soda dispenser doesnt even have cold water???Owner/company needs to step up and revamp this pilot, remodeling do somthing to make this place better.

It was around 4 when I got there. There was truck parking and the bojangles was probably the freshest I’ve had in a long time and I’m from NC where bojangles started. Stop by!

Got here late last night. The lot was full but was able to find one spot available for truck parking. The lot was a bit crowded but we made it work. They have a Bogangles here. The Bogangles requests that you wear a mask when entering the restaurant but the store part doesn't. Everything was clean especially the restrooms.

This is my third visit in 2 years after delivering to Dollar Gen.Staff, both day and night, are pleasant. Store, showers, and restaurant were clean.Parking is spacious enough for the area. Get here early and get a slanted paved spot, otherwise it's DIY dirt lot.

LOVE this place! All the staffers are great, BUT the night staffers are the best! Wish the showers were bigger though!The store, restrooms and showers are alway clean! The gentleman that cleans the showers at night is awesome!!! Love his personality!!!

Nothing against the store, but I got skimmed at the pump and had to cancel my card on my way to a vacation spot. I called and let them know, and they appreciated it.

Small pilot to say the least, but they have a Dunkin Donuts inside so that's a plus. Restrooms are small they need better signage for restrooms I almost walked into the men's room. Women's doesn't really have signs so beware. Not sure on the showers but doesn't seem like there is very many. Parking is setup strange and in the back parking is pot holes that can swallow up your truck so beware on the dirt parking.

Stopped in to grab some gas and a bite to eat. What I like about this location is that there is plenty of options if your hungry and the staff is always very helpful. The bathrooms were clean enough and I appreciate all the helpful recommendations on the questions that I had asked him some of the staff. Definitely recommend this location.

Horrible service, bojangles was even worse. The customer service is ridiculous. While trying to order, the lady kept interrupting with the total and kept acting like she was inconvenienced by taking our order. The food was nasty and not worth the trouble. I will not return.

I always love this place.. They have the best fritters( they ate in the donut container) and I love to look at their personal items ( jewelry, clothes and so much more.. employees are helpful and always in a great mood.

I like this pilot, its nice and clean. Friendly staff, and bojangles is right next door for good chicken. Nice establishment to do your 34 reset, and 10 break.

Great stop to get fuel with our 40’ fifth wheel on our way to the blue ridge rock fest. They where so nice even let us fill out water tank after we fueled up

Worst pilot I've been to. Rude cashier telling customers im crazy because i complained? If i was isnt that illegal? 7am, truckers getting ready to roll...all showers dirty and empty, but told will be at least an hour because they are not cleaning them. They are waiting for the next shift to do so!?!

It's not the store that makes it a bad place it's the people that work there that act like they're so important and talk to you like your beneath them if you're looking for a gas station this is not one that I would recommend.

Made prime parking reservation five hours in advance.Arrived on time, during a rain storm, found what I thought was a parking spot, parked to go in and get paperwork.Climbed out of truck and what do ya know, I parked in the handicap spot, all the spots are full....Went inside, cashier said, "You can park there they do it all the time. I mean, if you are good with it we have no problems."Yes I have a problem, I do not want to get woken up and told I was in a handicap spot when others were encroaching where they should not be.And this is okay with the staff...smh, wwwbd (what would Warren Buffet do)

First of all....this isn't a pilot. The manager said they just sell pilot gas. Also, if you shower here I hope you love cold water! Horrible experience here. But the manager was very nice and refund our showers and gave us 2 free drinks.

Nice and clean, friendly service, love the chicken place. But they have dunken donoughts brand coffe. Had i known that before parking would have gone somewhere else, as my teenager can make better tasting coffee by straining week old coffee grounds through one of his dirty gym socks.

Poor service, the showers don't have limit time, i was waiting for 40min and when you request a gentil explanation for the staff, they answered you very rude as if that is a home and you are receiving a favor, another fact if you received a number of the shower id, that is not the number that you are going to use (is discretional the asignation by the Manager)... very unorganice place and the management answer unpreparated and rude.. I prefere the other fuel station brand.. i hope to receive a formal apologize for Pilot organization about this bad service. I got names of the staff

They don't have the cheapest fuel around, but this is the nicest gas station in the town of Halifax. Clean store, friendly staff, and hot food like a 7/11.

No food selection, no useful parts like cb antennas or mounts. Most of the employees are rude (except for the janitor). This is basically a gas station with a fuel island

I thought because it was small and maybe older ot would be terrible. Beat damn pilot I have spent the night at. Super clean and super freindly staff. Even the Bojangles inside was nice. Im looking for this one every trip that way.

Good place to stop with short lines due to the truck stop just up the road. This store is known for being robbed after dark several times a year, so your best time to stop is in daylight hours.

Third from the left diesel pump numbered keypad didnt work. You press one number. Several numbers get keyed in by only pressing one number. I went to another pump. The pump next my pump didnt work neither. That driver came to my pump and realized it didnt work. Then he move to another pump. The gravel lot has a lot of trash. Shower #1 had several flies in there.

One of the worst customer service experiences. Seems like the woman who waited on me this afternoon did not care or like commercial drivers. Seems like if she is that unhappy with the class of people coming into her business maybe she should find another job
