they don't have your refill ready when they say they will or they put your refill on backorder because the computer didn't order the medicine to have in stock and they don't tell you until you go to pick up the refill. They could at least call you to tell you they had to back order your medicine. They should also have someone in charge of restocking the medications instead of depending on a computer to do it.

Worst interaction at a pharmacy ever. Very rude and judgemental. Refused to use my out of state insurance. Would not look up my account as I use cvs and then was told we don't expect anything from California. Then was explained they don't take good rx discount. All over antibiotics for a tick bite infection.

Two days later, and my prescription is not ready. After being told it would be ready in two hours. Now only to be in the drive-thru for half an hour and another half hour prior to that.
