Wouldn't come back to this subway this is the second time I have eaten here and got really sick off the food. My daughter and I where sick for 4 days. I don't not recommend this location to anyone. The first time I had tried this location I had went through the drive thru to order. Got my food took it home and come to find out I had a ball of someone hair in it mixed up in the ranch. I had tried calling but no answer.

NASTY! Floors were disgusting no employees to see upon going in. Used the bathroom and well I should have used a tree instead. So nasty I didn't even want to hover over the commode. Decided I didn't want anything to eat at the looks of this place. When leaving two younger guys working chatting and playing a beat with one of the knives. Told us to have a good day on the way out.. Thanks, but no thanks will not be back to this dirty establishment.

I had to request more of what I wanted because the young male who was fixing it was to busy talking with two other female employees about a group of customers that was sitting in the restaurant.The restaurant was dirty , windows nasty , tables were sticky .I know the owner and I’m sure she would not be happy

Me and my kids stop there on the way back to michigan from north carolina. Zayden and Trey Really Did their thing. 1st off their hospitality was surprisingly pleasant they were respectful and polite not to mention the sandwiches we're off the chain meat was just falling off the. Sides I would give fifteen thumbs up if I had them.

Traveling and staying in Bland tonight. Came to Subway for a light supper. This is the best place to eat in the evening.Dined in sharing a full sub with my wife. They cut it in half, labeling or subs...his and hers, a nice touch.This unit is clean. The staff proved helpful and considerate. We will return.

Wonderful customer service! Mary and the rest of the staff were friendly, patient and professional. I have never left a review for a fast food establishment but we felt inclined to do so. I had my service dog and the staff made us feel at home. In addition, the facility was clean and welcoming.Thank you!

Bland Subway is the very best I have ever eaten at and I have been to easily 40+ in other places and other states. They pile on the goodies, work hard and smile while they are doing it. I don't know how the Bland Subway gets the best kids and adults to work for them.. We are just Blessed. I want to give a big shout out to 3 teenagers that are hard workers and made an awesome subs for us. Zayden, India, and Duncan. All 3 of them deserve a raise. Thanks for listening.

Need a break to walk your dog, let the kids run around while traveling on 77? This is the place, nice big field beside the parking lot, always fresh subs and clean restrooms too! Now that we've shared our secret spot please please please pick up after your dog!

Hadn't been to a Subway in awhile. The food was good but with 3 employees in the store, it should've been quicker service. Only 1 employee was making the food while the other 2 were counting money. Eventually another employee assisted with the sandwich making but not a particular customer service oruented location.

Have been here more than a handful of times, the food is good, the restaurant and bathrooms are clean, the staff is friendly. Nevertheless, for some reason, they sport a drive thru, which is a terrible idea, doesn't really work with the Subway model--especially when it requires extra staff, which they do not book, should only be used rarely, for handicap, etc. as there are times only one person is there to run whole dining room and the drive thru and major delays can happen in what is considered a fast food market (with the employee walking all over the place to get things for the drive thru customer--didn't even have tea ready back in that area so took extra time to walk around to beverage area and back--making a total delay upwards of about 13 minutes total once, even when I was the only visitor inside the restaurant and standing at the 3 minute ready line and only getting one sandwich). The manager did apologize for my experience when I told her personally, I should add. I also used the drive-thru once, out of curiosity, and it's fine if you're not actually in a hurry and don't mind them not making the sandwiches the way you requested them, I guess, like if you found it too difficult to get out of the car or had screaming children and couldn't taste the mix-ups, anyway. My suggestion is to put a handicap sign on the drive-thru and only serve cars thus placarded. This should improve the level of service for the entire restaurant.

Always a great place with a great staff. Always clean and friendly. Very convient right off the interstate and they have a huge area with a picnic table. If you have a pet it's great because they can walk in the grass and strectch their legs or your young kids can burn some energy off from traveling!

This review is based in the Bland, VA location. The resteraunt is clean, the prices are good and the sandwich artist are attentive. I visit this place frequently and they consistently have good food.
