The inside of the store and the parking lot were clean for the most part. Bathrooms not so much. Women's rest room needed attention, smelled very badly.Advised clerk on duty about restroom & he shrugged it off; didn't seem to care.Visited August 10,2021 around 6:45am - 7:00am

The Dairy Queen was great!!! But the staff in the gas station are very rude. A older man and older woman stood behind the counter with judge mental looks while one man worked who was very friendly. The old woman behind the counter acted like cutting a tag off a pair of sunglasses was a heavy job and pouted and grunted then tried handing the tag back to us when she had a trash can beside her. This is awful customer service. Instead of helping the one person work the old woman and the old man stood and glared at customers. It made us feel unsafe and in welcome. I sure do hope someone takes care of this problem.

Restrooms always out of order. Cashiers are always rude . Debit card machine never works . Someone. We’d to either close it down or put a real convenient store there .

Stopped here while driving through, was such a pleasant stop! They had a great selection of food and drinks, the gas prices were decent and in comparison to other gas stations we passed in the area. All of the staff we encountered were super friendly and helpful. The store and restrooms were clean and well maintained.

I had to stop here during a road trip at 2:30am. There was no one else in the store so it wasn't busy. The cashier was not friendly. The food was horrible and nothing was stocked. Only decent thing about this experience at this particular store was the gas prices. I frequent Circle K's and any other one I've ever been in I've had a good experience no matter what time of day or night. I would never recommend this store to anyone traveling overnight and it's an experience I will never repeat during this same road trip.

Store was clean enough, but rest rooms were closed. An employee next door was kind enough to get me in to use them. The rest room was clean and fully stocked with toilet paper. I think the fellas didn't want to clean it. I will never get gas here again in my travels to and from TN again.But I might patronize their neighbor!

Stopped to buy gas and make a pit stop. Great price for gas. Men's room out of order, so everyone had to share the ladies room.We were going to eat at the attached Dairy Queen, but their Blizzard machine was not working.

No restrooms at this Circle K. How is that acceptable? We bought $40 of gas and then had to use a rest area several miles up the road.

I honestly like this store as I have shopped there for the past 2 years or so until a few months ago. The reason I stopped doing business with them was a cashier that always had a "snappy attitude" with me for some reason. I actually stopped there this afternoon hoping she didn't work there anymore but unfortunately she does and unfortunately still had that attitude towards me. Other than her this is a very nice, friendly and convenient place to shop

It was clean, But a gentleman in the line next to me asked the guy ringing him up, if he could have another bag to put all his items in and the lady ringing me up, said: he can have ONE more bag. Is there a shortage? Do the bags come out of their paycheck? What's the big deal about the dang bags?

They advertised gas cash price at $4.20 and even when I paid cash gas was $4.40 but still better than $4.95 in OH. Now in order to save the extra you have to use their Easy Pay program.

Nice selection. But it's not big enough for the amount of customers they get. There was a line out the door of the ladies room. Men's room wasn't clean. We waited forever for a pump to open and it never did.

Circle K chain is very unpredictable. Some stores are new and modern, others are, well, skanky. This is a shanky place at Bland, VA Exit, but it is busy because it is the only store on this exit. The bathrooms here are horrible. The BP at the Bastian Exit is much nicer, but a little older facility. They seem like a local business.

I will never, ever come back to this store here and spend a single penny again!! From the moment I walked up to the register to check out tonight, the woman on duty here was extremely rude and ill-mannered with me. Then, I made the simple comment that I would prefer to scan my own items due to minimize contact and she forcefully snatches the 1st item from my hand as if I had somehow offended her and it startled me because everyone else at every other retail store I've been to the last 6 months has preferred the customer scan their own items due to Covid-19. My being startled offended her even more! If I didn't, at that moment absolutely need the items I was trying to purchase I would have handed everything back on the counter and walked away from her insensitivity. Mgmnt? I hope you see this because this needs correction. Or someone else might not take the high road like I did tonight with a great deal of restraint. Never again.

Very bad customer service. Cashiers are racist, ask extra money for sugar with purchase with coffee. And charged extra for creme. Has lot of attitude. Very surprise that Circle K national brand has this type of employees working.

You need to update the car diesel pump nozzle. Many modern vehicles have a safety on their filler neck that won't take the standard gas size nozzle you have installed on your diesel pump. The updated diesel nozzles are just slightly bigger. Has been years since I ran into an outdated one such as the one at your store. We were forced to drive to the next stop to fill up.
