Needed to get a new key made for my truck. The two gentlemen that helped me went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied, and both keys worked before payoff. They also came outside to spray graphite in the locks.Bonus to this place is the small sporting goods section with hunting and fishing gear.

Prices are EXPENSIVE! Definitely try to buy local but when Lowes/Home Depot have the same exact items for sometimes $100 less I will go elsewhere. Everyone is nice here just the pricing is way overexagerated.

Went back for basic household items, instead found my Wish list BBQ, bought a welcome mat and a much needed trash recipicle plus AC filters , Chris and staff amazing ! Customer service 5 ++++++Went in to copy a key and found out about 5 other items I need; great customer service, atmosphere, friendly and useful items for purchase at counter when you check out.Love it!!!!

Great experience. Visited to view their very large "O" gauge model train layout. It was impressive. A true work of love by a family business who greats each Christmas season with their holiday train set.

I drove an hour and a half to get a chainsaw. They have a huge selection of Stihl chainsaws. The gentleman helping me was very knowledgeable, showed me how to start it up and how the safety features worked. He even walked me through the warranty registration . Well worth the drive

They have a bit of everything you could ever want from a small town lumber / hardware store. They even sell firearms at competitive prices with plans available. The staff is extremely friendly. They make me feel as though I am back home. Don't get me wrong, I love going to Home Depot..... but if possible I will always try to support small town "MURICA" businesses.

Top to Bottom Cleaning

Alot of us aren't thrilled Bevells is gone, in fact no matter how many years goes by this store will forever be referred to as Bevells. However, I will say my husband and I were very impressed during our visit yesterday. They are still stocking, but their prices for the small town seem very reasonable. For the men (&women): yes they will sell firearms, as of yesterday they had none on the shelves, but had some ammo. They will not be doing fishing and hunting licenses like bevells did and as of now will not be selling Garmin equipment. The manager met us at the front of the store and was very helpful in answering our questions.

Bevell's Hardware is a peice of Blackstone's history and everything you could imagine a small town hardware store to be. For a small store they carry a good bit of everything from tools, plumbing supplies, lumber all the way to delightful welcome mats. The owner can still be seen behind the counter. During the holidays he will be running his huge holiday train display! They are friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are a little higher than a big chain but here in Blackstone you would waste more money on gas heading into the city.

We took the grandkids to see the train display. It is amazing and I see new things each time we go. The hardware store is great too we picked up a few things we needed for the house too.

Employees were very rude and stereo typing. Women that finally helped us refused to answer any questions I had and did everything she could do not to sale my friend a lower receiver . When he called back to check she said that noone was there that would answer any of my questions and thin left him on hold for 30 min thin hung up in his face .

Bevell's Hardware is a well-stocked, well-run, family store with employees who are helpful and knowledgeable. It seems like whatever you are looking for from screws to paint or plumbing products you can usually find it there.
