Had to wait just a few minutes but I could see how the crew was working. I'm glad I waited. Me and my fiancè were coming here for lunch after a long drive and the place was clean and the food looked exactly how it does in the pictures. On my receipt, it says the cashier's name was Schreal. I didn't ask if it was the gentleman's name because he was assisting others as I was walking out. But he was wonderful!! Very sweet and excellent for customer service for the wait we had and how many people were in the restaurant and also in the drive thru. My fiancè even said he was happy. I really liked the atmosphere we had received.

I would avoid this location. I've been left waiting for over 10 minutes multiple times because they have forgotten my order. Food quality is alright during lunch. Atrociously bad during breakfast. Tables are almost always filthy and sticky. Fountain machine is usually out of several flavors at once (Dr Pepper, Coke, ect). One day it was so bad that a Hardees employee that was on break had a friend of hers bring her a drink from the McDonalds down the road.That should say it all right there.

I walked into Hardee's today(Tuesday)and it was like a trash bomb went off in there! Without exaggeration, there had to be at least 100 different things on the floor! Some due to traffic of course like leaves and sticks BUT there were napkins, cup lids, straws and pieces of trash that I couldn't identify. It was so bad, I came in 1 door and walked straight out of the adjacent door. So bad, I never talked to an employee, never made eye contact and wouldn't have eaten there if it was free! You talk about not caring at all! Not sure how that place is open. Would've loved to walk back where they cook burgers and fries! Wow!

I'd give negative stars if i could. This location is pure trash. Terrible customer service. They are slow af. Meal will be cold, dry or overcooked. They constantly tell you to "move up" with no one at all behind ya so you can't watch them make your order. The chick in the window needs to be straight up fired for her rudeness.

The drive-thru attendant helping us was very nice. I could tell she was fairly new to the establishment and her upbeat attitude really shocked me. The food was pretty good, we did have to wait a bit for our order, but I did notice they seemed very limited on employees. Will be back again! The chicken tenders were awesome, as always! 👌

I don't know who owns the Blackstone restaurant, but it seems that there's no management there. I don't mean to complain about the employees, but I go sometime to get chicken from the drive thru and they have no chicken..At 5:45 pm they should have chicken..They just say "we ain't got no chicken", don't tell when they will have chicken. This restaurant does half what it should, but management there and oversight is very poor.

No management.Staff was sitting in the dining area when we arrived.Slowly meandered to the kitchen once they asked if we were going to eat, but left all their refreshments on their table meant for customers.Very slow to take orders; would take one then disappear and come back to take another. This occurred after every person.No milkshakes!Poured the wrong drink.Made extra, for themselves.DO NOT GO HERE

Bad visit ! I order the Frisco burger. Bread wasn't even warm. Not toasted. Ask them to correct the issue. Was told by the cook, that they only grill bread in evening. I've ate at other Hardee's. I know they do anytime I've ordered the sandwich. Poor management!

Worst location. Filthy with a film of grease across everything inside. Fried chicken and chicken filets are always still half raw. Can forget about getting anything fresh outside of early breakfast. Place stays dead now bc it’s so bad, been this way for a few years and steadily getting worse. Need to close it down and bring in a Taco Bell

Stopped by for an early dinner with my son. Ever since they replaced all their staff service has been awesome! The cashiers actually smile and say hi. The dining area and restrooms are clean and well stocked. Good job Manager! You hired some great staff.

Not well set up, menus are difficult to read and no monitors for overhead view like other fast food...service was good. Unsafe door to parking requires you to walk across drive through to parking lot with no signs warning drivers not to hit you.

Food never ready. Even sale items are not available. I guess it's a freshness thing or something but you wait forever to get your food. There is a reason why they call these restaurants fast food! One day I went their and only one employee was working the entire restaurant. Maybe the breakfast hours are different, but a hard pass on lunch and dinner because you will never make it back to work

30 minute wait for "fresh" chicken tenders with two hungry screaming children... But I guess that wasn't long enough because the tenders were still extremely raw inside. My children could have gotten extremely sick had I not ripped them open to check. Absolutely ridiculous! I could have been fine with waiting that long That's not the problem, It's the carelessness when dealing with something a person will ingest.

Save your money and don't waste your time, unsanitary conditions with trash overflowing from trashcans inside of restaurant. Ordered a sandwich and 15 minutes later received a half cooked sandwich, and the order was not correct. The younger employees do not know anything about customer relations or support.Just keep driving and find somewhere else. This was nasty

The one time I've gone through here around 10 at night and decided to buy a cheeseburger combo. The burger was cold, drenched in mustard and the fries were cold and hard. The only redeeming qualities were the drink and the quiet staff

The time it took for us to place order at drive through was aprox 10 minutes then there was 2 cars ahead of us at window now time frame was aprox 17 minutes, upon receiving the food, the steak was bearly warm on the buns also the pork CHOP was very over cooked. I was not able to eat it for it was to hard to bite

Worst fast food restaurant I've ben to. Filthy on the inside. Food took forever. Fountain machine gave out nasty watered down sodas. No ice cream, bacon, or tenders. And they put my fries in the bag upside down.

ARE YOU A DEDICATED MANAGER LOOKING FOR A JOB? THIS PLACE NEEDS YOU! The worst initial impression you can give a customer is all the employees sitting in the dining area doing whatever they want, and then they walk up to the counter after you get up there to place your order. Then proceed to mess up everyone's order, forget to take two of four orders... I just don't feel like writing anymore bad things about one place.
